That is the message you get when you are activating an upgrade version. It is asking you to choose and provide the serial number for the older version that you are upgrading from. If it is asking for Photoshop Elements information then I still say you are probably not installing CS5.

Then you can purchase Mt. Lion from the App Store, 10 8.
The cost is $20.
Then you download it from the App Store and install it.
Ther is no DVD like Snow Leopard.

j'ai acheté il y a 1-2 ans le coffret Adobe Photoshop Element 7 et Adobe Premiere Element 7.
Je n'ai jamais vraiment pu utiliser le logiciel Premiere Element car mon ordinateur ne supportait pas le logiciel (windows). Puis le photoshop plante un peu.
Je me suis acheté un mac book pro et je voudrais savoir si on pouvait acheter la mise à jour du logiciel (version 9) mais pour mac au lieu de pour windows ?

La version Mac est tout a fait different - ça marche avec l'organisateur pour la premier fois - Cela n'existait pas dans PSE7. Vous profiterez en achetant PSE9/PRE9 ensemble.
Si vous achetez le produit en boîte, vous obtiendrez alors les disques d'installation pour Mac et Windows. Deux installations sont autorisées.
On peut installer le programme sur votre Mac et Windows sur un ordinateur portable.

La mise à jour se télécharge et, aprsè redémarrage, s'arrête en plein milieu de la mise à jour en affichant ce message d'erreur :
"La mise à jour « Mise à jour Mac OS X » n'a pu être enregistrée
La mise à jour n'a pas pu être vérifiée et peut avoir été endommagée au cours de son téléchargement. Elle sera téléchargée mais à nouveau recherchée au prochain lancement de Mise à jour de logiciels."
Sauf qu'au prochain lancement de Mise à jour Logiciels évidemment, elle ne se retélécharge pas.
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?

I do not succeed to install the update 10.7.5 on my Mac Book Air.
Download happens but after restaring the update is underbroken with the following error message :
The update 'Update Mac OS X could not be saved.
The update could not be checked and could have been damaged during the download. It will be downloaded again at the next launch of Software Update.
But obviously it does not happen.
Could someone help me?

Read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data. Quit the App Store application if it’s running. Take the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Step 1
Triple-click the line below to select it:
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open with a file selected. Move the selected file to the Trash, leaving the window open. Relaunch the application and test. If there's no change, quit again and restore the file you moved from your backup, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Otherwise, recreate your settings in theSoftware Update preference pane.
Step 2
Hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Move the following items from the Library folder to the Trash (some may not exist):
Caches/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate
Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.*.plist

Here, "*" stand for a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes. Leave the Library folder open. Try Software Update again. If it works now, stop here. Close the Library folder.
Step 3
If you still have problems, quit the App Store again.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear, then quit Terminal. Test.

Peut-être que vous avez obtenu un "numéro de série" d'Amazon (ou similaire). Ce n'est pas un numéro de série, seul un code avec lequel vous pouvez demander un numéro de série à partir d'Adobe. Ici, vous devez passer par "Adobe Store", et recherchez le bouton "Serial Demande de numéro". Remplissez le formulaire et, après un certain temps, vous obtiendrez un numéro de série "réel".

If you are receiving an error when attempting to update your iPhone, use the steps in this article to troubleshoot -

Check that your security software and settings aren't preventing your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Confirm that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.

Objectives
1. develop tutorial/instructions for mainstream setup of WAB across multiple greographcal locations
2. Goal is for complete discovery in Leopard Finder of each computer setup across seperate locations
3. Ability to file share/browse file structure of each local and remote computer
4. Ability to use Screen Sharing across geographical locations to control/observe remote computers (alternatively use Apple Remote Desktop app)
5. Appropriate listing of services in Bonjour Browser (local and global)
6. (Wide) Access to airport disk
7. Consistency. Many solution like back to my mac solo sometimes work sometimes does not depending on unidentifiable variables (across reboots with no material change)
Setup
1. Multiple LAN (local area networks) in different geographical locations (LAN1, LAN2, LAN3,...)
2. Dynamic IP setup from ISP in each geographic locations (cable / DSL)

If you have the older version you can still use it.
But you said you deleted the older version, so you do not have much option but to download/purchase the new version. Unless you can convince the developer to give you the older version again.
I understand your feelings, but deleting the app puts you in the position of having to purchase the new one...same thing if you had the old version and wanted to update to the new version.

Et à partir de moment CE La Mai Problèmes Ont commence, je ai Voulu de passer suite à ma nouvelle adresse (Maintenant je sais Que je aurai du Garder mon ancienne). Quoique Maintenant je ai les deux et ce est là Je Crois mon Problème? je ai des mises à jour Qui ne se font plus (iMovie et Iphoto) Qui Ont pris l'identifiant SFR et Quand je request la mise à jour, une fenêtre se ouvre with the identifiant SFR grisé et si je Mets le mot de passe, juin fenêtre apparait me signalant au Québec par mesure de sécurité MON identifiant une Était dènitialisè et de le réinitialiser, je ai fait PLUSIEURS foie this opération, en changeant le mot de passe et d'identifiant also, Mais je reviens à la cas départ with the same fenêtre et l'identifiant SFR grisé? Je ne sais plus quoi faire?
