BOM user exit

Hello,
I am junior abaper,.....I would like to ask you one issue regarding free good issue in SD.
I writen some code in user exit MV45AFZZ and MV45AFZB. to get the issue given below.
If I creat sales order with one material DP-HEADER(material name)...actually it should create with another material DP-HEADER1 this is another material match with the first one.....and both the total combination of quantity must be 6. and free goods are DPITEM, DPITEM1, DPITEM2...these material must come as 6, 6, 6 by default....here the problem is .......with my code implemented in MV45AZZ and MV45AFZB
the order creates like this.........if i creates order with 2 material quantity.....it creates
DP-HEADER   with 2 QTY
DP-ITEM         with 12
DP-TIEM2       with 12
DP-ITEM3       with 12
DP-HEADER1  with 2
If i create with 3 materila QTY
DP-HEADER   with 3 QTY
DP-ITEM         with 18
DP-TIEM2       with 18
DP-ITEM3       with 18
DP-HEADER1  with 3
I need it like this with 2 material qty
DP-HEADER   with 2 QTY
DP-ITEM         with 6
DP-TIEM2       with 6
DP-ITEM3       with 6
DP-HEADER1  with 4
with 3 materila qty
DP-HEADER   with 3 QTY
DP-ITEM         with 6
DP-TIEM2       with 6
DP-ITEM3       with 6
DP-HEADER1  with 3

Use workflow to trigger your stuff on the event of saving the BOM.
You will need somebody who is familiar with workflow to help you with this. Do you have someone functional for this ?
