Body of Email missing when pushed to phone using EAS

I am using EAS and Mnotes5 from commontime to push/sync my emails, contact, tasks, and calendar from lotus notes 8.5 to my pre. I am having success for the most part with this setup, however, I have had occasions were the email downloads to the phone with only the sender and subject line. The text attempts to download but times out and then never tries again leaving the email blank with the sender and subject line the only things to review. Since the update to 1.3.1 I am noticing this more and more. I have searched the posts and find references to this problem her and there but no real solutions. Is there anyone out there who has this problem or knows if there is a solution being looked at? I tried sending a PM to a tech support member but no real luck as of yet. I have also sent feedback to palm and contacted support at commontime but have not had much luck yet. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated

I checked in to this and unfortunately if you are using a 3rd party to use EAS to make Lotus Notes work the best way to find out what is going on is from the 3rd party manufacture. If this was just an EAS issue I would suggest deleting the account and adding it back in. If that did not work doing a partial/full erase as well.

I believe I have found my solution!
I can currently boot with my bios in ide mode- but my raid1 mirror is showing as independent drives (c and d)
I do a simple windows search for winload.exe on the C: drive and get nothing
that same search on the D: turns up winload.exe all over
When I look at I my BCD 'device partation=C:'
shouldnt this be D:?
If so is this just a simple bcdedit, reboot into the bios, change my bios from IDE mode to RAID mode, save to cmos then, theoretically boot into windows with my raid correct (showing as a singe drive C: )

Body and Attachments missing when running JavaMail from Jboss.

When I send an email from a Web service running on Jboss I get an email with recipients and subject but I do not get the body or the attachments. However, when I use the same code and run outside of the server environment everything works as expected. I have double checked to insure that I am using the correct jar files. I am not sure where to go from here.

Here is the debug output from the server.log. I have a application log file that says when I'm creating the body parts and how many there are.
I've redacted some company addresses etc.

Users Emails Deleting when read on phone

I Have a user that when they read an email on their phone o365 marks the email as read but then when they return to their computer the email is in the deleted items folder.
Has anyone come across this before?
The user is using an iPhone 6

I have this same problem, and it just popped up today after almost a month. Mail delivered to one of my Comcast accounts seems to be deleted from the Comcast server after I READ it on my Pre. I discovered this when an email I read on the Pre failed to appear in Outlook. I then went to my Comcast Web mailbox, and the message was not there.
This is not about a deleted message - it is about a READ message. Help!!!

Body of email disappears when replying - since 2.1 update

Is this happening with one specific account or more than one account?
Try deleting the account and then adding it again.

I'v been having a lot of trouble with mail for the past 2 weeks.
Basically everytime I use forward option Mail app crasses.

Try a restart.
Do a backup, using either Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure files/data can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
Try booting into the Safe Mode using your normal account. Disconnect all peripherals except those needed for the test. Shut down the computer and then power it back up after waiting 10 seconds. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear and again when you log in. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. When you reboot normally, the initial reboot may be slower than normal. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application un-installer. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don’t do them all at once.

Adding body of email when invoice sent as an PDF attachment

Hi All,
How to add standard text (constant for all invoices) to the body of the invoice email sent to the customer? I added text in the 'Mail title and text' section of transation NACE, but it is not working. I'm using 'External medium' in the output type to email the invoice. The invoice is sent as a pdf attachment, but the body of email is blank.
I am using custom print program and form. The same print program and form are used for printing invoice also.

I can send item from my macbook air to my phone using bluetooth but i can't seem to receive them from my phone it always says sending failed

I have paired my phone and my macbook air using the bluetooth and I can send files from my macbook air to my phone but I cant seem to send them from my phone to the computer.
When browsing my phone using the bluetooth on the macbook air it doesnt come up with any files.
What can I do to send my files to my laptop from my phone?

Have you enabled Bluetooth Sharing in the Sharing system preferences pane on your Mac?

Missing body of email

I'm receiving email, but when I open the message the body of the message is missing. I have everything else to, from and subject, but there is only a blank box for the message body.

I had this issue as well. Answers to your questions to the previous user:
Are all E-mails blank, or just those from a certain sender or with a certain attachment type?
Does it happen on all E-mail accounts on the phone (if you have more than one) or is it just one?
It impacted all mail from all of my accounts - Exchange, gmail and yahoo. The body failed to display for messages that I had already read prior to the issue as well as new mail. I re-entered all of my connection details (username/password) for all accounts, but that didn't fix it.
Does it happen when your phone is accessing 3G, 4G, or WiFi?

I was able to resolve the issue by erasing data and apps in the restore options. It takes about 15 min and requires that you re-enter all of your account connections and system preferences (apps, contacts and data are not removed from the phone). Not too big of a pain, but not something that I want to do on a regular basis.

I don't think you can do that with regular Thunderbird. But this add-on

lets you run javascript, or IIRC, launch an external program when a given filter condition is met. So this doesn't exactly provide an answer to your question, but makes a possible solution possible. '

Help! When I select "Phone" it tries to open and gives me a white screen and closes. I cannot view my missed calls or voicemails.

When I select "Phone" on my home screen the iPhone attempts to open it, brings up a white screen and then will shut back down. I have 8 missed calls or voicemails yesterday and I couldn't check any of them. Does this happen to anyone else?
Also, when I receive a call and I answer it does not give me the ability to end call or any of my options (sources, keypad,etc.) during the call.

When you said you have no fax machines on your line, that does include computers directly connected to the phone line?
The reason that I ask is a computer with a dial-up modem (a non broadband modem) that can connect to your phone line, can have software that makes the computer act as a fax machine.

All iPhone apps are digitally signed using the Apple ID they were purchased with. You CANNOT change this. You either enter the password for the original Apple ID, or you delete the App and download a new copy using the new Apple ID. Free apps that do not have lots of in-app content (like your Solitare High Score) are not a problem. Paid apps and free apps with lots of built-up/earned content can be very annoying as you have to re-pay for the app and/or build-up/earn that content again.

I would recommend closing any open applications in multitasking and restarting the device. If unfamiliar with multitasking, I have included a screenshot on how to process an application close.

You need to link your iPhone number to Messages - and Facetime if you use it. For Messages go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at>You can be reached by iMessage at. If your phone number is showing there, select it as your Contact address. If it doesn't appear in there, take a look at the end of this article for help.
