HM1200, BH99b, JabraBT2045 bluetooth headsets do not play music from ipad, ipod touch 4th generation, although it does pair ok. Why is that if it is compatable, why it does not play any music or sound via bluetooth headsets. When I pair the headsets to Mac it does play music via bleutooth headsets! Please help me! Also, how to connect several or two bluetooth headsets to one device: Mac, or iPad iPod touch 4th generation? Please, reply as soon as possible!

Your iPad has built-in WiFi. You cannot and don't need to use the USB dongle.
Look in Settings > WiFi. Find the SSID of your wireless router, tap it's name and enter the WiFi password.

I've restarted my iPad, there are no available updates that I am aware of.

Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Settings>Notifications .... Did you set up the various apps to receive notifications?
Do have system sounds muted?
If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.

The Slideshow mp4 file created in Lightroom does not play on an iPad

If I take a collection of images and create a sideshow in Lightroom 4 and export it as a mp4 file using the 720p preset and put it at a website, the file works fine with various Windows computers and android devices but does not play in an iPad. If I take that same mp4 file and run it through Adobe Premier Elements 12 to produce a new 720p mp4 file, that mp4 file plays fine in the iPad.
Anyone know the reason for this and how to create a 720p file that will play in the iPad in LIghtroom?

I bought a macbook pro on november 2011 wich had Lion OS installed on it. Playback plug-in in Mainstage 2.1.3 does not play files from the beginning (it leaves out like 50 mSecs or so). Is there a way to revert to Snow Leopard OS?

As the last post suggests, call Apple and order a replacement original disc for about $17. They will ask you the model and serial numbers.
Your retail version of Snow Leopard OS 10.6.3 will not work on that Mac as it requires a minimum of OS X 10.6.7 to boot and operate.
Another alternative is to again borrow another Mac to install your retail Snow Leopard into an external HD or partition, upgrade it to 10.6.8 and then clone it back to a partition on your MBP.

My HP Notebook G355 does not play sounds well.

Hello. I have an issue. My notebook does not play sounds (music, videos, system sounds) well. There is always this other extra sound that blocks the music for instance. At first I thought maybe it was the speakers, then I connected external speakers, the same thing happened and I connected earphones, the sane thing happens so I don't know what the problem is and if there is anything I can do to fix this.

To get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial product. You can do this at Commercial Forums.
Even though this is a Commercial product, I would try these fixes.
1. Right click speaker icon (right hand corner)
2. Select Playback devices
3. Right click Speakers
4. Enable it and set as Default
5. Click Apply/Ok

Figured oout that I had restricted deletions of programs.
Settings->General->Restrictions-> (enter your passcode), Turn Deleting Apps ON
Afterward holding an icon until it jiggles will produce the X delete button.
You might want to turn Delete apps OFF after cleaning up.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Enter "BOOT_TIME" (without the quotes) in the search box. Note the timestamps of those log messages, which refer to the times when the system was booted. Now clear the search box and scroll back in the log to the last boot time after you had the problem. AVC HD from Panasonic Lumix movie mode does not play on the iPad. Motion JPEG mode does play the videos, however there is no sound. Any suggestions?

Ok, I was an old fool, there is indeed a setting on the Lumix LX5 camera which seems to allows both audio and video, although not AVC HD, the camera must be set to Motion JPEG and subsequently NOT to PICT Bridge, rather to PC for the output. Anyone who decides to purchase a Panasonic Lumix should be aware of this. The iPad 2 will display Lumix perfectly in 720p which is enough for the old fool. The Sony NEX5N at twice the cost will do 1080p, but on the iPad and our TV the difference I suspect will not be noticeable.

JMF does not play sound for .avi file and no video for .mov file

Hi,
I am trying to use JMStudio to transmit media files from one computer to another.
However, when I try to transmit .mov file it only plays audio no video is displayed on other computer.
And when I transmit .avi file I can see the Video on other machine but it does not
play any sound.
I tried using capture devices like - webcam and mic and they work perfectly fine.
Can anyone please tell me the solution for this.

I discovered the same problem too..
I think it is a general Format problem.
When i analyzed the tracks in my .avi and .mov files before rtp streaming with jmf, I found each media containing just 1 track..
This track was a video track, no audio at all.
Other formats I tried, like .mpg, revealed both audio and video tracks, and performed perfectly.
I'm still on more research.. will get the solution to you if u don't find one before I'm done..

On the left side of the Now Playing screen right below the scrubber bar is the repeat control. It is the arrowed racetrack icon. Tap the icon until it is white for no repeat.

Audition does not play sound

Hello to everybody,
the following problem occurs:
after transferring the whole Macsystem (MBP 2010) to a new model (MBP2014) I have a problem using Adobe Audition. It does not play any sound, when starting a window tells me, that some hardware has changed, audio channel assignment says unknown... the audio devices are found..
btw: Adobe Premiere does work, it plays the video as well as the audio. I already killed Audition and re-installed it... but no changes, what can I do?

I started out loading the swf from the filesystem, which is what I want to accomplish, but in this test the "niceview.swf" is located inside the source folder and therefore sandbox-violations should not be the issue here, right?
