Bookmarks dropdown box remains after running search through URL/Search bar

Has anyone else noticed that when you're in full screen mode in Yosemite Safari and you enter a search query into the URL/search bar, the dropdown bookmark/favourites do not disappear once you execute the search. So you have to then click elsewhere to make the dropdown box disappear otherwise you can get to the search results underneath the dropdown box.

These have nothing to do with Firefox.

My advice is to uninstall that extension. IMO, you have too many extensions installed, and are asking for problems with Firefox. I am not against using a lot of extensions in Firefox ''(I typically have 45 to 50 extensions installed, but the mix of extensions you have scares me as potentially problematic.)''

Has anyone had these" logging screens" appear on Safari when doing searches through the google bar on the top right nav bar? Seems like Big Brother is watching!

Create a Locals variable that remains after run completed (LabVIEW)

I am trying to create a Locals variable that remains after a sequence run is completed. When I use the PropertyObject to create a Locals variable, its scope is available only when the sequence is running.

The locals you see at runtime are a copy of the default locals in the file. Each instance of a running sequence needs its own copy of the locals because their values can vary in different running instances of the same sequence.
The edit time definition of the sequence local variables has a property path such as:
RunState.SequenceFile.Data.Seq["MainSequence"].Locals
If you modify these locals and you want the file to be marked as modified so that the user is prompted to save, then you should also call:
RunState.SequenceFile.AsPropertyObjectFile().IncChangeCount()
Note that changing the edit time locals only affects new executions. You might need to modify both the edit time and runtime locals depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

Is it possible to increase the size or the Bookmark dropdown box

I find it difficult to scroll the folders and select the right one to put the Bookmark in.

Searching through index

Hello,
In a PDF JavaScript I am using "search.query(cSearchTxt, "Index", cIdxPath)" to do the search using index with the option of "All Words", "Any Word" and "Exact Pharase". I do not need the popup window to be opened and showing me file names and number of hits, I want to copy the file names that would have been displayed on the pop up window to be copied to a new folder...
I am wiling to pay if somebody develops that script to me or show me an example.

I want that to be done without human intervention and it is not only one text string that I search for at this time, there are multiple text string... I have the action script that I only start, it runs by itself but it takes a while to finish...

Install dialog box absent after PSE 13 download to Win 8.1 PC: which Set-up.exe to run?

PSE 13 downloaded to a Windows 8.1 PC (64 bit OS) then Windows File Explorer opened showing the contents of ‘This PC\Downloads\Package’, namely two folders ‘32 bit PhotoshopElem13’and ‘PSE 13’ having similar contents. There is no guidance as to whether to run the Set-up.exe in the first or the second of these folders.
An installation dialog box would have been welcome with advice on the choice.
Which Set-up.exe should be run?
Is it necessary to keep any contents of the folder ‘This PC\Downloads\Package’ after the installation finishes and the program appears to function properly?

I remember reading something about the difficulties of USB 3.0 vs. 2.0, but it didn't occur to me to switch my mouse and keyboard plug-in.
Unfortunately, my employer decided to buy a new Windows 7-capbable cpu this morning instead of having me install Win7 on the current cpu. I was going to implement your suggestion today, but my copy of 7 was already shipped back by the time I got in today.
I actually kind of want to try it anyway for the sport of it. I promise that, if it comes to it and I'm asked to install it later, I will attempt your suggestion and update this forum with my results.

It started after the major update to iOS 7.
I can't believe that this is so hard to do. It's just not letting me. I can add a bookmark to the home screen just fine, just not in a bookmarks folder anywhere I try.
I've used Apple products since 2001 and have always loved how intuitive they are. But the Safari browser since iOS 7 has been the worst I've experienced. At least right in the beginning after that update.
I'd really appreciate any help that doesn't just tell me how it's suppose to work...I know that.
My iPad 4 is not affected with the problem and works as it should.

Dropdown box not showing up for field w/attached search help

Hi. I've created a search help for a data element and I know that the search help is working on the selection screen.
The search help values come up if I hit F4 but when I click into the field on the selection screen no drop-down box appears to the right of it (so the users don't know that a search help is even available).
Has anyone seen this before?

I tried closing all sessions and re-logging in. That did not work.
I also tried regenerating the program. That did not work. Very odd.
F4 works on the field, just no dropdown box!

Firefox's 'Edit This Bookmark' dialog box closes unexpectedly on my laptop running on Windows 7

I am having problem editing bookmarks in Firefox (version 13.0.1) with my new laptop running on Windows 7.
When I click on the star icon on the location bar in Firefox, the 'Edit This Bookmark' box is displayed. If I place my cursor on any of the button like 'Remove Bookmark' button and then move the cursor away from the button, the 'Edit This Bookmark' box closes automatically.
When attempting to change the Name input field in 'Edit This Bookmark' box, the 'Edit This Bookmark' box closes automatically after I press a key on the keyboard (ie. if I want to change the name to 'xyz', the box closes after I enter 'x'). I click on the star icon on the location bar again, the ‘Edit This Bookmark’ box is displayed with Name field shown as ‘x’.
I tried the same actions on a PC running on Windows 7 with the same Firefox version (13.0.1) and there is no problem. The box only closes after I click on 'Remove Bookmark', 'Done' or 'Cancel' button as expected.
Please help.

Cannot get my iphone5 to synch with my new computer. i am running itunes through a virtual box, Every time I try a box appeares telling me to enter security code- ? anyone know how to solve this ?

Cant get my iphone 5 to sync with my computer (new operating system). Am running XP through a virtual box. When I try to sync the phone it keeps asking for auto lock code, there is no box to type it into and I can find nothing on the phone itself to solve the problem.

How can I search through my purchased apps on an iPad running iOS 7.0.4?

Maybe I'm just missing it, but I see no way to search through my purchased apps on my iPad (3rd generation) running iOS 7.0.4. To be clear, I know how to go to the appstore, click purchased, and view all of my purchased apps, but I cannot see a search field by which to textually search through my apps as is available on the iPhone. It seems inexplicable that Apple would have this feature on the iPhone but not the iPad, so am I missing something?

If you want to hide it at the server side, use the 'rendered' attribue and let its value evaluate to 'false'. If you want to hide it at the client side, use the CSS 'display' property and set it to 'none'.
By the way, having 'rendered="true"' hardcoded in all components is superfluous. It is just the default value.

Webform Page dropdown box search functionality

All,
We are on Planning 11.1.2.2.303.
Since we have a page dimension with over 1000 members (and the member names are a name followed by 19 numbers in length), the business owner really likes the "Like" search of the page dropdown in the webform. (He can type a string of any characters and it will narrow the the members displayed to those members with that string anywhere in the membername)
He really wants to use the forms that I have created for him in Smartview, problem is that the dropdown search functionality doesn't work the same. In Smartview it will follow you when you type the membername from the beginning, but it only highlights what you are typing if it matches a membername (and only the first one that matches), and it doesn't narrow the list of members in the dropdown box.
Does anyone know of a setting (in planning or windows) that will enable a "Like" search in the dropdown boxes in smartview?

When using CMD T after using any transformation the boxes remain

ive noticed in past month if i use a transformation after clicking return to establish the transformation
the boxes in each corner that are there before hitting return stay there.
i have to click on another layer to rid them .
for example if i use warp do what i have to do then hit return those guide boxes remain
instead of clearing after i hit return ( the normal )
do i have to trash prefs?
why are these boxes lingering instead of clearing after i have completed the step?
