Bold2 9700 Synchronze with 2 Calendars, 1 outlook and 1 gmail

I am using a Bold2 9700 and I have setup two email addresses, one outlook (company) and one personal (gmail).
So far, I am happy with the synchronization and i could synchronize the calendar with outlook.
Is it possible for me to use one additional calendar from Google so that Bold2 can synchronize with the outlook and gmail independently?

I so regret that I upgraded to 2.0, I should've waited. I loved my Touch until the upgrade. It was working perfectly before the upgrade. Now I can't sync my calendars, it's the main reason I got my Touch. So now it sits on my desk, untouched. I'll keep following these forums to find out when I can rely on it again.
Seems like 2.0.1 is a mess, too. I'm waiting this time.
It sure would be helpful if Apple would acknowledge the sync problem (anyone reading this from Apple?). At least then we'd have some way to know when they get it fixed.

  • Problems with synching calendars between iPhone and Outlook 2007 on Windows

I recently purchased a copy of windows 7 ultimate 64. It was an English version, but since it is ultimate I downloaded and changed it to Danish - so far so good...
I have synch'ed between outlook and iPhone on a Vista platform without problems, but now on windows 7 when I sync - the result is, that on my iPhone the meetings, work schedules and birthdays I have in my calendar is shown a day too soon!!
I have checked that both iPhone and Outlook start the week on Mondays, so that is not an issue - I have updated my iPhone to the newest software with out any luck - so now I try and write here instead - hopefully someone can help me...
    thanks in advance

yes they were set to the same timezone - which puzzled me a lot...
I lost a lot of sleep, but I can now say that I have solved the problem...
What I did was, that I un-installed microsoft office (desperate I know!) - then ran a sync with the iPhone choosing to overwrite the Calendar in the phone - as there was no calendar present - it deleted what was on the phone. Then I re-installed Microsoft office, by doing that, I didn't loose anything because the user files was still present including mail setting etc. - resynced the iPhone - and now it works...
Just can't figure out what went wrong in the first place...
    thank you for your answer

  • Trying to Work with iCal calendars in Outlook--Help!

I use MS Outlook 2003 at work, but a Mac and iPhone for everything else. I would like to be able to continue to use iCal's and the iPhone's multiple calendars (which I use to separate work events, personal events, etc) and have them merge into one single calendar in Outlook, since otherwise I often miss events since Outlook treats them all as separate calendars that cannot be shown altogether. Is there a way to consolidate or merge all those calendars when I access them on Outlook (FYI, I use Plaxo to synchronize my calendars across platforms). Thanks!

    Found a work around

  • I have several calendars including Outlook and Google. I cannot seem to get outlook to sync to the cloud from my Iphone 3 g  whoi can help me? I actually want to take the calendars and outlook contacts across to my PC, which has a new hard drive.

how do I take my outlook calendar phone no etc and transfer them to outlook on my PC? My hard drive crashed and I am rebuilding. Also, I cannot seem to get my outlook calendar from my phone to the icloud although my google works fine. Thanks

    Thanks den.thed,
Apologies for not replying back sooner - I've been away.
Although your suggestion helped me in getting a copy of Lion that I could use, it didn't help with the restore from Time Capsule issue.  I had to download the Lion app onto my MacBook & then transfer it across but it wouldn't let me upgrade my OS for some reason, so I ended up wiping the iMac completely and restoring via my Snow Leopard install disk.  For some reason, this time, it let me have the option of using Setup Assistant to access the Time Capsule for a complete restore.
Now, over a week later, with various bits of tweaking and reinstalling some apps that didn't seem to come across, I have my system back.
    Thanks for the help anyway.
    Cheers,
    Paul

  • TS3999 The calendar in Outlook (and icloud) doesn't print all the events.  Only a few items are printed.

I joined icloud and now have 3 calendars in Outlook: Calendar in iCloud, Calendar (2) in iCloud and Local Calendar in iCloud.  When I try and print the calendar only a few items print.  Most of the items/events in the calendar on the computer are not on the printed calendar.  Has anyone else had that problem?  How do I get in touch with an iCloud support person?

Thanks Carolyn for the swift reply.
Tried on both but unfortunately didn't work for me.
I will create a new calendar called "Birthdays1" and will enter all birthdays again to see if that works.
Problem seems to be only with the Birthday calendar so might be corrupted over time?
Find it strange though that the Birthday calendar does appear correct and complete on my iCloud account online.

  • Syncing some items (Contacts, Calendar) on Outlook and others (Tasks, Memos) on Palm Desktop

On my old Palm phone, I was able to sync my Calendar and Contacts with Outlook and my Memos and Tasks with the Palm Desktop.  I just got a new Palm Treo 755p, and I would like to do the same thing.  I don't want my Outlook Tasks and Memos/Notes to be syncronized, only my Calendar and Contacts.  I want my device Tasks and Memos to go to the Palm desktop.  Is this possible?
During the Installation, it only asks for overall sync options - it does not break out each item (Contacts, Tasks, etc.) like it did for my old Palm.
Post relates to: Treo 755p (Sprint)

Hello and thank you for using the Palm Help Forums!
It should ask you somewhere through the installation what would you like to sync and give you the checklist of conduits. If it's not doing that on your installation disk, try downloading and installing the Palm Desktop Software from Palm's website, http://www.palm.com/us/support/palmdesktop.html
    Hope this helps!

  • LSO - Issue with Factory calendar End Year and creation of New courses

    Hi,
Recently we are experiencing an Issue in LSO with the system hanging while creation of "Course with Resources".
Upon Analysis we identified that while creating course with resources and by checking "Period without Days off" option references the set factory calendar in LSO config and since this set Factory Calendar has an End Year in 2005, the system hangs trying to reference this factory calendar.
For some course types we are unable to even enter the course creation Data screen. These course types have " Main schedule" (with / without pattern) pre defined.
The issue does not seem to occur if we extend the factory calendar to current period or future.
Please let me know if anybody has faced this issue, if extending the factory calendar the right solution and what is the impact of exteding a factory calendar in HR module. Is the factory calendar referenced anywhere else in HR module?
Note: in LSO config you can set the factory calendar in Training and Event Management>SAP Learning Solution>Training Management>Basic settings>Control Options for Days Off,
    Regards

  • I have two calendars in outlook and i cannot get one of them to sync with iphone

i have several calendars in my outlook.  the one that used to sync to my iphone no longer does and doesnt show on the phone anymore.

I forgot to say that the duplicate entries return after I have deleted them. Strange to me is why do some contacts show up as many as 14 times. I am suspecting that there could be an issue with iCloud or iTunes. Truly a mystery to me for now.

  • BT sync with Contacts & Calendar of Outlook

I used USB to do all sync jobs successfully and just purchased a USB 2.0 BT dongle and tried to switch to sync data using BT. The installation was successful but the BT sync failed. Probably, it is not as easy as I thought. Can the experienced one share your experience in doing so.
    Thanks!

What version of Bluetooth dongle you have?
The phone and PC are associated?
In nokia web you can view if your BT dongle is compatible.

  • Safari 6.0 is not functioning with Google Calendar. Chrome and Firefox work perfectly.

I have been using Safari to manage my Google Calendar. Several days ago, the calendar stoped loading properly with Safari. I can't manage the calendar most times. Occasionally if I hit the arrow keys many times the day will change, but there is no data on the page. When I used the Chrome browser and FireFox, the calendar works pefectly. On the Google community site, other people are reporting the same or similar issues.

    1. From the Safari menu bar, select
              Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
    2. Select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
    and confirm. Test.
    3. If the above steps don't resolve the problem, please describe it in more detail.

  • Need help with pc sync - 6220, outlook and vista

everything seems to be working right, it says its syncing, my phone tells me the sync happened yet none of my contacts, bookmarks, mails or calendar entries transfer either onto my pc (outlook 2007) or transfer onto my phone.
anyone know if im missing something?
    nokia N95

    Hi dawg,
After PC Suite says, it has synchronised, are you able to see those details in View Last report from Nokia PC SYnc? I think you are using Nokia PC Suite 7.0.7.0 only as your phone does not support any other PC suite, but is the PC Suite version is the latest one? What was the Sync settings specified on your PC Sync...two way sync or Phone to PC, PC to phone ?

  • Calendars in Outlook 2010 won't sync with my iPhone 3gs

Since I installed iOS 4.3 in my iPhone 3GS I cannot get iTunes 10.4 to sync my Calendars in Outlook 2010 with my iPhone.  I have not changed any settings and it has worked without problems for the last year until I installed iOS 4.3
Can anyone help me sort this out.

Here's what I've discovered: Outlook has two "versions," one for iCloud and one that is an Outlook data file ("My calendar"). You can check a box in Outlook to enable either of them (go to the Home tab and expand the navigation pane). The iPad does not sync with the Outlook data file. Anything entered there has to be manually copied to the iCloud version of Outlook in order to sync with iPad. So, to sync with iPad you have to uncheck "My calendar" in Outlook and then check "iCloud" and use that version of Outlook. But when I use the iCloud version, Outlook will not accept appointments sent to me by clients. It also screws up my communication with clients in other ways. So using the iCloud version of Outlook does not work for me.
I've discovered a third-party software that seems to solve this issue: Code Two Sync for iPad. You can Google it for reviews, the download link, etc. I downloaded and installed it and it immediately copied (synced?) all the appointments in the Outlook data file version of Outlook ("My calendar") to the iCloud version and synced them with my iPad. There were a bunch of duplicates, but I think there's some way to fix that. However...it also crashed Outlook on my computer (I have an older computer that is having issues). So I needed to uninstall it. I repeat, this is because my computer has been having other issues, I don't think it is the software's fault. I may try it again when I have more time to troubleshoot. Anyway, you might try this software and see if it works for you.

  • Sync'ing Multiple Calendars in Both Outlook and Blackberry 8330

I have been searching for either an OEM solution or 3rd party application solution for this problem for quite some time with no luck, so I decided to ask the experts here...
I am running an 8330 w/BIS service. I use my Blackberry for personal, work, and a side business. I have my personal emails, my work email (BIS, not BES) and my side business's email addresses configured. As such, I have multiple calendars on my Device and I've color-coded them to my liking.
I am quite mobile, and often need to enter infomation in any of the 3 calendars on the fly. Keeping them color-coded and separate is ideal, since I use the 'select calendar' function on the device to keep everything organized.
The problem lies in syncronizing with Outlook 2007 when I get home... Outlook 2007 will only sync the Default Calendar on my device, which happens to be my personal calendar. I know I can add a second and third calendar in Outlook and configure them to syncronize with my Blackberry but they still will only sync with my Default Calendar on the device. This is not much help when I'm on the road since everything ends up in one lump on my device, and no way to separate...
Google Sync is the same thing. I can add calendars and syncronize, but it all ends up in my Default Calendar as well.
I just can't see myself scrolling thru my many appointments and all-day events to pick out what events belong to what area of my life... I'm baffled that there would be multiple calendars on the device but no way to syncronize them with Outlook. Any assistance would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance...

Can only be done wired using Desktop Manager.

  • PC Sync doesn't work with Outlook and 6300

Whilst I appreciate there maybe other posts similar to this there doesn't seem one that give enough information and when the suggestions are tried (the ones I read) they didn't work.
I can sync with Nokia Communication centre (Emails and messages) but my 6300 won't sync with outlook (PC Sync)- contacts, notes or calendar.
    Here are the details:
Windows XP SP3 & Also Vista Business SP1
PC Suite is 7.0.7.0 (Also tried the version that came with the phone).
    Connection method - USB
    Phone Nokia 6300 latest firmware V 06.01 RM-217 (as checked on 27/7/2008)

Tried this on three computers with two with XP Pro(Outlook 2000 & 2003) and one with Vista Business (2007). Added new folders for test and also created a clean Outlook installation (2000 on one XP machine). None of these installations work with synchronisation. Tried just Contacts, Notes and Calendar on their own. Still no good.
The main reason for wanting to do this is to transfer my Calendar from my 6230i (there seems to be no other way of doing it) and use it on my PC.
I have managed to copy my contacts using PC Suite 7.0.7.0 by having both phones connected and selecting all the contacts from the old phone to the new phone in Nokia Communication Centre. Seems you can't do this on old suites. I can also see messages there as well although I haven't tried to copy them yet.
What is interesting is that with all the same settings in PC sync and the same folders in outlook I have been able to synchronise my 6230i calendar both ways with no problems at all. It is just the 6300 that is giving problems either way.
So is this a firmware bug, PC Suite bug, Interface bug, or just that some settings on either phone or PC that need changing to suite the 6300?
Without this working there is no way that my desktop calendar can synch with my phone. As I said the 6230i was no problem.

Thanks for that. I did indeed manage to do a calendar backup from my 6230i and then restore it to my 6300 and YES it did work.
So how come that a calendar that obviously works on the 6230i phone can be restored to the 6300 phone, and the 6230i can do a sync to outlook. Yes I did that as well. I managed to sync the 6230i to a clean calendar in outlook, Modify it the calendar in Outlook and then sync it back to the 6230i. I then had to back it up in order to restore it to the 6300.
Are you seriously saying that it is the format of the calendar when the 6230i does it so well. It seems obvious to me that it must be either the sync firmware of the 6300 or the PC connect software not taking account of any 6300 firmware differences.
As a test I added an appointment to a completely blank calendar on my 6300 and tried syncing that with the same errors. When syncing you can for a split second see something trying to be synced but too fast to read. It would be more helpful if there was a proper log of actually why and where the problem occurred. So if Nokia (or anyone)has some debug software please can I try it?
Whilst I have, after nearly a week of trying and search the internet, found a solution to my immediate problem (copying the calendar), it appears there isn't a solution to integrate the phone to Outlook - unless somebody know different.

  • Have duplicates on i phone 4s and calendar on outlook--tried to delete duplicates on outlook and they all went into delete file- afraid to sink-cant undo outlook calendar-HELP

After syncing with I cloud-ended up with duplicates of calendar in outlook and I phone 4s-tried to manually delete outlook duplicates and was left with only recurring b day events--the deleted items are in a folder but cant seem to undo them-aftraid to sync again-HELP

This is normal and is how Apple handles photos.
    There are NOT duplicate photos.
Just as a song is in your itunes library and you can access that exact same song from a playlist,  all  photos synced to iphone are in the photo library and those exact same photos (NOT duplicates) can be accessed from the individual albums.
It is working exactly as it should.
