I'm in the Admin account! What's MBP? I'm pretty new to Mac.
MBP = MacBookPro
Are there other accounts? Is it possible Firefox was installed on one of them?
Have you run Repair Permissions? -
Trying to download itunes software to my PC, error message comes up saying I don't have sufficient admin to make changes to computer, I am looged in as admin? windows7 64bit
Try this. Go to the location where you downloaded the itunes installer file on your computer. Right click on the file and choose "Run as Administrator". See if it will let you complete the installation when you do this. Hope that helps.

I have version 6.0. I downloaded the latest version. When I move the icon to the applications folder I get a message asking if I wish to replace the older version. When I say yes, I get a message saying I don't have "sufficient privileges for some of the items."
It is better to download a new copy of the Firefox program from:
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean reinstall.
Install the new version that you have downloaded.
(your profile data is stored elsewhere in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder], so you won't lose bookmarks or other personal data).
thank you

IM trying to download fifa 14 but it says I don't have enough storage when I have not than double the amount it takes up does anyone know how to fix this?
To download and install an app the iPod needs storage available equal to about three times the file download size.
If you sync from your iTunes library less storage available is required.
Or delete some media from your iPod -
I've had an 'urgent' message telling me to upgrade Firefox to 3.6.6 in order to prevent online attacks but when I try to drag the newly downloaded icon into the applications folder a message comes up saying I do not have sufficient priviledges. Can you explain why and what I have to do?
* Download a new copy of the Firefox program: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re)install.
* Install the new version that you have downloaded.

Are you trying to do an over the air update or by connecting to iTunes on your computer?

It says I don't have enough Storage, when I do! What's wrong?
I want to update an app that is 1.2 GB, and I have about 2.3 GB left, it says I don't have enough storage. What should I do? I deleted half of my apps, and I'm trying to update via iTunes on my computer, but it doesn't let me drag the updated app on my iPod.
1.1Mb is a tiny amount of space. A 16Gb iPad can store around 16,000 Mb iCloud gives you 5,000Mb by default.
It sounds like you are either misreading the figure or the error is genuine.
If it is correct you can either pay for more space or try deleting the last backup - frankly deleting backups is a terrible idea. You may be better off syncing & backing up to iTunes on a computer. -

I have had a problem updating iTunes on my PC using Windows 7. It will not allow me to uninstall the current version of iTunes (10.2.2). The first Windows Installer box says: "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation."
Then a Programs and Features box comes up and says: "You do not have sufficent access to uninstal iTues. Please contact your system administrator."
Well, I am the Administrator yet it won't let me do this uninstall. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
DaveHmmmm. Nothing instantly springing out at me as looking wrong there.
Let's try reregistering the Windows Installer service.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Any better luck this time? -
Can I update my CS6 programs if I don't have the creative cloud?
I recently bought the Standard Adobe Creative Suite CS6 as a downloadable program and was wondering if I can update this somehow even though I do not have the Adobe Creative Cloud. I am a student and need the Adobe Indesign CC version for class and would really like to just update my existing CS6 version rather than subscribe to Creative Cloud or buy a whole new program. I have the Adobe Applications Manager Executive Edition as well but have no idea if I can actually update my programs with it or what it just does in general.
Very Confused, Please Help.
Thank You,
SydneyThere is no such thing. You have a fundamental misunderstanding. CC is the cloud and there is no way to get access other than with a subscription.

I've tried to download the most current Firefox and it downloaded but I can't save it to my apps or use it due to this error message:

For Mac OS X 10.4.11 or Mac OS X 10.5.8 you can look at:
