BO4, CMC: status of server, yellow icon

Hi,
on a fresh installed BO4 server (Windows) all servers are up and running but I see a yellow "Server status" icon in the CMC at the InputFileRepository and OutputFileRepository server. All other server have a green status.
I didn't find further information regarding this in the admin guide. What does that status exactly mean, how can I find the reason for this issue?

Hi Steve,
yellow status means...either its in STARTING or STOPPING as you can see in the Server Node. Stop the Input and Ouput FRS and start again.

"No Internet access" yellow icon on ThinkPad X230 after updating Intel PROSet wireless drivers

I have a ThinkPad X230 that began to display the yellow exclamation point icon for "No internet access" after I did a batch of updates. It has an Intel Advanced-N 6205 wireless card and is updated to the newest BIOS. I tried everything I could find on Google to try and fix the issue, and found no issues in these forums to users having an issue. So after fighting with it for a day, I decided to wipe the system and reinstall Windows.
I loaded Windows 7 Enterprise X64 with SP1 and did not domain join the laptop, so it is totally untouched Windows. and then installed the Intel wired networking drivers version 11.15.16.0, which were downloaded from Lenovo. I then installed the Intel wireless network drivers version 15.03.1000.1637 which were also downloaded from Lenovo. Everything is working fine at this point. I then loaded TVSU 5.02.0011 to get all the other Lenovo software. One of the updates offered was Intel wireless 15.6.1, so being careful, I selected only that update and installed it. After a restart, the yellow icon is there, even though I haven't yet connected to any wireless network - it is in place for the wired connection too. Uninstalling the 15.6.1 drivers would not make it go away. Installing 15.03.1000.1637 again also doesn't make it go away.
A System Restore to revert to before the installation occurs does make the icon go away.
I did some more searching on Google and the Intel Community forums have a report of this same issue from a user on a Dell machine: http://communities.intel.com/thread/38498. There is no solution posted as of yet. I have posted my problem there now too.
Has anyone experienced this issue and is there any fix besides System Restore or a reformat if the new drivers get installed? I expect the drivers made available via TVSU to be rock solid, this is why I follow what TVSU even if there are newer drivers from the manufacturer sometimes.
Myself I use a T420s with an Ultimate-N 6300 wirelss card, and the newest Intel drivers installed onto my machine without issue. I also have a couple other X230 computers that I am pretty sure have the drivers as well already without problems. So I am wondering if there is some sort of firmware issue with the particular wireless card, or something is causing the drivers to not install in the correct way. Just my thoughts.

I deploy a lot of X230 laptops and have been dealing with this issue. Since I cannot find any information about the cause and how to fix it I started looking more into it. The "No internet access" yellow icon starts appearing after installing items from System Update. So, with a new X230 I applied all Windows Update (which installed without issues) before going into System Update. After doing the Critical and most of the Rcommended (don't care for Access Connections) I proceeded to the Optional updates which I installed one at a time. When I installed the WiFi Driver for Intel cards 7(64), Version 15.6.1 and rebooted the system the yellow icon appeared with the "No internet connection" status. Everything still works though, I can still connect to the internet. Doing a driver rollback does not fix the problem. I did a system restore from a restore point prior the last System Update and the yellow icon went away. finished the rest of the Optional updates except the WiFi driver and all is well. This is what I did and went through, not sure if it will be the same for everybody. But Lenovo needs to look into that driver version.

SCAN não retorna status do serviço

Desde 14/08/2011 às 08:05:56 o nosso tipo de emissão SCAN não está retornando STATUS de ativo, e também não é realizada a consulta do status do mesmo.
Dei uma olhada no GRC/PI/Java/ECC... e aparentemente está tudo ok
Quando o SCAN parou pela primeira vez, deu o seguinte erro:

Inclusive um dos usuários comenta que após aplicada a 1522630 o problema foi resolvido... (Mas não sei se isso irá funcionar)
Outro check que realizei foi do erro retornado no status do serviço do SCAN agora, e o GRC retorna o seguinte erro:
MAPPING.JCO_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE "COMMUNICATION FAILURE" during JCo call. Error when opening an RFC connection
Pesquisando sobre o erro, encontrei algumas sugestões:
1) Alguns sugerem a exclusão da conexão RFC AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER para TCP/IP (SM59) no GRC e criar novamente... mas não sei se isso iria funcionar...
2) Em outras pesquisas, alguns falam que a Conexão entre ABAP e JAVA foi quebrada... isso é a razão para o erro JCO_COMMUNICATION... e a sugestão é reiniciar o Java...
3) Em outra pesquisa: Quando há muitas mensagens a serem processadas simultaneamente. O número padrão de processos paralelos em VisualAdmin -> JCO Provider RFC -> AI_RUNTIME_) e ver se isso ajuda.
Obs.: À alguns dias, tivemos um problema que ocorreu com a SEFAZ-GO, a mesma colocou nossa faixa de IP's em uma Blacklist (ainda não sabemos porque) e daí ela nos retornava que estava "fora do ar". Será que poderia ser isso? Como posso checar isso?
O nosso S.P. é o:

Alguém poderia nos auxiliar? Pois isso não gera impacto em nossos processos desde que a SEFAZ (GO/PR/SP/MT) não fique inativa, pois caso isso ocorra o nosso processo de emissão de NF-e em SCAN não irá funcionar e a emissão de NF-e irá parar.
Qualquer dúvida estou à disposição.

Este erro foi gerado pela Sefaz MG, repare que as classes não são do PI (jboss, apache, tomcat, catalina). Contacte a Sefaz para maiores detalhes, deve ser algum erro temporário.
De sua parte é importante você se certificar que estava funcionando.... e parou de funcionar, ou melhor, que você está fazendo o pedido corretamente. Veja no SXI_MONITOR sua mensagem saindo pra Sefaz se está tudo ok.

Mensagem de status do serviço - versão 2.0

No SAP PI, estamos enfrentando problemas com o mapeamento da mensagem que verifica o status do serviço.
No SP07
Quando a mensagem de transformação está completa, estamos obtendo uma mensagem em xml com nome da
operação. Então, no PI, a mensagem em xml vem "envelopada" em uma mensagem SOAP. Então, não há nenhum problema no sistema datapower que usamos para precessar o arquivo.
No SP15
Quando a mensage de transformação está completa, estamos obtendo uma mensagem SOAP em xml sem o nome da
operação. Então, no PI, a mensagem em xml ~é "envelopada" em outra mensagem SOAP. Este não é uma processo standard de mensages. Então, oo sistema datapower não consegue processar a mensage.
O que vocês acham?

Bom dia Fabiana,
Não apenas novos campos no manual do contribuinte, mas também a forma do envelope e SOAP, parametros foram modificados no 2.0, isso mudou além do próprio layout, ou seja, no datapower será também necessário adaptar para que ele consiga receber do GRC corretamente e fazer a ponte para Sefaz e o retorno.

Hi，
So switch a LAN card fix this issue...seems a compatibility issue or maybe some packs or programs you installed recently cause this issue.
Have you manually check the network adapter driver from the PC's manufacture website? sometimes, it will be a time delay before Microsoft push out the driver update.
Check if issue exists in safemode with network, this mode will launch Windows with limited sets of files and drivers.
if you have a restore point, restore the pc to a previous point at which the pc is functioning fine.

File server blank icons need help!

Whe have a File server, but when we search for our file on our desktop or server the icons only show blank and we cant open them. If we don't search and go to the path we can open them without a problem. Does someone know how to fix the blank icon?

Playlists are not stored in the iPhone backup file (there's only one backup file kept, in any case, unless you manually copy and archive the file).
Playlists, like other iTunes content (music/videos/apps) are synced to the iPhone from iTunes. If the playlist is not on your iPhone, and not in iTunes, it is most likely gone.

I think I have a problem with my HD. The yellow icon takes up most of the memory and I can't figure out what the yellow icon stands for... ANyone?

Fear not - that is VM, or virtual memory. The total changes dynamically depending on your use. If you reboot, your VM will be around zero.

In addition, I recommend you check whether you have additional Authentication methods (like ASP.NET Impersonation) enabled.
Disable the authentication method and try again.

Greyed/multiple network server desktop icons in mavericks on mavericks server

We have a new Mac Mini Server running Mavericks Server and all of the Mavericks clients are ending up with multiple server share icons on their desktops. All of the desktop icons will become greyed so you cannot click on them. We have rebooted the server and the Macs but the problem keeps coming back. Getting this error when trying to eject the icons "Share Name is a partition on a disk that has 2 partitions. Do you want to eject Share Name only or both partitions?" Any ideas?

Let me ask this a different way. Can someone try the following and tell me what result you get for Step 5?
Given: A workstation running Windows 8, joined to a domain on a network.
Given: A server (Active Directory Domain Controller) running Windows Server 2008 R2. (Not sure the server's OS matters; it's Windows 8 that matters.)
Step 1: Create a dummy text file (or other dummy file) on the Windows 8 workstation.
Step 2: Create a shortcut to the dummy text file on the Windows 8 desktop.
Step 3: Edit the shortcut's properties and change the icon, selecting some icon file (e.g., WHATEVER.ICO) located on the Windows 8 workstation.
My Result: The icon displays correctly on the desktop shortcut.
Step 4: Now copy the icon file and paste it somewhere on the server.
Step 5: Change the shortcut's properties to look for the icon on the server where you copied it to.
My Result: The icon displays correctly in the shortcut properties window, but once I apply the change the desktop shortcut displays a "blank document" icon.
Note: The type of file the shortcut points to is unimportant-- you can try it with a TXT, DAT, EXE, COM, or any other type of file. The issue is with the shortcut's icon, not the shortcut's target.
Interesting Aside: If you change the shortcut so the target is the ICO file itself, the icon is displayed correctly.

How do I make the red-green-yellow icons and the text in window title bars larger?

The title text is a little too small to just see - I have to concentrate on it to read it - and I can't tell the red-green-yellow icons apart without staring at them. Yes, my sight is quite poor; I'm already sitting as close as I can.

Job completed but status showing still yellow

One of full load status tab showing yellow, but the job completed when i checked in SM37.
I am loading from ODS to Cube there is no PSA. we are using 3.5 version.

Check the load in the details tab weather all the data packets are in green status.If at all the idocs are hung or TRFCs are hung you may face this issue. try to manually flush the hung Idocs and TRFCs.
If everything is fine wait for the PID process to finish- some times it happen the PID might be running at the background.
If everything is fine n the status of the request is yellow -try to change the status of the load to green.

Status remains as Yellow, for no data

in our master data load process chain, a datasource which has 0 records in the sourcesystem returns 0 records in BI. but the status remains as yellow , instead of green.
since the status is yellow the next process is not getting triggered. only if we manually change the status to green, the process chain continues. wht shall we do to change the status to green automatically.

you need to cofigure a small setting at Infopackage for this.
RSA1-> infopackage -> scheduler -> Trafic light color for Empty request -> select green and save it.
for 0 to 0 records load will show as Green.

Yellow icon missing from the Printhead

HP released a limited number of printheads that are missing the yellow icon. The yellow icon indicates the correct slot for the yellow print cartridge.

SolutionYou do not need to take any action. The reliability and performance of the printhead are not affected. The printhead is still a genuine HP product that functions the same as a printhead that has a yellow icon. When it is time to insert a yellow cartridge, insert it in the slot between the cyan and black cartridges.

Could not Start AS Server in the demo package get an yellow icon

Hello everyone,
i got a little problem, i installed the trial version of SAP NetWeaver including (Framework AS Server, Message Server ...) and the Developer Studio.
After the standard installation i try to start the services.
Instance 0 has no problems and state green.
Instance 1 has no problem but state yellow, on the process of the AS Server following message appears: Status: deploying offline components.
How can i get the process to state green?
