Deux "sources de problèmes" en parallèle :
Le passage d'une machine à l'autre nécessite en général une désactivation sur l'ancienne machine (via le menu aide > désactiver), pour être activés sur la nouvelle machine.
L'évolution des systèmes d'exploitation et de l'architecture des machines apple ou windows. Notamment, CS4 date de 2008, à l'époque, c'était Snow Léopard (10.6) sur les machines.

Although my G4/1Ghz Dual has Classic on here I can not replicate the fault people are reporting.
Any other help I can offer will need me to have a translation. (I would not trust Widget or web translator to go to English and back again).

Has Suggested Combo 10.4.8 - which I think is now reported as not helping the situation.

There is no "scheduled" update for Lightroom. There are periodic updates that come, usually about every three months. And your camera will probably be supported in the next update. In the meantime, there is a release candidate for the DNG converter 8.7 that will create DNG copies that you can use until the Lightroom update is released.

In an extreme circumstance your country's government could perhaps force you to turn it in should Apple win a ban on import of those clones into your country, but I think it unlikely.
You will of course not be getting any of the features unique to the iPhone, including the ability to run the thousands of iPhone apps, should you purchase this or any other clone, nor of course will you get any sort of support from Apple.

Lors de la mise à jour de iphoto, itunes me demande (sans possibilité de le changer) le mot de passe de l'apple id de l'ancien propriétaire.
J'ai pourtant supprimé le compte de l'ancien propriétaire, et enregistré mon apple id comme compte par défaut.
Que dois je faire pour qu'il n'utilise que mon compte et pas l'ancien ?

I recently changed from a Mac Pro to an iMac. Despite using Migration Assistant, a large chunk of my recent emails and nearly all of my wife's emails have disappeared in transit. Strangely, emails from my distant past are still there. Time Machine is no help; the messages may be on my backup disc but they're behind an invisible icon. Any ideas as to how I can get them back?
Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data. That means you know you can restore the Mail database, no matter what happens.
Triple-click the text on the line below to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/Envelope Index
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens (command-V), then press return.
A Finder window will open with a file selected. Move the selected file to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have names that begin with "Envelope Index". Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is corrupt and that Mail has to quit. Click OK.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the file you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results. -

Installing Windows 7 Ultimate on Lion/Bootcamp 4/Mac Pro (before 2008)
I'm currently trying to install windows (described in title). Everything works fine until the windows intallation gets to the last step. It restarts the computer to run the configuration which causes a blue screen of death to appear and disappear so fast I can't read it. I've been poking around to see if there are any solutions but I haven't really seen anything helpful. The closest I've seen has been to rename the apple drivers bootcamp installs (or something like that) but when searching the file system I can't find the ones mentioned. Also this compy has a 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon processor with 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM ... and was purchased around 2007/2008. Thanks all.
Windows 7 64-bit requires UEFI, which means Mac Pro 3,1 Early 2008.
That is what Microsoft supports for UEFI and GPT on 64-bit OS, www.uefi.org group, Intel, Apple and other partners.
And the ROM yu have is 32-bit and too small for that. UEFI didnt' exist until two years after the MacPro line debut.
So the easy way: install Wndows on a PC to get it started, don't update, then insert drive into Mac Pro and continue from there. That is the easy route.
You actually should, with 64-bit DVD, get an error message:

I had Windows 7 evaluation copy, on my computer, which was expiring. Bought the Windows 7 Home premium and put the disk in the CD-Rom drive, and started my computer. Got the "Select CD-Rom Boot Type" prompt with the options "1" and "2", with no descriptions for either one. I entered the number '1' and my computer started with the evaluation copy (tried '2' as well). Finally, I started the computer again and entered the number '3'. Installation process for my Windows 7 home premium started.
Someone put this help tip and it should be useful, but does require Windows, and it is easy to install Windows from ISO or DVD into a VM whereas native install fails.
Again, you only need Apple drivers, not Boot Camp Assistant to partition etc and you do need to put the Windows drive in bay #1 or #2 while removing all other drives (external as well).
Try typing "3" though if you get the "Select CD" prompt first, seems Microsoft has for years had an issue with their loader is not ISO9660-compliant.

And if it was my Mac, I'd download Windows 8 Preview on the 29th (well, wait a couple days for the server to catch up as it will probably get million downloads a day). Unless you have access to Windows 7 through work or MSDN.
You only need to buy System Builder Windows 7 64-bit Pro - Pro to use both processors in your system.
And normally installing 32-bit version is a piece of cake. and from in there you can install 64-bit in another partition on same hard drive without having to boot off DVD.
I think you created the DVD with Disk Utility and that is why it doesn't work. No?

Mac Pro RAID 0 setup with bootcamp
I'm about to take the plunge and buy a Mac Pro as soon as I get the money (or credit) to. There have been things here and there that have turned me off but I found ways around some concerns, but this one I haven't been able to find.
I am a musician and want to utilize raw power that Mac does so well with. But unfortunately my DAW of choice doesn't support OS X. I hate Vista, I never upgraded, I stayed with XP but have been willing to change to OS X with XP as well, to get the best of both worlds. Then i find my DAW doesn't support XP 64 bit so i am going to have to use Vista 64-bit (bummer).
What I haven't been able to figure out is if it is possible to run a RAID 0 of the windows OS and all its data. The Mac Pro RAID card doesn't support any Windows OS so i am wondering if there is anyway possible to get the Windows OS in RAID, any good hardware or software that will accomplish this. Like if i get the Mac Pro RAID cad, is there a good software or hardware RAID that will allow me to install windows in a RAID 0 configuration?
If its possible I would have no reasons to not move over, but I really need to have my RAID setup in windows since I am using latency sensitive disk streaming programs that need to stream files in the GBs
Also could I just opt out for the Mac Pro Card and get a generic RAID card that supports both Windows and OS X? And if so any recommendations?

Apple is not very upgradeable. It would cost me more to upgrade the cpu than buy new (though can get a good $$ on my system - in part because it runs the prior version of OS X 10.4 "Tiger". New systems will only run the current/latest OS, you won't be able to run Leopard if a system comes with Snow. The graphic choices and upgrades can be lame. It is almost a closed box.)

As of March 1, 2013, Apple will no longer sell Mac Pro in EU, EU candidate and EFTA countries because these systems are not compliant with Amendment 1 of regulation IEC 60950-1, Second Edition which becomes effective on this date. Apple resellers can continue to sell any remaining inventory of Mac Pro after March 1. Apple will take final orders for Mac Pro from resellers up until February 18th for shipment before March 1, 2013. Countries outside of the EU are not impacted and Mac Pro will continue to be available in those areas.It is interesting (to me anyway) what UL rules require, gleaned from talking to design engineers who had to work within their framework.
They say you must not be able to touch Voltages inside the cabinet over 35 Volts with your unaided fingers (no tools). So anything over 35 Volts must have a cover that cannot be removed with fingers alone.
