Bluetooth streaming studdering / issues

I have a Late 2013 MBP-r running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
I have a wireless mac keyboard and track pad (recently purchased new from apple store)
And today I got the new Beats Studio Wireless headphones.
Now, here is my issue....
My bluetooth audio is stuttering big time. I am lucky if i get more than 10min with out the audio breaking up.
My Trackpad will start acting up randomly, where the mouse movements are erratic.
And even while typing this email out, my text cursor is bouncing to another part of the email. Even though the touchpad is several inches away from my hand.
I am having crazy weird issues with the bluetooth.
YET, i boot into windows, NO problems. Audio streams GREAT! And my weird mouse issues are no longer present.
Any advice?

You can not change it completely from SBC to AAC, instead, select the song you wish to stream, then, at the Apple Menu, click on advanced, the click convert to AAC. It is time consuming, so I suggest you select all songs in your iTunes Library.

  • Bluetooth Stereo jumping issues

    Hi all,
Having an issue at the moment when playing back music through my car stereo via Bluetooth every so often the track will just jump for a second and then come back. I've cleared the BT memory and paired the Z2 again and no matter what I do I get the same skipping reoccurring. Has anyone had this issue previously and managed to fix it? Or has anyone any suggestions for a possible fix please?
    Thanks in advance,
    Pete

How do you mean car update? The head unit is aftermarket not built-in so the car itself does not have Bluetooth. It's worth noting (I forget whether I already did or not) that the Bluetooth streaming works perfectly with my iPhone 5 just not with the Sony. I'm now on my second Xperia Z2 as the first one's call quality was abysmal. While this one seems a **bleep** of a lot better this Bluetooth streaming issue is actually doing my head in and making me want to change phones completely.

  • Zen Style M300 Bluetooth Streaming Problems

    +~Hi
I've got a new 8gb Zen Style M300 player which I've upgraded with the latest .00.6e firmware.
I have been able to pair to a blueTooth headset (Nokia BH24 http://europe.nokia.com/find-product...s#Connectivity?) and it will connect every time.
However the streaming is choppy (something like 0 pulses per second) so the BT is unuseable - I've turned off my wifi etc in the house in case this was interfering, but that didn't help
Has anyone managed successfull BT streaming...
This headset supports the following standards:
    Bluetooth version:
    2. with enhanced data rate (EDR)
    Bluetooth profiles:
    Handsfree profile (HFP) .5
    Headset profile (HSP) .
Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) .2
Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP) .0.

/Re: Zen Style M300 Bluetooth Streaming ProblemsIHi KokChoy
Proximity & different headphones don't seem to help, and the included audio-book shows the same problem...
However some good news : the M300 streams OK to a friend's Jawbone Jambox speakers so it'slooks like the BT on the M300 does meet some of the BT standards.
My Samsung Q330 Laptop streams OK to the Nokia BH24 headset, which shows that this device?is not faulty.
It just looks like that the BT streaming from the M300 somehow?doesn't match the BT of the BH24
Specs for the jambox are these, which appear to be the same as the BH24 on my st post - strange

  • Do you find that connecting to a Bluetooth keyboard creates issues w/ the new iPad's performance?

Do you find connecting to a Bluetooth keyboard creates issues w/ the new iPad's performance?

I have an Adesso case with bluetooth keyboard for my iPad 2. No affect on performance. Keybord easier to use compared to on-screen keyboard. Plus it has more keys compared to on-screen keyboard.

  • Bluetooth Headset / Earpiece Issues

My Jawbone bluetooth earpiece worked well with my original iPhone and 3GS but does not with the new iPhone 4. I heard bluetooth was an issue but I am only reading about tethering and phone to phone noncompatability. I heard it doesn't work with FaceTime either.
I just want to be able to use it with a phone call. It randomly drops and reconnects, etc. Very unreliable. I have had my phone since June and do not even carry my earpiece around with me anymore. Any info or news on this issue and a firmware update?

I've been having this same issue since I bought the iPhone 4. I'm really disappointed! I don't think I'll buy another iPhone for issues like this. I've spent a lot of money on the earpieces that I like to use and NONE of them give me good results with the phone.
I really would not expect an issue like this to go on for so long. This iteration of the iPhone has rendered my investments in high quality earpieces worthless pieces of junk.

  • Bluetooth streaming problems from iPhone5 to Subaru Outback stereo...

Why is my car's (2014 Subarbu Outback) Bluetooth streaming only one artist, not purchased but transferred from my iTunes on MacBook Pro, from my iPhone5 to my car's stereo system and only control I have is to go to 'next' song?  Any help greatly appreciated...

Where are you looking at controls at, the phone or the vehicle? What troubleshooting have you tried? I have read other threads regarding problems with late model Subaru vehicles, so you might want to do a search of that.
Otherwise, I would recommend removing the car from the list of devices on the phone, turn Bluetooth off. Then do a reset on the phone, holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After that, remove the phone from the listing on the car, turn the car off. Then turn the car on and put it into discovery/pairing mode. Turn Bluetooth on for the iPhone and see if they connect. If then do, see what connection you have then.

  • Do all NF3 MOBO's have the game studdering issue??

Well I'm scrapping this MOBO. I bought it for two reasons, gaming and OC'ing. I need both to work well. As there still is no cure for the onling gaming studdering I am asking around if the MSI is the only NF3-250 board that has this issue or is it inherent in all the NF3-250 boards?? First hand knowledge would be appreciated or links to similar issues on other forums.. TIA
    -scoot

Happened to me on every BIOS from the release on up. Going back to the 3.xx series CAT's helped somewhat. But with a X800 XT Pro on the way the 3.xx are out as I will need to use the 4.6 or later with it. Is this problem with ATI cards only?? I thought other members with NV video cards were experiencing the same issues. I love the OC abilities and stability of this board. But it is useless to me with this current conition. Does anyone have an idea if this is an MSI only issue?? I would not mind picking up another NF3-250 with similar performance if this was happening on the MSI boards only. Right now the ABit KV8Pro is the best VIA soloution if you can get your hands on a v1.1 board. Thanks for the input guys, keep it coming

The first things that come in my mind is if it is the NVIDIA Firewall that causes the problem. Another thing might be Windows XP service pack 2, if you have it installed. I've heard that it has pleanty of netwoking limitations that many people want to disable to get their programs run properly (especially P2P).
Not network related. Even with the NV NIC disabled and a regular PCI 10/100 NIC from Intel or 3Com installed the studdering is present. I do not have SP2 beta for XP installed. With all the components listed in my siggy below installed on a Abit IC7-MAX3 MOBO with a P4@4Ghz there is no studdering issue. What I mean by studdering is the game freezes the screen every few seconds very consistantly. Like playing with a strobe light on, really choppy frame rates. This is really evident in BF1942 Desert Combat online, my favorite title at the moment..

  • Bluetooth streaming issues iOS 8.1.2

I have been seeing issues with Bluetooth audio streaming on my iPhone 5c, when connected to Harman/Kardon Soundsticks III BT.
Initially I thought it was an issue with the speakers, but changed my mind when my friend's Nexus 4 was able to stream audio properly.
I do not face any issues with pairing or connection. But the audio playback will stop suddenly, even though I can see the progress bar and timer on my iPhone.
And sometimes, I hear a continuous buzzing sound from the speakers, after audio playback stopped.
Today I also saw issues with connecting to my Nokia BH-104 headset. I can see Bluetooth got connected, but music simply does not stream to the headset. When I try playing, music is played over phone speakers, not the headset. I tried using the headset with my Lenovo laptop, and its working fine.
Tried resetting phone, even restored as new when i upgraded to iOS 8.1.2, but nothing has yet worked for me.
    Anyone facing similar issues?

  • MacBook Pro bluetooth streaming issues

    Hi There,
I recently purchased an Aluratek iStream, it is a device that turns a normal pair of speakers into bluetooth audio streaming capable ones. I connected my Late-2011 MBP to it and tried playing music and I quickly noticed that the audio quality significantly dropped and the line had a lot of static on it. So I tried pairing it with my iPhone 4S and played the same exact song and there was no static at all. Then I tried pairing it with my older MacBook (running Lion) and I had no static issues either. Also, I tried rebooting my MBP and the issue persisted.
Anyway, has anyone else had the same issue?
    Jonathan

Same issue except there isnt crackling. Instead, the audio volume is about 50% lower when played from my macbook pro
Works fine on my HTC thunderbolt, Even works fine on my brothers Mac (same year and OS build).
My audio used to work fine through my bluetooth adapters but now the audio is way lower than it should be. This is a recent problem, it worked fine before. I believe an update may have cuased this, then again my brothers mac is working just fine even after the update. I even tried switching the bluetooth adapter and it still has the problem so I know its my Mac.
    Please fix this issue...
Me and my brother Both have 2011 Macbook Pros, running 10.7.4 and the adapters are Blackberry adapters used to receive the audio from my mac and play through my home entertainment system via aux jack from the bluetooth adapter.

  • IS07 Car Music Bluetooth Streaming Issue - Help Needed

I drive an Audi A1 which I have owned from new 11 months ago. I updated my iPhone 5 to the IS 7.0.4 around 1 month ago and since doing that I now have streaming issues in my car. The connection is via bluetooth, and the music is streamed from my iPhone, however since the update the music cuts out, skips and pauses............
I took the car to a service centre today where it was confirmed a known issue within the Audi network.
So how do we go around this? What do I need in order to stream music without the interference? I am pretty sure Apple wouldn't want to pay my car invoice for the added extras that I purchased in order for me to enjoy my music so surely there must be a way around this?
    Any advice is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,

This is not about law, it's about software/hardware. But since you're bringing it up, when Siri was introduced for the iPhone 4s, there was a man in a car using siri with his apple earplugs. I searched for law about this in my country (Netherlands) and it's not forbidden.
Now back to my issue: I want to use a headphone to listen to music and I want to make a call through bluetooth. Iphone doesn't remember I was listening to the music through the headphone. Issue, right?

  • Bluetooth Streaming & iCloud Streaming Issue

When my iPhone 4 is connected via Bluetooth to my car stereo, music and podcasts that are on my phone play fine.  When the music is downloading via iCloud, the iPhone will periodically stop streaming via bluetooth.  When I look at the phone, the music appears to be playing but nothing is coming over via Bluetooth.  I need to select "iPhone" from the triangle and reselect "bluetooth" device" to get it working again.'
Clearly seems to be a bug so just looking for others who experienced it.

  • IOS 7 & Bluetooth Streaming Issues (CD Skipping Effect)

Ever since IOS & came out, my iphone 4 has a CD skipping sound to it when I stream music from my music library or any audio app. At first I thought it was my Kenwood radio but I updated it and it was still there. Next I tried to stream on my friend Parrot Bluetooth hands free device. Same thing.
Whenever a text comes through or I unlock the phone and even navigate through the phone it will do it. If the phone is locked then it wont do it. I have to turn off the phone and reboot it and then all is well for the next day or 2 before it comes back.
I tried searching everywhere and no results. It is a really annoying thing that needs to get fixed. I was hoping in each update that the problem would go away. IOS 6 never had this problem.
    Any Suggestions?

Seriously...no one else has this same issue?
Does this mean I really have to upgrade to a new phone because Apple just cant leave well enough alone?
I really wish they would not have allowed iPhone 4's to be upgraded to iOS 7. iOS 6 was the best for these phones as far as I am concerned.

  • Bluetooth streaming from phone where is A2DP SINK?

I've had this computer for over a year now and have never been able to stream audio to it from my iphone5, it pairs easily.
Ive been checking for updated drivers for it for awhile, but the last updated driver @ HP is from 2013.  I went to Media Tek's website today after i found out they bought Ralink and found there updated driver dated 2014 and tried it, but i still can't stream from phone to pc. I also tried uninstalling the driver and then installing a generic driver but there is none listed.  What can i do to get this functioning?

    Hello @Late4Dinner,
I understand that you have been having issues streaming from your iphone5 on your HP ENVY h8-1534 Desktop PC running Windows 8.1. Are you able to sync and stream via bluetooth to any other device on your computer? Have you tried it on the original operating system Windows 8? I would advise you to use all the drivers that are on the HP ENVY h8-1534 Desktop PC Drivers page. As these are the driver specifically designed for your computer they will have the best chance of working for you.
If you could answer the questions I have raised in this post I will endeavor to look into a solution for you. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • Bluetooth streaming audio won't work w FORD SYNC after previously working.

Simply pull the SYNC module fuse, then place it back in.  This should clear up any problems that anyone is having if your bluetooth audio won't stream or your SYNC keeps saying NO BLUETOOTH DEVICE FOUND.  You can also disconnect your car battery cables, then connect them back and this will reset the SYNC Module.  I am a Ford Dealer in Southeast GA and had the above problem but just solved it.
