Both my Iphone and IMac do not have the option to turn on Cellular Calls. Is there a way to activate it?

When attempting to activate my Mac's ability to switch on/off the cellular calls, neither my IPhone nor my Macbook Air allowed me to turn on "Cellular Calls" in the Facetime Settings/Preferences. How do I switch it on?

Call Apple with the Serial and they will send you the ones that came with the Mac. Or search the Net.

Depending on what kind of computer you have, you're gonna need to put that backup in the appropriate folder or itunes is not gonna be able to see it for you to use.

Can't seem to make this work. I am up to date with my updates on both I-Phone and I-Pad. The "Hand-off" feature is working, and I don't want it. How do I turn it off? I don't have the option to do that when I go to General & Settings. Is it located somewhere else? Apple says that is where it is. What am I doing wrong, The "wonderful feature" is driving me crazy. Get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

If the album was synced to your phone from your computer, it can only be removed by sycing it off. To do this, deselect the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and sync.

If you updated the old ID at one point to create your current iCloud ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

It this doesn't work, go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.
