BOBJ Edge Planning and Consolidation Installation files

Hello,
I've been trying to locate the installation files for SAP BusinessObjects Edge Planning and Consolidation application, in the support download center, but I can't find it. SAP Note # 1336043 has this as the location
Installations and Upgrades > Installations and Upgrades - Entry by Application Group > SAP Application Components > SAP PLANNING AND CONSOLIDATION FOR MICROSOFT > SAP PLANNING AND CONSOLIDATION 7.5 FOR MICROSOFT > Installation.
However, "Entry by Application Group" is no longer available, and SAP PLANNING AND CONSOLIDATION 7.5 is nowhere to be found.
If anyone knows whre to look I'd appreciate your help,

Hi Nicola,
Have you disabled UAC on your terminal server ?
Is this Windows 2008 Terminal Server ?
Have you tried to install the client from the installation file and not from the browser page.
For example, on your BPC server which has the Web Server role, in the PC_MS WebServer directory, there should be an installation folder with the executable files for the BPC and admin client. You can try to install BPC using the executable installation files.
If UAC is still enabled, try to run the installation as Administrator, right click on the file and "Run As Administrator"

I would recommend you to get the Master and Installation Guide - SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 5.1 from service.sap.com under Installation and Upgrade Guides,,
And make sure you also download sap note 1087086 which contains important information about the installation,

1. Service Market Place>Software Downloads>Software Download center>Search for Software Downloads>there you type for ODBO and you can select the one you want to download.

So, iDisk (great with MobileMe) is closed! Ok. I got the most expensive iCloud Plan and LOVED storing files online. Is that REALLY OVER??!! (besides Numbers', Pages', and Keynote's docs sync).. Will I REALLY have to downgrade to "free" on iCloud?!!

I could not log in to this Support Community with my UPDATED Apple ID (and this is another issue I can't believe Apple just says "NO, you CAN'T!" - deleting other (old) Apple IDs we've created by mistake or a long time ago and being able to have it all on ONE SINGLE UPDATED Apple ID - ALSO saving Apple's storage servers, etc.).
Anyway, my Apple ID for better communication is [email protected] (but I really couldn't log in here - it kept saying that the e-mail is already registered, etc. I know it, I'm trying to use it here, that's all...
So, really. Of course a lot of people don't care about the iDisk issue. That's fine, we all love and hate specific apps or software.. But why has Apple just shut it down, since it was so EASY to use (as DropBox) on all our Apple devices?!! So, we really can't upload/store any kind of files anymore and that's it?!
I used iDisk when MobileMe was still alive, and it was great to have my files from work, home, any backup (whatever we want) uploaded and synced and used in our Macs, iPhones and iPads. If we have the OPTION of an iCloud Plan (the top one, for example), but we just don't like the automatick backups for the iPhones and iPads, nor the Pictures' sync function.. Why can't we just have the SAME simple and efficient/great service of the iDisk installed in each device?!
Do we really have to go back and downgrade back to the free iCloud Option (just for keeping the e-mail) and paying extra for DropBox, Google, Microsoft, any other services?! I have nothing against them - I actually have DropBox and it works great because it REMINDS me of iDisk!! But WHY NOT just keep it simple and closed with 1 company/platform/option - Apple's iOS, OSX, etc.
That's why I decided to have a Macbook Pro, an iPhone 4S and an iPad 3rd. Generation (for example, along with other products and services such as Apple TV).. I know I'm CHOOSING to stay with 1 world, that's fine. And that's why I didn't (yet) go for a Samsung phone or another tablet.. I wanna stick with 1 pattern and I have chosen Apple's..
Just can't understand such an innovative company make such decisions (such as shutting down iDisk or not letting us just DELETE Apple IDs we do NOT use anymore).. Please, just some guidance or confirmation if that's correct: No way of uploading files others than Numbers', Pages' or Keynote's!!??

That's exactly what I was afraid of...
During all the time I have been a loyal customer of Apple's products and services, these have been the only 2 issues that I really can't understand (specially when we look at Apple's strategies and management)...
1) Not being able to DELETE (simply delete or deactivate) old or duplicated Apple IDs... I have 3 different Apple IDs but only one is the real Apple ID I use for everything, with all my purchases and services (such as e-mail) related to it (Why won't Apple jus let people delet, deactivate or - at least - merge Apple IDs?! That would help everyone, including Apple when we think about costs, storage, database maintenance, etc.) - Actually, even when I gave up on trying to delete other Apple IDs, I tried to have the one I really use and have organized to use my @me.com address as the Apple ID itself (as Apple asks us to do - and makes sense, of course). But never worked. Just because I created that Apple ID with a @hotmail.com account (since it asks for a valid e-mail when you create an Apple ID, it NEVER lets me now change my Apple ID to my @me.com e-mail address - I mean JUST having my @me.com e-mail address as my primary e-mail and my Apple ID (for example, having that old @hotmail.com e-mail address out of it, cleaned..)!
2) The other issue was this one, about iDisk. Of course there must be reasons for having it shut down, maybe the apps used by iPhone and iPad, along with the folder on Mac OSX, is way too complicated, expensive, full of bugs, I don't know. But if we decide to pay for 50GB of online storage, why even THINK about different options for files we use?! I have Dropbox, I've read about Google Drive and Microsoft SkyDrive, etc. But I just wanted to STICK with a single ALL-APPLE solution.. That is.. Pay the annual fee for the 50GB and just still keep any file I want on the cloud with iDisk. So, what Apple tells me is that if I have other files than iWork or PDF (and some few exceptions), I should actually downgrade to "free" iCloud and decide to PAY for another solution (organization), such as DropBox, Google Disk or Drive (I don't really know), Micrsoft's SkyDrive..
Of course there's the strategy of getting more and more people to use Pages, Numbers and Keynote (buying them for iOS and Mac OSX, as I already have and love them). But "killing" iDisk and just telling users to look for other storage solutions doesn't really sound like Apple.
I have seen so many questions here about both issues (deleting or merging Apple IDS + iDisk back since we pay for storage) that I really believe Apple should reconsider these issues or, at least, open the issue and let us know what would be the best "partner solution" for iCloud...

In Bpc for reporting and query we have all in built tools.and you can get the graphical details in reports and input schedules.
and BPC7 is NW version i.e it supports BI from Backend and we are getting 7.5 which is of Business objects category.

Basically, there is no difference. Till the version 7.0, it was called business planning and consolidation. From 7.5 ,its called business objects planning and consolidation.

The current available version is SBOP PLANNING & CONSOLIDATION FOR BANKING 1.2, which is built on top of BPC 7.5
BPC 10 has only recently gone GA, so at the current moment there is nothing for version 10, it should come soon hopefully.
It should coincide with the release of the starter kits for version 10

IPhone 6 Plus Gold 64 bit on the Edge Plan and Delivery Date?

After reading a ton of the posts, a lot of people are saying that they are receiving confirmations that their phones are shipping Friday. I ordered mine 3am CST (that's how long it took the pages to load). My screen said delivery by Friday the 19th but then my confirmation said Oct 7th. Most people are saying they know it has been shipped to Fed Ex when they get charged for the phone in their bank/credit accounts. But, I signed up for the Edge plan and there was not a charge, just what my monthly bill would be. I just need to know what day I have to stay home from work to sign for the package. My company likes at least a few days notice. Can anyone from Verizon shed some light on my order, did it go through OK (status still says unknown), I did receive the original order confirmation email within an hour of ordering the phone at 3am. I know you are being bombarded with the same question over and over but I am starting to get a little concerned with all the different answers to other people's posts. If a Verizon Person can help me out I would be truly grateful!!! Thanks so much!

CS 5.5 and CS6 installation files

I'm moving to a new machine. I wanted to install old versions so I can backsave. I managed to get CS4 installed (CS3 wouldn't install on Windows 7), and then CS5 installed from the original CDs. I must have downloaded CS5.5, and I'm sure I downloaded CS6. I can't find the original installation files for CS5.5 and CS6. I can't believe I deleted them. I must just have put them somewhere difficult to find. Does anyone know the filename of the original CS5.5 installation exe? Or if Adobe makes this available for download somewhere? I'm downloading the trial version of CS6 now, and I think I should be able to enter my license and activate it (right?).

to achieve this, you need to implement the BPS in BW, and make the BPS and CRM integration.
In standard, CRM Marketing is integrated with BPS, you can login the CRM and open the BPS windows in Marketing object screen, fill your cost plan or trade plan or sale plan.
For WBS elment, you need to activate the configuration in PS mode and middleware between CRM and ERP.
If you don't need to use PS, maybe you can use Claim in CRM to manage the expense and cost in campaign.

Confuse between SAP Kernel and SAP Installation file

Dears:
My CPU is ADM 64 bit, but when i try to download the ECC5 which will be installed in linux 32 bit system from SAP site, i find the confuse between SAP Kernel and SAP instllation file.
1. In the ECC5 download page, i can see lots of oracle download file, some named DVD ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 LINUX_IA32 1 of 4 , some named Oracle 10.2.0.2. for LINUX32. So if the LINUX_IA32 is only for the CPU which is Itanium CPU?
2. I check the sap update kernel, SAP Kernel 32 bit unicode is devided by sap kernel 6.4 320-bit unicode---Linux on IA 32-bit, so if my CPU is AMD 64 bit, but my os is Linux 32 bit, if the upgrade kernel file Linux on IA 32-bit can be used for Linux 32 bit system whith 64 bit CPU, or if the Linux on IA 32-bit is just for Itanium CPU?

I just checked the pam again, and it looks like i got it wrong. There is still 32-bit available for ECC5.
ORACLE 10.2 LINUX REDHAT EL5/IA32 32BIT 24.07.2007 Released SAP KERNEL 6.40 32-BIT
So technically it should be possible to install it the way you wanted. Sorry for my misleading post (but hey you should still consider using 64-bit :-).
