Bookmark function not working at all; lost all bookmarks and can't recover

I have lost all bookmark function, all bookmarks, and have tried all of the suggested tips for recovering them. I found the "profile" file within Help->Troubleshooting Info.->Application Basics-> but there's no information about what to do with it once you find it. It's an application apparently. I have quit everything running, restarted, etc. Nothing is working. Please help.

Thanks I've checked out the manual.
Under the "Data Transfer" menu there are two options "Server sync" and "PC synchronisation".
Neither are mentioned at all in the user guide!
I assume it's the latter I'm interested in, and all it does is give an option for a user name and password.
I've set a user name and password, but I'm not sure what they're for, there seems to be no option in PC Suite to put them in.
Any other guidance much appreciated!

Try resseting the network settings in settings>general then go to reset a the bottom.
Then reset NETWORK settings.

First of all make sure your download is complete. If you bought the disk that gave you Snow Leopard, it would probably have been 10.6.3. That means you need to download and apply the 10.6.8 Combo updater and do some software updates too.

Then check that your machine is capable of running these higher OS's

Custom built page bookmark is not working

Hi,
We have used Captive 2 to built course & publishing it
for SCORM 1.2 for eLearning output.
Some of the custom built interactivities page with more than
one step in it, bookmarking is not working. It skips the bookmark
for those interactive pages.
Is there are solution to avoid this ?

Thanks for the feedback. It is like that until we turn on
report for particular slide nothing get reported to LMS (including
bookmark).
If this is the case then i have course which has some
interactive pages along with assessment. I want to just report the
scores for assessment pages and not the other interactive practice
pages. If i turns on reporting for other pages for bookmarking
purpose my score get updated which is not required.
Is there any way I can bookmark each interactive page &
normal page without updating the score ?(excluding assessment)

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Does this issue occur with any particular web page?
Are you able to print the webpage to 'Adobe PDF' to convert it to pdf.
Which Browser version, OS version and Acrobat version are you using?

Bridge will do the job. View > Sort > ByType. Then you can choose a group of one type and put the files in a separate folder.

If you are not getting any sound from the speaker, follow this article.

Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.
If the iPhone is in a protective case, make sure that the speaker port isn't blocked by the case.

This is a user to user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

Concluding something does not work because you fail at using it is not necessarily always justified.
The Quick Selection Tool certainly has limitations, but your post seems to be more about venting than trouble-shooting – otherwise you might have posted an image where you failed to get an expected result.

restore your phone as new through itunes. if the issue persists after a factory restore via itunes, it means you've got a hardware issue and the phone needs to be repaired
