BOM items are not coming in Subcontracting PO

Hi,
I have created a Finish good material and also have made BOM for that Finish material when I am trying to make a Subcontracting PO for that Finish material the BOM items are not coming in PO for that Finish material only for other material BOM items are coming properly.

shpping condition is differ from sold to party and sales document
Plants are same for all the line items
why the few line items are not coming in the delivery document creation,

Check below points.
Point 1:
When you create a delivery document, you create it for a Shipping Point.
So whatever the line that came in to one delivery has determined same shipping point that you entered in VL01N screen.
Others got a different shipping point and that's why it didn't come to the same delivery document.
Shipping point determined based on below criteria
- Shipping Condition - From customer master
- Loading Group - Material
- Plant - Delivery Plant of the sales order line item
You assign a proffered shipping point for above combination in configuration.
If that combination is not find, those line items are not going in to the delivery.
You can check the log of the delivery document for more information as well.
Point 2:
Check the line item Requested delivery date and the "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
Al Requested delivery dates has to be on or before the "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
Those line items which has a date more than that will dropped in the delivery.

Line items are not coming on next page in Bill of Lading

When I am printing Bill of Lading, if it has around 8 line items then its printing on the first page, but if line items are more then its not printing the remaining line items on second page.
I have one delivery with 10 line items, when I am printing it then on first page 7 line items are coming and for 8 line item only material is printing and on second page its description is printing but last two line items are not printing at all.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue as it is very critical.

Check below points.
Point 1:

In CK86, child items are not coming

Dear Experts,
There is one FG - A, in the bom of A, there are 3 purchase item X,Y,Z, and one sub assembly S, procurement type of S is x (both) and its bom items are P and Q.
But in CK86 when we excute costing P and Q are not visible. System showing costing of S.
The same A FG is extended to other plant with same bom. But in that plant in CK86 P and Q are visible with their quantity and value.
What mistake I have done in my plant. I am not able to understand. Please help me.

Manually schedulled cycle count items are not coming in cycle count listing

We had scheduled some items for manual cycle counting for particular date. But those are not getting generated in cycle count listing report or not avialble for counting.
Checkpoints done: 1. Items are cycle count enabled
2. Those items are avialable in that Cycle count Name
3. Onhand is avialbe for those items in particular subinventory
4. Cycle count scope is specific to Subinventory and that sub inv is included in the list
Can anyone give some thoughts why those manually schedulelled items are still not getting in cycle count listing report?

GP Work Items are not coming in UWL after refresh the cache.

We are facing strange problem. We have cleared the UWL Cache for the GP connector and after that workitems releated to GP are not showing up into the UWL.
Any Idea.??

Hi Dheerendra,
Are you using Federation by any chance? I mean, your GP runs on one server and you are using the UWL on the other server via federation? If yes then please check if the federation has been configured correctly and is working fine.
The other thing you can check is that the GPConnector is deactivated by mistake. If yes, then activate it.
Another check can be done in the System Configuration of the System Alias you are using for the GPConnector. Check whther it is pointing the correct sustem configuration. check whether the connection tests to that system are successful.
Also check whether the GPWorkItemProvider Web Service is working.

Sales order are not coming in FS10N ?

Issue: How is it possible to see number of sales order in the detail of item in the transaction FS10N?
When i see the Transaction FS10N for 2011 , at item level Sale Documents are Present , but when i Use the Same FS10N for 2012 , Sale Document values are not present ?
Kindly tell me the possiblities why the Sale Document Values are not Coming ? Its Urgent .

Did you install any major upgrades or other system changes recently? I am not saying that that could cause this, but I really cannot think of anything that would suddenly stop populating Sales Document and Sales Document Item when you enter a new fiscal year. Also, are you sure you are looking at the line items that originated in the SD module?

New BOM Items ordered not retained on click ofUpdate in BOB (OOB) shop

Hello Experts,
We are using BOM material in our Business Process. Per Business requirement, the BOM sub-items are not required to be displayed on the Order Page of ISA webshop in OOB scenario.
Hence we have set the parameter "ui.fields.order.bomExplosion"to 'hidden' in XCM Setting.screenshot attached.
After making this change, we are experiencing the issue where we are not able to add any new BOM items to existing Orders, especially in the scenario where all blank line items are filled in with new BOM Products. When we click on Update, the new items are not retained and disappear.
Help is very much appriciated.

Thanks for your response.
We find out the problem this was the SAP product Bug in the class SalesDocumentParser method parseItems the iteration count is worng. Its not taking care about the Bom items. Instead of interating the loop through index SAP is iterating through values. So we implemented the solution for the same.

Asset Line items are not updating in table ANEP

Hi friends,
I found that asset line items are not getting updated in ANEP table,.
This is my precedure for posting of depreciation.
I'll create Asset through AS01, then i'll use the T.Code: F-90.. then i'll run the depreciation program thru t.Code: AFAB.
In but i am unable to capture the values of Planned and Depreciated or Posted values in ANEP.. Is there is any other table for this...
Where is the mistake in my process..

The FI-AA documents are stored in tables ANEK (document header), ANEP (document line items) and ANEA (proportional values). You can use FI-AA standard report RABEWG_ALV01 to list all transactions to an asset in one fiscal year, and report RAABGA_ALV01 to list only retirement postings.
ANEA should be the solution you are looking for.

Line items are not appearing for some users

In one module pool program some line items are not appering for specific users. For Ex: Out of 5 line items user1 is able to see only 3 and user2 able to see all the line items. what might be the reason.

Users enter prices manually when they prepare sales order.Condition category is empty in condition type.

Delta changes in R/3 sales document are not coming into CRM

Hi Middleware experts,
We are on CRM 5.0 SP 005 with ECC 5.0 SP 007 and using the scenario X for sales documents replication.
Now the order is created in CRM and successfully transfered to R/3. I can see 3 Bdocs in SMW01 with green lights. First Bdoc says 'R/3 adapter is called', second Bdoc says 'the order is successfully saved' and displays a warning 'The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data' and third Bdoc has no messages. Also I do not see any struck queues in CRM and in R/3
I am able to edit the sales document in both the systems as per the scenario X. Now I have completed and saved the document in R/3. Surprisingly these changes are not coming into CRM and no new entries in SMW01. Also R/3 SMQ1 and CRM SmQ2 doesn't show any entries. I am also not able to debug, since I do not see any Bdocs in SMW01.
Now, if I changes the document in CRM and these changes are coming into R/3.
Also all documents created in R/3 are successfully going into CRM including delta changes in R/3.
I do not have any clue on what is happening? Highly appreciated, if you can help me.

Hi PK,
In R3AC1 only we put the filter. So if you do not have any other filter then make sure that you are changing the order which was created not before the date mentioned.
I would recommend you to just deregister the CRM system in R/3 Transaction SMQS and do some changes in the orders and check any queues are getting created corresponding to that order, If yes that means filter is not an issue. Then debug the queue and find the exact problem. Also make sure that the order you are changing in R/3 is of the same order type what you have mentioned in the filter.
Make sure to registor back the CRM other wise all the queues will get stuck in R/3 outbound.
