Bluetooth speaker connection problems

Just wondering if our HP Desktop Intel i3 has bluetooth options to connect to an IconQ Boundless S2 bluetooth speaker?

Hi,
No, it does not have Bluetooth as shown on its specs:
    http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04296369
If you wish, you can use USB Bluetooth dongle:

May be cheaper elsewhere.
Regards.

Because Microsoft Mobile Community is rather high volume in threads, I recommend to create one thread for each topic. Especially in this case, because MixRadio has its own section. Are you able to log-into MixRadio with your Nokia Account? Are you about:
    A) individual songs (or complete album; purchase),
    B) offline mixes of MixRadio+, or
    C) MixRadio Unlimited download subscribtion.

  • Why is my bluetooth speaker connected but sound only comes out of the computer speakers?

My bluetooth speaker (JBL Charge 2) is shown as "connected in the blu tooth section of the task bar. I have also gone to system preferences and the speakers are also shown to be connected and chosen as the main speakers. However, no sound comes out of the bluetooth speaker but rather the sounds still comes out of the computer. speakers. I have tried connecting, reconnecting, and restarting computer. The bluetooth speaker is also shown as connected in bluetooth preferences. What is wrong?

I have tried to connect and Jambox and have the same problem; bluetooth speakers are connected and chosen but sound comes out of computer speakers.

  • Itunes plays automatically when bluetooth speaker connected

Whenever I turn on my Ravon Gem bluetooth speaker, it starts playing whatever is selected in iTunes. This even happens if there is a rented movie selected. A couple of times this has happened when I wasn't ready to start watching the movie yet. It doesn't ask if I want to start the movie now. This also happens if I am watching or listening to something other than iTunes when I turn my speaker on. Then I get 2 things going at once. I can find nothing in prefs to change this behavior.

    same problem here!

  • Iphone3 bluetooth vehicle connection problem

My iphone establishes a bluetooth connection to both of my cars (Kia and Toyota).  It used to work fine.  Now, I can search contacts, dial and hang up, but my phone won't go hands-free on either one (and on my phone I only have a "speaker" option, not an "audio source" option during a call).  I can also start songs on it from my car as an auxiliary device, but it won't play through the car speakers.  My wife's phone works fine in hands-free mode with both cars, so I know it's not the cars that are the problem.  My phone is up-to-date with system downloads.

My iphone is 3g with OS 5.1.  My wife's iphone is 4g.  My phone used to work fine with it, and my wife's still does.  I only discovered this problem a few weeks ago.  I don't know if it coincided with the OS upgrade, but it could have since I don't use it frequently in my car and it may actually have arisen a couple of weeks before I discovered it. I have a 2011 Kia Sorrento and a 2011 Toyota Sienna.

  • Bose Companion 3 Speaker Connection Problem

    Hello all,
I have had an ongoing thing with these Bose speakers. I love the sound I get from them if they work. I get sound out of only one speaker unless I wiggle the plug in the audio jack or unplug and plug them in again. Then and only then i can get sound out of both. This is an intermittent problem that i've been working with for a bit so far I have taken the following actions:
-Exchanged the speakers for another pair, still having a problem with them
-Took my 2 month old Imac to the local applecare repair facility to which they said they replaced the soundcard
After each one of these actions the speakers worked for several days and then the same thing has happened. Does anyone have any ideas or ways they might be able to help me? Someone mentioned that there is a plug adapter due to the fitment in the apple audio jack. I have yet to find this online, only things for the iphone.

    Hi appleriffic
Try a 3.5mm extension cable or splitter to see if you can get a solid connection!

  • [SOLVED] Bluetooth speaker: connecting works, but then controller DELs

    Dear all,
I am trying to get the Denon Envaya Mini running with my Thinkpad x220. The Envaya Mini works with A2DP. I have followed the instruction in the wiki, but whenever I connect, a DEL event for the controller happens:

I did not have libbluedevil installed. After installing it, the controller now does not have the above behavior and everything works fine, thanks a lot!

  • Nokia N78 Bluetooth A2DP Connection Problem

    Hi there!
My phone model is Nokia N78, type: RM 235, software version 30.011.
I got a SONY DRC-BT15 Bluetooth Receiver, which is like this one http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&lang...
Nokia N78 is said to support A2DP Bluetooth connection but how can I turn on the A2DP Bluetooth connection? Can anyone help me?
I have no problem pairing and connecting my N78 to SONY DRC BT-15 but the sound I hear through the SONY device is definitely not A2DP at all. The sound sucks. When I connect my SONY DRC-BT 15 with my MacBook, I can choose to listen by Mono or Stereo Mode, and when I choose the Stereo Mode(I guess it's what we call A2DP), the sound through the SONY device is good.
So how can make the SONY headset to connect to N78 via A2DP to listen to good music?
I have been trying for hours. This problem makes me crazy.
I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks for showing me the specifications and reminding me of the DRM issue. Just one more question: When there's no DRM issue, does the A2DP turn on automatically and connect to my bluetooth headset (which supports A2DP of course) automatically too? Or how do I switch to the A2DP connection mode on N78? I just don't know where to turn A2DP on!
    Thanks a lot.
Pairing provides the profile in a handshake protocol so yes, it should work.

  • Ios6 and bluetooth/hotspot connection problem

After upgrading to ios6 on iphone4 & ipad4, now i cannot pair them with bluetooth or even use the hotspot connection. Anyone knows what is the solution?

I'm assuming you are talking about accessing Pandora through the Lexus Enform App Suite? If thats the case there is an open ticket and a workaround is to open up iHeartRadio, then go back to Pandora and it should be playing.
    Hope this helps.

  • Bluetooth Headset Connection Problems

I'm on a G5. In both Tiger and in Leopard, my plantronics 510 D won't work with my G5. With my powerbook G4, it works fine. The new excuse the G5 gives me after Leopard is that "no configurable services found on your device"
I would sure like to use my skype with my plantronics. Any suggestions? I'm using a D-link usb add-on, and I've already updated firmware.

Sounds like my problem too. Running Tiger (fully updated it). I succedded in registering my Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth headset. Then, as a result of some static. I deleted it intending to reinstall. Since then it's no longer discoverable. I believe I saw something on Bluetooth delete problems, but I can't find any information

  • Just upgraded my 2014 iMac to yosemite. Now my Bose sound link won't work. The bluetooth is connected and it beeps as normal, just no sound comes from the speaker. This is very frustrating (along with the now flat rather than 3D icons on the desktop)

I have just upgraded my 2014 iMac to YOSEMITE. Now my Bose Soundlink bluetooth speaker connects, beeps as normal, but produces no sound from the Bose speaker whatsoever. HELP PLEASE

I have now recently downloaded 10.0.2 which is confusing in itself, as, as far as I can ascertain that is actually version 11, but I'm not even sure about that.
Version 10.0.2 is the newest version and the successor to GarageBand '11 (version 6.0.5).
The '11 is referring to the iLife '11 suit of multimedia application - the older GarageBand was a part of this bundle.
Have a look at Edgar's graphical enhanced manuals, the explain very detailed how things work and why. You can buy them as iBooks from the iBook store or directly from the page:

  • Disable bluetooth speaker

I have a bluetooth speaker connected to my iPad, but when I try to dictate a message the dictation will not work, Is there a way to just disable the bluetooth speaker so I don't have to go through the reconnect process?

@joeyman2 I can't  or rather I don't want to.  I am listening to a podcast or music and I need to send a quickie text message.  I don't want to have to go through turning things off, then turning it back on and having to wait for bluetooth to pair.

, Hello and thanks for the post on the HP support forums.  First thing that usually happens when someone installs an new HDD and OS is they do not put the drivers in the correct way.  You always have to start with the Chipset driver. What you will need to do is boot your system into windows safe mode. HP Notebook PCs - Entering Safe Mode (Windows 7) Once there uninstall all drivers and remember to reboot between each uninstall. For the link to your correct drivers you will need to post back with your full Model and Product Number. HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?  Please post back when you have a chance.  Thanks again for posting and have a great day.
