Bot Mac or how not to be stupid

My stupid sister decided that since she has got mac she can safely install everything from Internet.
It so happened that one day she clicked on smth to install from the internet (unfortunately I don't know what it was) and since then her macbook has been working weird.
One of the symptoms.
On Google's Books page she can observe such a note now

I believe that her MacBook might become a part of the botnet or smth. Unfortunately since I got PC I don't know how she can clean or at least check her MacBook easily to elimitate any bot or trojan.
Should she apply for a meeting with genious guys or they won't help her in this matter ? What are the steps ?

OSX.Trojan.iServices.A or OSX.Trojan.iServices.B haven't been found.
As far as ClamXav is concerned, I have told her to get this one http://www.clamxav.com/index.php?page=v2beta
But it says that Before using ClamXav, you must first install the Clam Anti-Virus engine.
Well I wrote to Google. They just asked me about her browser and OS and IP. well her IP is dynamic so I can't see if that could help. At least they know the case and maybe they will tell what went wrong.
P.S. Did you mean my message was bogus. Did you mean I was troll or smth. No. I'm not that's the real case.

You already have the software installed that you need if you have 10.8.2.
If AirPort Utility cannot find the Express, that is another matter. More software is not needed. More troublehooting is needed.
Power up the Express for a full minute
Hold in the reset button on the Express for 7-8 seconds and release
Allow a full minute for the Express to restart
Click the AirPort icon at the top of the Mac's screen
Look for a heading of New AirPort Base Station
Just below that, click on AirPort Express

I found some resources that I think might help with the visibility of your IMAP email folders on your iPad and Mac.
On your iPad, you may need to follow the steps in this article to make sure your folders are visible:

On your Mac, I am not sure if you have the sidebar enabled, but you can enable it using the steps in the article below. When this is showing, you should see your email account listed near the bottom with a triangle next to it. When the triangle is pointing down, it should show your folders:

It is almost as if the program does not exist on my computer. If I search for it, the only thing that comes up is the installer. I set up my new HP Descjet 3054A . I had a problem becouse Apple give me CD as a driver. The thing was that CD wasn good for this printer becouse it was old software:) I had to go to Apple store so the specialist had to download me he wright driver. Becouse I didnt wannet to screw this up . When he downloaded driver I fired it up at house and thingworks perfect. The thing is when you download all the software from HP side . Then you have to connect your MAC to printer via USB . Fallow the instructions it should works. Worked for me. Good Luck!

ok - since you'll be sharing it with a PC - connect it to your windows pc - then format from there - instead of NTFS format - choose exFAT.

System files are hidden by default in Finder now, search for what you want then click the little + button on the top right of the bar that appears when you do a search. A new bar comes up and click the first box (that says "Kind"), change it to "System Files". Then change the box that says "aren't included" to "are included" and your file should show up.

Sounds like it's a problem with the Acrobat settings. Did you set them to the same resolution?
