Bluetooth problem on iOS 6!

I have Beats Wireless, and since upgrading to iOS 6, has presented problems with the bluetooth connection. I was wondering if anyone has this problem and if Apple will make a new update to fix this problem.
Thank You.

I have bluetooth problem with Creative Sound Blasteraxx SBX 20 when I upgraded iphone4, ipad2 and ipad3 to ios 6.
There seemed the bluetooth session is prone to some interruptions. The music stopped playing but the bluetooth session is inact. The sound blaster has blue led and iphone4 show " connected". I will to reset by turning off the bluetooth and reconnect again. Then only will the music from iphone4 is played at sound blasteraxx SBX20. I have to kept doing this again and again when the music stopped. This does not happen before the upgrade. I used Creative BT-D5 a bluetooth socket connector to iphone4 and paired it with Sound Blasteraxx SBX20. I played for hours without any session being lost. I have seen iphone wifi suddenly went from "connected" to " not connected" in iphone4 setting. Before upgrade the disconnection would never appear on its own. I suspect the ios bluetooth and wifi are prone to interruption and they cannot prrform automatically recovery. It needs manual reset to get bluetooth and wifi working.

    Help
Since upgrading to IOS 5 I cannot tether my iPhone 3GS to my iPad 2.
When I switch on bluetooth on both devices, neither device can discover each other.
I had no problem prior to installing IOS 5.
My iPhone will connect to my car bluetooth system.

Hi, same identical issue on iPhone 5 and my NISSAN QASHQAI: connectivity with the car hand free system is established and works fine for music but it does not work at all for both incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Bluetooth Problem on iOS 5

I normally use bluetooth on my application such as Gamepad and headset.  After i have updated our iOS devices to iOS 5, I noticed that bluetooth is not functioning on iPhone 4. It just turns on with the icon on the top. But it cannot detect or be detected. It works ok on iPad thou. Anyone have experiencing this already? Is Apple aware of this?

    Guys,
I work on develpment of Bluetooth car kit. Definitely, APPLE has modified bluetooth stack on IOS5. Some important information regarding incoming call, outgoing call were suppressed.
In case of you start a call on your IPHONE, it no longer informs to the car kit which telephone number you are
    trying to reach.
Those changes has significantly worsened BT communication, which is inadmissible somehow.
Well Bluetooth works great with my 2011 Camaro.  Apparently not all cars have a problem with iOS5.  It only makes sense that hardware that is dependent upon communicating with other vendor's hardware via common software will fail when one side is updated and there are no standards enforced.

  • How to Solve Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Problems on your iOS Device?

Do you have any problem with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your iOS Device? Please read these steps carefully and follow it!
These Steps that I am sharing are TESTED by 10 iOS users what had problems with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or both and was successful
    - Please note that Resetting/Factory Resetting/Hard Resetting or Recovering or un-jailbreaking your device will not work at all -
To Solve Wi-Fi Problems Follow these steps (But before doing anything please restart your iOS Device and see if you still have network problems):
Step 1 Go to Settings > General > Reset > Rest Network Settings and Reset your Network Settings and wait until your device re-boots
Step 2 Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and see if you can connect to your Wi-Fi If you can't then go to next step
Step 3 Go to Settings > Airplane Mode and turn on Airplane Mode and shut down your device. Go to your network provider and ask to restart the Modem or do it your self (Just unplug power cord and plug it back in) You have to wait 30 seconds.
Step 4 Boot your device and go to Settings > Airplane Mode and this time turn if off and go to Wi-Fi and see if you can connect it again. If you can't then go to next step - Note: If you are going on to Step 5 it means that your device is experiencing Critical System Error that cannot be fixed easily -
Step 5 Go your laptop/desktop and open your browser then type this on the webpage search bar 192.168.0.1 and click enter. If it doesn't work then go and ask your network provider for an address for your modem/internet settings.
Step 6 Change your modem/internet settings to no password and make it "available/visible for everyone" and go to your iOS device and got to Settings > Wi-Fi and see if it works this time. If it still doesn't work go to next step - Note: If you are going on to the next step it means you are experiencing Critical System Error that had been cause by glitch/bug -
Step 7 Connect your iOS Device to iTunes on your laptop/desktop and update your iOS version -Note: this process if basically re-installing your operating system- If you can't update if because the new update if not available you have to wait for next update unfortunately
Step 8 After updating your iOS Device Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and see if it connects to your Wi-Fi. It normally fixes the problem but if it still doesn't, it means your device is experiencing hardware problem. Visit your local Apple Retail Store or reseller and ask them for complimentary/device-exchange/warranty help or go to Apple website for online support: www.apple.com/support/ for better support.
To Solve Bluetooth Problem all you need to do is resetting (not factory resetting) your device and see if it works, if it doesn't you will need to update your iOS or Google for more technical troubleshooting because it could be your pairing device's problem. Visit www.apple.com/support/ for better support.
If anyone of you had these experiences and was successful troubleshooting please do share your experience. I will also be avaliable to answer your questions if you have one! Please do share your openions about my post if you have one

If you don't mind, would you do that for me please?

  • Ipad 3 still has wifi problems with ios 8.1 when bluetooth is turned on

IOS 8 has created nothing but problems with my Ipad 3. None of the Apple Updates has fixed the problems. IOS 8.02 was almost no wifi until I realized that I could turn off the bluetooth and then I had fast Wifi again. The new IOS 8.1 improved this very little. I tried the bluetooth on and got half the speed I should. Turn The bluetooth off and I get normal speed on Wifi.
Apple makes it next to impossible to report problems to them, so I will post complaint here and hope they review comments. So far everything else seems to be working other than the Wifi issue. Wish I could just go back to IOS 7.

Ever since upgrading to IOS 8, including IOS 8.01, 8.02 and 8.1 I had the wellknown Wifi issue. wifi speeds dropping from 120mbps to about 2mbps @ 5ghz in within a minute after connecting to the wifinetwork. often i couldn't even surf at all. but the wifi signal was always strong. With every update i was hoping for a solution from Apple but it never came. Tried everything that can be found on the internet. Resetting the network settings. Disabling "wifi networking" under Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services. Reinstalling my Ipad from scratch Used different routers and different setups. Automatic ip's and fixed ip's and different dns servers just to be sure. Nothing worked. The only workaround is switching to a 2.4Ghz network. So i was doing some tests and found THE solution, but i don't like it all. One of the biggest changes in IOS 8 is the ability to use airplay without a network. by using a wifi connection in combination with bluetooth. And here lies the problem. I disconnected al my Airplaydevices from my network. Denon AV-amplifier AVR2113, Pioneer wireless speaker XW SMA3 and an airport express. Et voila... My Ipad is back to normal. fast... no very fast internet connection and stable as ****. Just like iOS 7 was. Working with it for a couple of hours now without any trouble at all. But do i connect one Airplay device to the network the wifi is not stable anymore and extremely slow again on my ipad air. My Macbook running mac os x mavericks doesn't have these issues, neither does my iphone 5S. and they are also on the same 5ghz network. So I can create and recreate the issue and create a work around... Apple please come with a solution that makes me able to use airplay an ipad (on ios8) on a 5ghz network! like in iOS 7!!!!

    Tell Apple about it: http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
Be sure to give as much detail as possible.
I would also check LG's site.

  • Bluetooth problems Iphone 6, IOS 8.0.2

I can't connect to my Volkswagen radio RNS315 after my last update. I have reset all  network settings, created new connections but still can't creat a working connection.
in the display of my car I see the message can't connect to the Phone. I’ve tried to connect with an iPhone 5s without any problems.
I also had problems with my JBL speaker but the reset of all network settings made those problems disappear.

  • Why have'nt apple sorted the bluetooth problems after the ios 6.1

Why avnt Apple sorted the problem out with bluetooth after the IOS 6.1.3 Im paying for it each month so I expect to be able to use it, their problem they should sort it!! Shouldnt they??

What bluetooth issues would you be referring to?
I have never had or known anyone with an IOS device that has bluetooth issues.

No, you simply are not.  Stating such simply shows ignorance.  Apple is not your wireless carrier, they are merely a hardware manufacturer.

  • Bluetooth issue in ios 7.1

I am facing the Bluetooth issue in ios 7.1 iphone. In ios 7.0 it works fine without any problem.I am using the EA framework for reading/writing the data in my application.Still I have not got any correct solution for this scenario. I am having a doubt that this issue is happening as because of EA framework which I am using it or do i need to change any settings.Could someone tell me the solution for this problem?

1.I am using an external Bluetooth kit by which I will send the command through my iphone application.I will communicate with the external Kit through a command that writes and reads the data using External Accessory framework. In lower version except IOS 7.1 i was able to communicate properly without any issues. In EA framework implementing a delegate method I could able to write/read a data.
    2) Right now I am facing an issue only in ios 7.1 where I was not able to read any data from the external Bluetooth Kit.I have researched regarding this issue in all the sites I got to know some information that because of EA framework issue in ios 7.1 where I am able to communicate. But still I have a confusion that its happening because of EA framework or any other ios issues.

  • How do I fix the compatibility issue between my iPhone 4S with iOS 7 and my Pioneer car stereo? There was no problem with iOS 6, but now I get a message saying "this device is not compatible" and so I can't use Netflix for example. How do I fix it?

This is a typical response from the manufacturer. Did you try the fix that Lawrence mentioned. When Apple or any other phone manufacturer update phone software, they have the latest Bluetooth installed. It is usually the problem with the radio manufacturer that they devices are using the older Bluetooth protocols. You can try this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3581 and see if anything there helps, but generally it requires the radio manufacturer to update their firmware.

  • Macbook Pro bluetooth problems with a Bose sound dock 10

So a while ago I bought my Bose Sound dock 10 and the bluetooth between both my Mac and iPhone has been great. But then OS X Mavericks came out and I start having issues with connecting through bluetooth for the first time. I have to go to the Sound dock and remove the bluetooth port, then put it back in, then try to connect from my Mac again but then having to do the process again. I know this isn't a fault with the Bose product itself as my iPhone 4 connects with absolutely no problems running iOS 7 and as do other Apple products that my family owns.
    I have a 13", Mid 2012 MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.3 with bluetooth version 4.2.4f1 13674 (v131 c5492)

@Matthew9391 - here is a great link that helped me get my Bose Sound dock 10 going.

  • Ipad mini 2 fix problems with ios 8

While I am NOT a techies, my guess is that ios 8 featurea simply overwhelms older devices. I have tried the following steps with SUCCESS to fix the numerous problems that ios 8 causes for ipad mini 2, inc. normal speed and smoothness of operation AND normal wifi operation (speed ok, signal strength ok, connectivity constant):
    1.  Switch to chrome..Safari is utterly unworkable now
    2.  In settings icon > general turn off background app refres
    3.  In settings, scroll through all functions and turn off what's not necessary for ur needs, e.g. bluetooth, handoff
    Hope this helps

    Oops...one more step:
    4.  Power down ur ipad--hold main and side frame buttons downs simultaneously till ***** off. Need to wait several minutes before powering up.
