Bootcamp crashing to boot error screen after blue screening on the Bootcamp essentials file

Same as the title but I cant Windows anymore. It says to remove any connected devices (There are none connected to the computer) and restart. I restarted 6 times already and I cant seem to make it boot normally.

Its a corrupted file but I cant remove the corrupted file/ I dont know what is corrupted

Apple's method of supporting HFS though can cause BSOD. That is the main issue.
If it was clean and no apple drivers, fine. but it happens after you did.
External and RAID arrays are not the only reason but if you want to rename those two files in Windows \ System32 \ Drivers and see if it makes a difference

I want to display a space after last field in the output txt file which is generaed by my program on utility server the last field lengyt we have defined is four and in database it is of three characters and requirement is to disppaly the last fourth field as space in the output file w hich is not shown as the txt file automatically gets closed at the third place as it is the last field in the record and ind atabase records are of therss char only but user wants to display this fourth position in the notepad output file as space ( which is last field in the output file)

record output coming in file
ram   h3      street3 thn      now this thn which is last field the notepad get closed at thn only
i want to display one space in last field for the whole of output file
ie ram      h3   street3 thn(space)
    sham   h4 street4   sgp(space) so on......
we need to show this space in the output file as blank

Compaq CQ62-215DX-fan boot error, even after fan replacement

I have a Compaq CQ62-215DX laptop. Everytime on startup I get this boot error "a system fan is not operation correctly" The system then automatically shuts itself down after a few seconds.
I ordered a replacement fan and installed it, however I'm still getting the same issue.
I figure the chances of the newly installed replacement fan being DOA are fairly low, so what should be next step to fixing my problem? Are there any common problems with the replacement of these fans on this particular computer? The laptop is a few months out of warranty so I'm either stuck paying a bunch of money to fix it, or buying a new computer if I can't fix it myself. Help!

It's either a bad fan which I agree is unlikely or a bad fan header on the motherboard which means a new motherboard. Sorry.

Windows 7 won't boot, during or after installation, only through the Windows DVD

I've been trying to install Windows 7 on a Macbook Pro 15'' (Mid 2010) through Boot Camp. The OS X version is Mountain Lion (the notebook was bought with Snow Leopard, and I got Lion and Mountain Lion through the Mac App Store). I don't have a physical Windows 7 DVD, but I have valid and genuine serials (seriously), so I downloaded a retail copy through this article (http://arstechnica.com/features/2012/06/blowing-away-bloatware-a-guide-to-reinst alling-windows-on-a-new-pc/), burned it with Disk Utility (in 2x - I've read reports of people complaining that maximum speex, 8x, could bring problems), and used Boot Camp Assistant to install. The Assistant downloaded the drivers and burned them to a DVD, and also began the Windows installing smoothly.
Here's the problem, though: when Windows does its first reboot throught the installation process, the Mac stops at a grey screen with a flashing question mark (as if indicating that it doesn't know how to boot). To fix that, I restart and hold the option key, and then select to boot FROM THE WINDOWS DVD - then the installation continues from where it left off. It then reboots once more, where I get stuck at the same point - flashing question mark. If I repeat the process one more time, it finishes the installation just fine. If I try to restart the machine, however, it doesn't boot to Windows - I get stuck at the same flashing question mark. To boot into Windows sucessfully, I've got to hold the option key, and select for it to boot from the Windows DVD - if I try to boot from the windows partition, the problem repeats itself.
Can anyone share some knowledge about this? I looked through the web like crazy, but amazingly, this does not seem to be a common problem people have when installing Windows on Macs.
Just as a heads up, I installed Boot Camp on Windows (the DVD created through the Boot Camp Assistant with the most recent files downloaded straight from Apple) to see if it would fix the problem, but it didn't. I also downloaded 5 different iso's for Windows 7, making sure they were untouched/MSDN/full retail versions and burned them through Disk Utility at 2x, and trying to install them reproduces the very same error I just described.

SP1 has been trouble for some Macs. Don't know so don't ask why. Pre-SP1 then worked fine.
Try Windows 8 Preview.
Some people use VirtualBox, install there, and use VB and windows native tools to burn the DVD.
Once you’ve downloaded the ISO for your Windows edition and bit-ness, you can either burn it to a DVD using Windows 7's built-in DVD burning tool or copy it to a USB drive using Microsoft’s Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool—our guide will help you through it step-by-step.
Because it sounds like even though you used 2x that it is not a good DVD. Or DVD media/brand. Or the Superdrive - which has to be internal on your model unless you're hacking the USB-DVD driver plist.

Error after Installing and updating the DADS.CONF file

I was able to get all the software installed for AE 3.0.1 and open the HTTP Server prior to updating the DADS.CONF File.
So far I have not been able any errors in the Apache/Apache/logs directory that point to the issue.

I have found no other errors.

Error 3259 after reaching 99% of the iOS 5 firmware download

I downloaded 3x today and would end up with the same error everytime.
My iTunes is updated to the latest verstion before downloading anyting,
along with the error code 3259, it would say that there was a problem with the connection and it timed-out.
this would be more frustrating if the user who are downloading takes 2-3hrs to complete the download.
is anyone getting this error? If you've find a way, please share.

Hey y'all, I ended up going to "google" and searching out how to download iOS 5 apart from iTunes. I found a link that allowed me to download the operating system, then to go into iTunes, under my iPod, then hold 'left-shift' and click 'restore'. It then let me use the new OS file, and updated my iPod perfectly. Make sure you back up your device before doing this as it restores it to factory settings, but you still get the new operating system. I then just synced my iPod with my computer and retrieved all my apps, songs, info, etc... Go here to download directly to your computer...

Help! Error 2001 after trying to recover the iPhone

Hi everyone!
Please help me if you know the solution to the problem. I cannot turn on the iPhone at all until it is being plugged into my MacBook. Then, iTunes will enter into Recovery Mode but appears to have error 2001. Previously, there was error 1611 appearing as well, but that was only once and became error 2001.
My iTunes is the latest 10.1 (54). I appreciate any ideas!

Learn how to reset the SMC. If you are using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that does not resolve, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue continues, it may be related to conflicting security software.
Try that if that doesn't work, try DFU mode.

Getting a "An error occurred while saving values to the app.config file." message

The content of the title is just part of the message I get. The second line of the message is: "The file might be corrupted or contain invalid XML."
I work with a lot of usercontrol libraries, and each one has 1 or 2 connection strings setup, and nothing else. I have no trouble in the code itself using the settings. Nor do I have trouble during runtime with them. But I do have the problem with every single library I work on.
The problem occurs when I make a change to the settings in the VS IDE (2005), which I do whenever I need to the connection string to point to my test SQL server, or need to set it back to the production SQL server. The connection strings were setup in the Settings tab of the Property page for the application.
I get the error message whenever I select the settings tab and again when I go to save it. I once tried deleting the app.config file, and recreating the settings, and the message went away until I checked it in. No one else has the problem when they get the files, but when I get then, I get the error message.
Any ideas what may be causing this. My boss thouight it might be an addon from CodeSMART, but I uninstalled it to see if the errors would go away and it didn't.

Crashes with 'send error' on importing CD despite doing the obvious.

It crashes with a send error message as soon as I start to import a CD. It can read CDs & play them OK.
I have re-installed iTunes.
Also reinstalled just Quicktime.
I have run a CD diagnostics and everything is fine.
My windows mwdia player rips Cds OK.
I have tried disabling the firewall and done a full virus screen. All OK.
I have no idea what I can do next. It is an impossible bug for a non-techy like me to sort. Everything else inc. the ipod is basically fine although it does sometimes crash on moving tunes onto the iPOD.
Where can I go now except nowhere? Reply on this plus [email protected] if anybody has any bright ideas. Ta

I think I'm having a related problem. When I import, and this has only happened on the last 2 CDs, the files are on my computer, but when I look in itunes, I can find the blank spaces where the songs are, play the songs, but even when I edit the info for a song, nothing changes. It's just blank space in the itunes library. I'm also using 7.5.0.20.
Anyone have any ideas?

HT1926 I received an error message after trying to install the update of itunes. Now I can't even open up my itunes. When I tried to download itunes again it showed it was already a file. Still can't get into my music. What should I do?

Error message after trying to download the new photoshop update

I have attempted to download the new update for photoshop cs6 several times .. after downloanding and installing i get an error message U44M1P7 at the end of each attempt .. it appears to be fine until after the download is completed ... i have tried reloading the photoshop and it will errors out ... any suggestions? it is on the new features ... MacBook Pro, 2012, can't get past boot up screen and the progress bar never fills.

Any thoughts on why or a different command that I can try while powering up?
I press the power button, and it dings per usual. Then the first gray screen pops up and it starts spinning. Then a progress bar appears. It fills about a quarter of the way, and then the screen goes black and the computer shuts down.
Any thoughts on why this might be happening and anything I can try to help boot it back up would be great. Thanks!

The progress Bar appears when your Boot drive will not mount. It runs a task similar to Disk Utility (Repair disk) and shows you the progress. It is normal for the bar to only fill less than a third of the way.
If your Mac then shuts down, this is because the Repairs could not be completed. Your Boot Drive (either the mechanism or the contents) is in trouble.
Try booting to Recovery Mode, and attempt to make the repairs form there.
If no joy, buy a drive that could replace your Internal drive, and an enclosure to place it in while you Install a new copy of Mac OS X form fundamental sources. Making a complete copy of a drive you know to be damaged is not generally helpful, but may be needed later if you do not have a Backup.
The advice to erase your drive should be ignored. It was invented long ago, when drives cost US$1000, and the prize was getting the drive mechanism working again.
