Book mark icon in Adhoc query?

Hi,
There is an Adhoc query created by the end user.The book mark icon available is not working but the CONTEXT MENU on any of the values is producing the book mark properly.Can just any one help me to find the solution of this?

then there seems to be some issue with your ad-hoc template - was it modified in any way ? that could be causing this issue. If the temnplate was not modified then reactivate the same from business content and check.
The ad-hoc template depends on your BI version. Which version of BI are you on ?

Book mark is URL we are getting after the clcking on the EIther on the ICON or context menu option.This URL can be used any where where ever is required.Right?
But In my case the URL Content is chainging based on the Adhoc query designer.Only characterstics are again and again changing but key figures are original only.

But what once I execute the query in portal I will be getting an URL.This also can be used as Book mark right?

=> let me explain this with an example ... there is a BW server physically located in France and can be accessible across all the location wherever project is running. Somebody try to access the Query URL from Gurgaon (one of the project location)which was executed in France may not be run in Gurgaon (Page cant be displayed) because port # in the URL may be blocked in Gurgaon due to security reason,,, this case we have to contact the admin ,they will enable the port..same case i have faced

I observed the same, Book Mark Button availabe on web report is not working but Book mark URL can be saved with the context menu -> bookmark.
need to check the Web template for Book Mark.
Bookmark URL can be saved and that URL is used to go fastly to the requied navigation fastly, that is the use of Bookmark

Book mark icons blank

Most of my icons are blank in my bookmarks, next to the website
I got a new computer With win 7 and imported them from my old computer.
I've deleted some of the websites and relaoded them, still blank, for example BB&T bank.
I've installed the plugin that's supposed to correct this.
From a Google search I'm not the only one having a problem with this.
This is driving me nuts. All the icons, or what ever they are called show up in IE, and my old computer

The favicons are stored as binary (BLOB) data in the places.sqlite file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.

You will have to use the bookmark and visit the website to make Firefox retrieve the favicon.

Problem in Adhoc Query's set operation functionality.

Hi Experts,
I am facing problem executing Adhoc Query's set operation functionality.
In Selection Tab, following operations are performed :-
Execute a query and mark it as 'Set A'.(Say Hit list = X)
Execute another query and mark it as 'Set B'.(Say Hit list = Y)
In Set operation Tab, following operations are performed :-:-
Carry out an Operations 'Set A minus Set B'.
which results in Resulting Set = Z.
Transfer the resulting set 'in hit list' and press the copy resulting set button.
In Selection Tab, Hit list is populated with Z.
And when output button is pressed, I get to see 'Y' list and not 'Z' list.
Kindly help.

Problem with a Currency field in Adhoc Query - HR

Hi,
I have an Adhoc query that uses Custom infotype fields (Z infotype and z fields).
The currncy field also has a reference field in the infotype (of type waers).
Wehen we try to get the ouput of the Adhoc Query it gives following error:
The report cannot be generated because the internal description is invalid or incomplete, or because the selection screen is too large.
Regenerate the assigned InfoSet, and read the log. If the InfoSet is OK, make sure that at least one field is given as output.
If you used the 'Refresh' icon to start the query, use the 'Output' menu option to execute the query. This gives you a full screen display of the data.
If an output was generated, the query cannot work with actual data in the construction view. In this case, always use the 'Output' function to execute the query.
I have already tried a number of solutions:
1> Regenerate the infoset...
2> make the field as an additional field and write my own code for it (the error comes before the code as i kept a breakpoint but it stopped before that)
if i add other fields of this infoset instead of this field, then those appear in the output.
Any solutions ??

Can we show comments in adhoc query?

       Can we put comments in Adhoc query?
       I have a comment icon in infotype 9903.
       I need to fetch that particular comments and show in a query output. It is not a field.
       Can we do this? If yes, then please let me know how?

I did it sometime back. A bit complicated process.
Create an infoobject, manually enter the values "keyfig1" and "keyfig2".
Include this infoobject in the filters and restrict it using a "ready for input" variable.
Now create two formula variables.
Write a customer exit such that when you select "keyfig1", first formula variable's value should be set to 1 and other one's to 0.
Then in the query create two calculated key figures, multiply both with the formula variable. Also supress column (all active value == 0).
Then it will show the key figure which you have selected.

The safari bookmark was working yesterday. Today book mark is not working. I can not book mark anything.
Did I do anything to prevent stopping bookmark to store? Please help me how to get back working my bookmark. Thank you.

See if this works.
Quit the Safari app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I had a folder that was a part of firefox in the book marks are called Recently Bookmarked. It has now disappeared and i would like to know how to get it back?

This folder was not one I created, but it appeared to be a part of the bookmark area. It save all recently saved book marks and was called "Recently Bookmarked". I used this feature last night and this morning when I went to use fire fox, it is gone.
I tried restarting Firefox and it still has not fixed the problem. My question is, How do I get this feature back or how do I create a folder where everything I book mark goes into the folder until I can sort the book marks into the proper folders? thank you for your help

Adhoc Query

I am using PAAH to execute Adhoc Queries.
After executing T. Code PAAHEdit SettingsStatistics
I clicked on Output Icon for executing Query relating to IT 0041. I am seeing a column called as Number where it shows the number of records per Infotype.
My Question is that the Number Column is showing 12 if I maintain all the fields in IT 0041. Is it possible for number column to show 1 instead of 12 thus showing the number based on records not on fields. It is working fine for other infotypes but not for IT 0041.

Hi,
It is standard logic enforced by SAP. You can change it to your own logic by changing respective infoset. To do that you should follow these steps:
1. In transaction SQ02 select your infoset > CHANGE
2. Go to "Field groups/data fields" section (right top corner) and find field group "Date specification". Remove from there standard SAP fields P0041-DAR01 and P0041-DAT01. These are the fields that loop during selection.
3. Now you should add fields with your logic. For that go to "Data fields" section (left side of the screen). Find infotype "Date specifications P0041". There you should add new table to selection - PA0041. To this right click on line "Additional fields" > Create > Additional table > PA0041 and add selection criteria:
SELECT SINGLE * FROM PA0041
WHERE PERNR                = P0041-PERNR
   AND SUBTY                = P0041-SUBTY
   AND OBJPS                = P0041-OBJPS
   AND SPRPS                = P0041-SPRPS
   AND ENDDA                = P0041-ENDDA
   AND BEGDA                = P0041-BEGDA
   AND SEQNR                = P0041-SEQNR
Save.
4. Finally you have to add new fields to your infoset. Select from newly added group "HR Master Record: Infotype 0041 (Date Specifications) PA0041 " fields from "Date type PA0041-DAR01" to "Date for date type PA0041-DAT12" (all of date types) and drag and drop them to field group (see step 2) "Date specification". Save and generate your infoset.
Now you will see all date types in one line in report output.

I am using RoboHelp7 and have imported a project from an
earlier version. I'd like to change the icon in the TOC from the
question mark to a "page" icon for a number of documents. How would

When editing a skin you really only have a choice between four images.
One to represent a closed book or a collapsed area
One to represent an open book or an expanded area
One to represent a page
One to represent a link to an external web site
It's unclear as to why you are expecting to see more than a single icon for a page. If you don't wish to see the question mark icon, you need to browse to another image to select it. RoboHelp does offer a number of alternate images to choose from. You will find them in the Gallery folder where RoboHelp has been installed.

Book marking feature in adobe presenter

Is there a book marking feature in adobe presenter?

The presentation is huge. I can't send. However, even on a single slide presentation when I add an interaction it does not work.
Delete - for exampe if I try to use a process tab interaction, it starts with 4 tabs, but I only want 3 tabs. How can I delete a tab.
The label on the tab is too small - I need to put 3 words on it, can't I shrink text size or use more of tab.
When I enter a graphic using the icon, it is not moveable and is not size right.
I don't see how I can add text, etc to the interactions. It seems to freeze, the instructions for how to edit interactions is very poor, so though very technical, I don't understand how to edit/add my own content to an interaction. Aren't there more robust instructions with maybe a video demonstration on how to use, edit/customize interactions?
Is there an option for allowing Flash that I should be setting on my computer? That seems to be a potential problem, like enabling java?

How to clear items mentioned right side under "recently book marked"

Even after I successfully clear 'recent history I find in the right side certain items under "recently book marked". Please let me know how to remove these items.

* Such lists show a maximum of 10 entries by default and you add a new bookmark or visit a website then a new item is added at the top and the entry at the bottom disappears from that list.
* The items that are removed from the list are not gone, but merely do not show up anymore in that list.
* Any actions like copy & paste or delete that you perform on bookmarks in such a list are done on the original bookmark.
* If you do not want a specific list then remove that query (right-click: Delete), but do not delete the content that is displayed in such a list.

What does Adhoc query means

The Report with tcode S_ahr_61016359 was persent in sap 4.6 c but now this tcode gives the message that this report was deleted use adhoc query instead in version ECC 6.0.
can you tell what does this means.
