You can set that under Image>Resize>Image Size and uncheck Resample Image and enter the Resolution

When I click on a picture, Photoshop Elements 12 does not automatically open.

When I click on a picture, Photoshop Elements 12 does not automatically open (as it did when I used previous versions Photoshop Elements 4 and 9). I can't even right-click (Windows) on the picture and choose Open With and specifiy Photoshop Elements 12. I have called Adobe several times (Case No. 185140584) and they keep saying it has been sent up to senior management and they will call me back with a solution - but to no avail! No return calls and I still can't really use the Product I paid for and downloaded. The only way I can open up a picture to edit it is to open Photoshop Elements 12 and then then click "Open" and then search for the picture on my hard drive (which takes a lot more time! I did not experience this difficulty at all with versions 4 or 9!

You failed to say which Windows system you have - I can get the "Open With" to work on my Windows 7 64bit system.
When you try to set up the "Open With", are you setting the correct target program?
It's the green one (not the red one) in the above image.
Once you have selected that program, make sure you set it as default so that a double click will open the photo in the editor.

I wish to share pictures in Elements but cannot as I don't have a Sender Verification code for the HTML Email which I never received.

You can apply again by going to:
Edit >> Preferences >> Sharing
Now change the Email Client to Adobe Email as shown in this picture:
You also need to fill your name and your email address just below this picture. You will see it anyway.
After that, just go back to PSE Organizer, slect the picture you want to send and follow the online instructions step by step and you will get a step where you can request an email with your verification code. See this picture:

Borders for a page

I am very new to MAC & Pages from the Microsoft Office world. Is there any way to import borders for a page on Pages? I am thinking of something I did on Publisher; find a picture suitable for a border, download the picture, import it to publisher/borders; then insert onto the page.

Similar procedure here, except you don't have an object class specific to "borders". You will go to the Wrap Inspector and set the object to Floating and deselect Object Causes Wrap. Download the Pages User Guide. You can link from the Help menu. It's a good read.

Deleting pictures from elements

I have been deleting pictures in elements to make more room on my hard drive and just noticed a box on the screen about deleting also from the hard drive. Can anyone help me try and figure out how to sort out on my hard drive what pictures I have deleted from elements. Somethng easy and not too time consuming would be nice. I am assuming that all this work I have been doing to delete pictures has not at all freed up anything on my hard drive. ugh!
I have looked at my "pictures folder" and nothing seems to be in folders or have any organization. Since moving my elements to a new computer I have had to reconnect all my pictures. Can I organize the pictures in folder and then if I ask elements or reconnect them will it be able to?

It's really not a good idea to let elements delete the photos in any case. Your camera has its own directory structure that the computer doesn't fully understand. It's preferable to just reformat your card in the camera or delete the photos directly in the camera, rather than letting a computer do it for you.

I am not very sure what you may be asking for but in case if you are referring about opening any image in elements then open Editor and then go to "File Menu>Open" . File open dialog will open , just browse to your file and press ok. The picture will get open in elements.

I didn't get ur requirement..
As per my understanding, upload the XML file into an internal table and then loop over the internal table and get the values for ptype and pname..

IMessage in my iPad is not working for pictures

I can't send pictures through iMessage on my iPad, I can receive pictures. This has been going on for quite some time now. I was able to use iMessage for pictures without a problem before, anyone knows if there's something wrong? I am not sure if this began with the new update? If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I took it to apple and they lady said that MMS has to be on which makes sense but the iPad doesn't have MMS well at least mine doesn't.

You can't do that.
And before you decide to store any music that you own on a computer at work, talk to your IT department. Many organizations do not permit it for legal reasons. Standard policies are that anything stored on company owned computers is the property of the company. It could not be legally stored on their machines unless you transfer the licenses and all copies, physical and digital, to the company, meaning you no longer own the music. If they were to be audited and could not prove that they own the music, they would be subject to copyright violation penalties. Just use your iPod when you're at the office if you want to listen to music.

You can have one icloud account and a different itunes account on the phone. I have my icloud account and a shared itunes account. He does not have to use the new icloud account as is ID in itunes and app store. He can keep using the old one.

Use the iPod as storage for pictures from a camera

Is it possible to use the iPod as a sorage disc for pictures from a camera. I currently use a 40 GByte Archos to store my photos while I´m travelling (there is a possibility to attach a card reader). Is this possible with an iPod as well?
