Body Level One?

OK first I just wanted everyone to know that Apple just posted an +iWork update+ for all 3 programs...
Now here's our question... We're trying to learn how to use Keynote, and we've even purchased the Apple '08 training book. In this one section it tells you to "click on the text box and hold down the shift key" and then click on "Body Level One". The only problem is that NOTHING called +Body Level One+ is showing up anywhere We've tried reading this section of the book several times, restarted the program, etc, but still no joy finding anything to do with a "Body Level One". Does anyone know what they are talking about? BTW - If anyone has the Apple iWork '08 book it's on page 153 - +step 7+.

Hi Lorna. Right now we are stuck on page 159. It says in step 2 to click on the right side of the canvas +(so you can remove the media place holder)+ but there is nothing there to remove We have tried several 'Photo- vertical' master slides with no joy. Also, the book talks about a file called "Creating Photo Cutout Photoshop.pdf" being on the books CD +(lesson 5)+ but no such file seems to exist.
Regarding 'Body Level One" +(page 153 step 7)+ I "think" it is just a term used to talk about a group of text, BUT I can't confirm that, as there is nothing on the net explaining it, not even at Apples own web site I have seen the term used in other places, but no reference as to what a "Body Level X" is. Ordinarily I would suspect a 'body level' to be something similar to a layer in a graphics program, and I know that Keynote does have layers, but nothing to confirm one way or the other exactly what a body level refers to.

Please confirm if this requirement can be mapped in SAP ?

Hi Shishir,
As soon as each order is related to only one material, if your manufactured (or purchased) assemblies are of different materials, you will have a separate order for each material rather than a single order for all manufactured assemblies. I don't thing all your assemblies are of the same material - thus I would say no, it is not possible to map your requirement.

Exporting files to a eps postscript level one

hello all.
We have just bought a new cutter plotter and the software that was supplied was artcut for a PC, I use a Mac and would like to use Illustrator (CS4) as the main design programme but to import the files into Artcut the need to be a eps postscript level one - does anyone know of a plugin that can be used to do this?

I wonder whether it can be done from version 8 or something. I can choose between level 2 and 3 in 10, 1 is shown but greyed out so I believe it is possible if the version is old enough.
If you (still) have one of the old versions, you may have a look and see; hopefully you can downsave and take it from there. Someone else might tell us.

Level One WBS Element as Acct Assignment Element

Dear Friend's
My user have created one project, In that there are various levels WBS Elements.
Normally we never tick Level One WBS Element as a Acct Assignment Element.But User have made Level One WBS Element as Acct Assg Element and then Project is Released.So now I can't remove that tick because that field is Grayed out or Freezed.
Now i wanted to Remove or Undo Release status and then I have to remove Acct Assg Element Tick.
Pls guide me on this issue.

I had not seen this problem before. So i checked it in my system. But i didn't see this
happening for me.
I think once system status is in REL (released) status you cannot reverse it. According to me Acct.
assignment field become gray only when posting is made against that WBS and not after release.
Pls check it and inform.

Keynote Master Slide - body levels

Does anyone know how to increase the number of body levels (indents) on the keynote master slides? At present it seems to be limited to Body Level 5 - but I would like to create styles for a greater number of indents.

The limit is 5, but you could set a bunch of tab stops so that all you need to do his hit tab to move over. It should act the same, even though can't see more than 5 on the master slides.

Level one certification

hello, since i have a job now i am going to start studying for level one certification w/ final cut. my question was are the classes basically what the book covers. those classes are expensive and i have the book (apts) so i was just going to study that and then take the exam. also, i tried looking on the website, how much is the online exam or if you decide to go to an apple store (if you can), how much is that?

You must be rather proficient in Final Cut in order to pass the certification exam. The whole process is explained in detail here:

Study Diana Weynand's book and contact the nearest Apple Authorized Training Center to take an exam. Apple Stores do not participate in training and certification. US$150 that Red Jacket Mike has mentioned is probably the highest fee you may get charged, some Centers may charge a bit less. Also, search this forum for "certification" and lots of different opinions will turn up.

Keynote 6.5 Loses Ability to Copy and Paste Master Objects (Titles, Body) From One Master Slide to Another

This is just a major pain point that I hope is fixed as soon as possible.
In all Keynote 6 versions of the past (and 5), you were able to do the following:
1) Copy a Title or Body object (with proper formatting) from one Master Slide to another.
1a) The slide you would paste it into would have had to have been deleted/unchecked.
2) The pasted Title and Body objects would then assume the role of the Master's Title and Body Boxes
Now:
Instead of assuming the role of the Master Slides Title and Body Boxes, they are simply text box objects. If you were to check "Title" or "Body", the old objects (with probably improper formatting) would still be that slide.

How to include non-joining records from level one in the lowest level?

As an example the dimension has three levels with data coming from three source tables. The relationships between these tables are zero to many. As a result of this e.g. there are records at the first level that do not join to the second table for level two, i.e. there is a customer entry but the customer has not acquired any products. However, we would like to see in the query for the lowest level also the customers that didn't acquire any products. They are there when there is no filter for the lowest level, but that returns duplicate data. I was hoping I could accomplish this by using outer joins when loading the dimension, but it loads the same as without the outer joins. Hopefully, this trivalized example describes what I am trying to accomplish.

You won't be able to have a true "default" value in the various cascading levels, since there aren't default values in a dynamic cascading parameter. That being said, I've created a sample report in Crystal Reports 2008 that has a Command-driven DCP with '*' values for the 2nd and 3rd levels of my 3-tier DCP and have accounted for them in the record selection criteria. Combining two reports with headings and body into one

I currently have two seperate XML reports for Oracle projects. One report prints out all the Labor information. One prints out Expense information. The users want those two reports married into one. So if there was Labor data in the XML that would report would print first, break to a new page and Expense data in the XML the second report would print.
I have that working. Now what I need to find out how is how not to print anything if, for example, the XML had no Labor data. The way I have it configured now, even if no Labor data it is still printing the headings for the Labor.
Any suggestions?

The report has parameters of project number and draft invoice number. The XML has always had both labor and expense on it.I orginally created 2 templates. One that only picked up labor and one that only picked up expense.
Now they want to just run one report and if both labor and expense print both out on same report, but seperating them.
BI Publisher 5.6.3
27459.xml is an example of xml that has no labor on it. just expense. so would just want the expense to print but the labor headers are showing up.
27267_Invoice1_Labor2.xml is an example of xml that has both labor and expense.
I you can look at that would be great.

How to open with only level-one bookmarks showing

I know how to set my initial view so the Bookmarks pane is open. However, is there a way to set the level of bookmarks that are shown? I have created my PDF by merging a lot of smaller files, many of which were created from MS Word, so there are many levels of bookmarks and it's overwhelming for a user to see all of it when the document first opens.

In Acrobat close the levels of bookmarks and save the document with File > Save As

HT2693 I have bought over £280. Worth of Simpson doughnuts from my iTunes account but the app went down eight weeks ago and the game reset it's self back to level one.

Looks like enough people are saying good things about your PSU for the price. And although mine is a "name" Antec 430, I have to assume even a cheap PSU rated at 450W will at least get your system to the BIOS. I happen to be running the same basic platform as you. Neo2 Platinum, 3200+ Venice, 2 X 512 Corsair VS. There's also three HDD's in there instead of one, and the DVD burner and floppy, so I'm not totally suspecting your PSU at the moment. The rails are a little light on amps, but still. The Corsair VS is definitely high enough quality to run in a good machine.
Basically, you're saying you tried both individual modules in each slot and got the same D bracket error each time? The odds would say you don't have two failing modules (unless someone very evil thought it'd be fun to hold some big magnets next to them for a while). This may sound like a dumb question, but in addition to the 20 pin main power, you do also have the 4 pin power jack (JPW1) plugged into the mobo, right? If all else fails, are you able to borrow a PSU from someone or possibly test yours on another machine?

Yesterday an extra Google Search Box was placed in the body of one of my home pages. Cannot get rid of it.

I use Firefox as my reading browser and sometime ago stumbled upon a method to make the most visited sites readily available by having photos of their sites as a supplemental home page. Yesterday a large Google Search box was added at the top of that page that I neither want nor need. I search from the address bar. Always have. I've done everything recommended to reset the home page and nothing seems to work. How do I get rid of that space hogging search field (it reduced the size of the 9 site photos that formerly occupied that page;I just click on the page to open a site). I captured a screen shot, but it seems to be awfully large. Can I get rid of it? It just showed up yesterday.

In order to uninstall a possibly unwanted extension, please do the following:
#Click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and choose Add-ons.
#Once the Add-on Manager has opened in a new tab, click the ''Extensions'' button on the left side of the window.
#You should now see a list of your installed extensions on the right side together with buttons on the right side of each extension.
#To remove an extension from Firefox, simply click the Remove button. You should see a message that informs you about the successful removal of the add-on.
#Note that some add-ons require a Firefox restart to be removed completely. To perform a Firefox restart after the add-on removal, click the ''Restart now'' link in the message.

Text sizing

I'm having a problem with text sizing in Pages for iPad. When I copy and paste the text from a range of cells in a table the text is displaying as large size even though the table is set to small. If I change the size of the text for the table to another size it doesn't affect the copied and pasted text. It always and only displays in large size. And if I click on the text and look at the size in table options>text size it SAYS that it's small. Help!

Welcome to the forum!
I would guess you want to do this for all the slides where you have subheadings:
1. Highlight the master slide for the bullet slides you'll be using. You'll see "Body Level One", "Body Level Two", etc.
2. Highlight the Body Level you want to change.
3. Under the Menu item FORMAT > FONT, "Show Fonts" (or simply press Command-T, which toggles fonts on and off), and set the font as you wish.
