Je n'arrive pas a ouvir photoshop depuis que je l'ai installé. J'ai essayé via adobe tool mais sans succès.
Je suis sous Mac Os x 10.9.4
Processeur 2,93 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Mémoire 4 Go 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphisme NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 256 Mo

It seems that ID finds auto-recovery data from a crash and tries to recover the file instead of opening it correctly. Either rename it or, what's better, clear the recovery cache. Check your Indesign settings for the recovery cache path.

Do you still have this problem in Safe Mode? If you don't, it's most likely one of your extensions/plugins. You can troubleshoot your plugins by entering Safe Mode. Follow the directions below to enter it:
*Click Help > Restart with add-ons disabled
*Click ''Start in Safe Mode'' in the dialog box that comes up.
If you don't see the problem occurring, it's one of your extensions. You should first disable all extensions then re-enable them one by one to find out which is causing this issue.

I work in my school with CS6 but in my home with CC2014 and when I wanted this afternoon to open a file CS6 with CC2014, it was impossible, it doesn’t recognize the file ! AS I (mis)understand it, you have to open the file in CC2014, then Save a Copy and set the version to CS6.
After that, you should be able to open it with CS6. Obviously, there may be some changes because CS6 lack some of ther capabilities and properties of CC2014.

Après une mise à jour OSX il faut supprimer les prefs. Désolé instructions en anglais
Quit Elements.
Launch Finder and go to the user Library by clicking the Go menu whilst holding down the Optn (alt) key (n.b. the library is hidden until you press the optn key) and inside the Library folder select the preferences folder. Then trash the following files:
Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Paths
Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Settings
com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist
com.Adobe.Elements Organizer.12.0.plist
com.Adobe.Elements Organizer.12.0.UUID.plist

Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
Alternatively, depending on exactly when and why the library went missing, there may be a more recent .tmp file in the main iTunes folder that can be renamed as iTunes Library.itl to restore the library to a recent state.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

La mise à jour n'a pas pu être vérifiée et peut avoir été endommagée au cours de son téléchargement. Elle sera téléchargée mais à nouveau recherchée au prochain lancement de Mise à jour de logiciels."
Sauf qu'au prochain lancement de Mise à jour Logiciels évidemment, elle ne se retélécharge pas.

Read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data. Quit the App Store application if it’s running. Take the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Step 1
Triple-click the line below to select it:
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open with a file selected. Move the selected file to the Trash, leaving the window open. Relaunch the application and test. If there's no change, quit again and restore the file you moved from your backup, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Otherwise, recreate your settings in theSoftware Update preference pane.
Step 2
Hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Move the following items from the Library folder to the Trash (some may not exist):
Caches/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate
Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.*.plist

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear, then quit Terminal. Test.
