Bookmarks subfolders not visible

Hello everyone.
I cannot access my bookmarks in subfolders, does anyone how to solve this??
I had some tabs open, then I went to the bookmarks menu and selected "add bookmark for these 3 tabs". I added the bookmark under another folder. Now when I go to 'show all bookmarks', I can see the main folders in the left column, but not any sub folders. If I search for the bookmarks, they appear in the preview pane, but I can only open one at a time, not the collection, and they are not shown under a subfolder.
If I click on the 2nd plus sign at the bottom 'click to create a bookmarks folder...' nothing happens. Although now if I look under "add bookmark for these 3 tabs" again, I have several 'unnamed folders' which have been created.
Does anyone know how I can make these sub folders visible and open the collection of bookmarks at one time? Or if not, how I can move them into a main bookmark folder so at least they are visible to me?

HI,
First, save your Bookmarks just in case. From the Safari Menu Bar click Safari/Export Bookmarks. Save them to an external source so you can re Import them if necessary.
Try emptying the Safari cache. From the Safari Menu Bar click Safari/Empty Cache... Relaunch Safari. If you still have problems with your Bookmarks folder, go to the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari/Preferences. Make note of all the preferences under each tab. Quit Safari. Now go to ~/Library/Preferences and move this file com.apple.safari.plist to the Desktop. Relaunch Safari. If it's a successful launch, then that .plist file needs to be moved to the Trash.

Some Bookmarks subfolders not syncing

Not all of my Bookmarks sync from IE to my iphone. It's particularly prevalent where I have subfolders within main Bookmarks (but not exclusively).
Using OS 4.3.1. Main PC uses Win 7 64bit.
Any ideas?

I had some similar issues... Already purchased items from Itunes would not transfer, I couldn't sync them from my MB Pro...Songs and Albums would download or sync and then poof! Gone....I ended up downloading an app to my MB pro called iExplorer-via searching these forums- which allowed me to access files specifically on my Iphone 5. I downloaded and opened the app on my Mac, plugged in my iPhone 5 and accessed a file called iTunes control panel. I deleted that file and then shut down and restarted my phone and bingo! Must have had a rather dodgey messed up file that was corrupt. I'm no comp wiz by any wildest stretch of the imagination so I was elated to find a fix!
It's an app that costs 35 bucks but well worth it!
Better than tossing your phone in the pond. Trust me...I was close!

Aurora 27.0a2 (2013-11-15) ModernUI - SYNC´ed bookmarks are not visible

Using ModernUI in Win 8.1 with SYNC seems to work on hand: Typing in keywords associated to URLs displays the right SYNC´ed URLs. But the bookmarks are not displayed.
In desktop mode the SYNC runs properly in all aspects.
How can I enable the visibilty of the SYNC´ed bookmarks on ModernUI?

You're using [http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/aurora/ Firefox Aurora], which is a pre-Beta build of Firefox. These builds may contain bugs that will eventually be fixed in the Beta or Release version of Firefox.
In other words, Aurora is a test build that "isn't ready for prime time".

Mail subfolders not visible

After updating to OS X YosemiteI find that my mail subfolders are no longer visible. Can anyone help? I'm operating Version 8.2 (2070.6) of Mail.

Bookmarks are not showing up

Local bookmarks and Sync'd bookmarks are not visible. I have reinstalled Firefox, tried to import *.json file, sync'd from another computer and restored from previous date. I can see the Bookmarks Bar and i can add bookmarks to it but not old bookmarks. any help is appreciated. thanks

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.

I accidently click for a full screen view on Firefox and now I can't undo it. My bar with tools, bookmarks, etc. is not visible. As the browser opens, the bar appears but then jumps up where it can't be reached. How do I turn off the full screen?

Co-el, This wasn't possible as there wasn't a navigation bar available. The F11 did the trick though. Thanks for adding to the discussion.

Book mark not visible in splitted document by using Acrobat 9 pro

I am using splitting the pdf document in Acrobat 9 pro. I can splitted the document but bookmark not visible in bookmark tab. Help me to get bookmark text in splitted document. Suggest any idea if anybody knows.

Use Arts PDF splitter it gives bookmark after splitting the PDF. And the bookmark will be visible for the splitted PDF.

Gmail spam folders not visible in Mavericks mail.app

I have upgraded the operating system to Mavericks on one of the Macs I use. In mail.app, I find that the Spam folder in my gmail accounts is not visible; the same is true of a number of other gmail folders that formerly appeared as subfolders of the main [Gmail] folder. I have found no mail.app preferences that might explain this disappearance. By accessing my gmail accounts via a web browser, I have confirmed that the Spam folders are still present in each.
Thanks in advance to anyone else who reports this issue and all the more so to anyone who can suggest a fix.

You have sub-folders of the Inbox???
I did see a post on Mountain Lion forum where the person had the same setup and got it back. I know I was part of the thread, but I can't find it.
You may need to remove the account and re-add it to Mail.

My firefox toolbars are not visible when I open firefox

All of my firefox toolbars are not visible when I open firefox. I get the tabs but no command menu no search bar or any other toolbar icons help!!

Start Firefox and homepage is not displayed; cannot navigate back to previously viewed pages using back or forward arrows; bookmarks toolbar not available on start-up though selected in options menu.

1. Start firefox and my homepage is not displayed--there is no webpage displayed on initial startup. A homepage is listed in the options menu. In order to see homepage I need to manually press the home icon to the right of the search box.
2. I am not capable of using the navigation arrows to the left of the address bar to navigate to previously viewed webpages. The arrows are present but are gray. Is there a setting in the security tab of the options menu that disables the navigation arrows for security purposes (i.e. not remembering webpages or cookies, etc.)?
3. Though the bookmark toolbar is selected in the options menu, the bookmarks toolbar is not visible when starting firefox. Instead there is a red firefox toolbar located at the upper left of the screen. In order to view the bookmarks toolbar I need to go into the options menu and de-select the bookmarks toolbar (causes the red firefox toolbar to disappear) and then re-select the bookmarks toolbar.
Any information to help correct these issues is greatly appreciated.

Restarted Firefox with add-ons disabled (help->restart with add-ons disabled). Removed ''Facebook Disconnect'' from add-ons. Restarted and everything seems to be working.

Personal folders not visible in Thunderbirds after migration to new computer

I moved my Thunderbird profile to a new computer (and edited profiles.ini to point to the backed-up profile. Now in Thunderbird on the new machine I have the Local Folders Inbox, Sent, Trash, but the Personal Files folder with my saved and categorized mail sub-folders is not visible in the left-hand panel. It appears to be intact in the /Mail/Local Folders/Personal Folders.sbd/Archives.sbd folder, just not visible when I run Thunderbird.
What do I have to do to get these folders and their subfolders back again.

I had the same problem, and believe I found the solution. I was transferring a profile from one computer running Win XP to a new computer running Win 7.
I could see the file folders evident, as you did, using Windows Explorer to look in the profile folder, but they were not showing in the left hand pane of Thunderbird when it was running as they did in the XP machine.
I went to the "Tools" menu, selecting "Account Settings," and then clicked on "Local Folders" in the left portion of the dialog box. Then in the right portion of the dialog box under "Local directory:" I selected the "Browse" button. I then browsed down into the "...AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\Mail\Local Folders\Outlook Express Import.sbd" ( in my case - the very last portion of yours might be different but should probably still be a ".sbd" file, and of course, the eight x's would be the random name Thunderbird assigns to your Profile file. ) I then clicked the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box. ( I believe the program then informs you it must close and restart. ) Anyway, go ahead and close Thunderbird and restart at this point.
When it restarts, my old folder structure appeared as it did on the earlier machine, and all the files were intact.

"Bookmark toolbar" is visible as drop down menu but shows empty bar even though it is checked on in "view" menu

the horizontal "bookmark toolbar" is checked on in the "view" "toolbars" menu, but appears as a blank bar, without any entries. If I go to "Bookmarks" on the menu bar I can see the "bookmark toolbar" entries. How can I make visible the bookmarks saved in the horizontal "Bookmark toolbar".

Check that you still have the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" placed on the Bookmarks Toolbar.
Make sure that all the toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"

Roadmap structure not visible - Urgent help pls...

I tried creating a custom roadmap with my own folder structure. I created it as all subfolders.
Once I am done with creation, I tried with RMMAIN transaction to view the same. But unfortunately I am not able to see the structure created by me.
I am sure that I am missing something with the 'Entry Screen' button of the RMAUTH transaction. But not able to figure out what it is. When I press the 'Entry Screeen' button, I am able to see all the folders I created for my Roadmap structure.
But the same is not visible in RMMAIN. Can anybody help me figuring out what I am missing and where I am missing?
Any input in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Without having to go into a lot of details on this - there are ample details on how to use these objects together to create a custom road-map. There can be a number of things wrong that are not being satisfied by the work you have done so far. You can access the guide in the http://service.sap.com/solutionmanager -> media library -> documentation -> 4.0 SP12 File. Goto the section on Creating RoadMaps - it can explain all the nuances better than I can. Personally I think that there is an issue with the flavor and how you have assigned your components such that when you created your project - there was nothing to display but go through the guide anyhow and see what might be the issue.
Remeber that you can always copy a RoadMap and then remove a bunch of stuff that you don't like - this is the typical method of doing business that I have seen that works pretty well. Making these from scratch can be a bit of a pain.
