Bottom scrollbar of itunes store gone

The bottom scrollbar of my itunes store disappeared last night.
Anyone help???

For everyone having this problem, the itunes store horizontal scroll bar missing, please report it to Apple
itunes menu > help >provide itunes feedback
I sent mine in, with the URL to this thread.
A somewhat workaround is to click on the words "Itunes Store" twice pretty quickly, so itunes opens a 2nd screen for the store. Then at least it is big enough to see the free download buttons for this week's free downloads!

  • Has iTunes Store gone bonkers?

When I check for purchases, iTunes forced me to download old episodes of Lost and Heroes like Not In Portland and Company Men respectively. Strange. Wonder anyone id experiencing the same problem.

    Okay, these explained things:
Thank you for downloading "Not In Portland" from Lost, Season 3. The item you received had a minor, yet noticeable, quality issue. To remedy this problem, we placed a corrected copy of "Not In Portland" in your download queue.
Thank you for downloading "Company Man" from Heroes, Season 1. The item you received had a minor, yet noticeable, quality issue. To remedy this problem, we placed a corrected copy of "Company Man" in your download queue.
Didn't notice any problems with these episodes before. I think I will run all my TV Shows through Apple TV to check when I have the time. Apple TV can amplify video problems which I discovered with music videos.

  • ITunes store set to UK (I live in US) How do I change this?

Somehow (I think it was while I was upgrading to Leopard) my iTunes store got set to the UK version. (the prices of songs are set as pounds, etc. etc.) How do I change this to the American/US version?

Look at the bottom of the iTunes store front page. You should be able to change store.

  • No more "Just For You" Suggestions in iTunes store!

I have always relied very heavily on the "Just for You" category that generates suggested music based on my purchases on iTunes. But that category has totally disappeared on the iTunes page!
I believe it happened after I installed an iTunes update.....
ANyone know how to fix this??
    Thanks

"Just For You" is a somewhat experimental feature that gets turned on or off by the iTunes network folks depending things like network load. It got turned off for everyone at Xmas time. It seems to come and go.
But, just in case it actually did get turned off when you upgraded.... Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the iTunes Store home page. If you see "Turn Just For You On" click on the arrow to the right.
    Best of luck.

  • Why am I now connecting to the Japan iTunes Store?

Much like the guy who's now seeing everything in German, I have been transported to the iTunes Store for Japan. It's annoying, and there's no way that I can find to fix it. I'm using the most current version of iTunes, and there are no preferences options to change it back the US store.
    Any suggestions?

As I replied to in the other thread here is a possible resolution:
As I understand it when you open the iTunes Store, you are getting the wrong language on the page.
Could you click on your username in the upper right hand corner, and logout, and then log back in?
Once you have logged back in, if it isn't corrected, go down to the bottom of the iTunes Store page. There is a drop down for which countries store you are viewing. Select the U.S. Store.
    Thank you,
    Nathan C.

  • ITunes store pricing in pounds

I recently went to the iTunes store and it looks as if it is searching the UK store, the album prices were all in pounds sterling. I'm in the US and my credit card on file is a US card.
If I do the same search on my other Mac, also running iTunes 8.1.1 I get different results and prices listed in dollars.
Any suggestion as to what is causing this and how to restore having the prices display in dollars.

Go to the bottom of the iTunes Store main page (in iTunes) and look for the My Store pulldown. If it's not set to the US (as it probably is not), just change it.
    Regards.

  • ITunes Store default language is not English

My iTunes application is in English, but when I log onto the iTunes Store it shows up in Italian (yes, Italian). When I log onto my account (or what I've figured out is my account), it reverts back to English. Does anyone know how to get the inital iTunes Store back to English?

Scroll to the bottom of the iTunes Store home page. Click the circle with a flag emblem at the bottom right then choose your country.

  • How to update applications coming from the itunes store of an other country?

    Hello,
I am French but living in Belgium. On the iTunes store, I use a French credit card, so I am on the French iTunes store.
I was able to switch to the Belgian iTunes store using my Belgian credit card to download applications which are only available on the Belgian iTunes store like the iOS application for my bank.
Howerer I have activated iTunes match in order to have all my songs in the cloud.
Since  that, I can't switch to the Belgian iTunes store anymore to update my "Belgian" applications.
The only way to do it, is to cancel my iTunes Match subscription permanently or do you think there is an other way?
If I create an other account on the Belgian store, it won't work, because there is DRM on the applications...
    thx
    kind regards,
    Gilles

No, it means you switch from the US store to the other store. Afterwards you just switch back to the US store. You can theoretically have accounts in many different iTunes stores. Switching is simply logging out of one and logging into another after switching countries. There's a switch country link at the bottom of the iTunes Store.
Personally, it seems it would be much simpler to send a check to all of your friends. Far less trouble than trying to open bank accounts and get credit cards from different countries unless you frequently travel to them and don't mind maintaining cash balances in different banks across the world. Not to mention getting credit cards. Here in Vancouver they won't give me a credit card unless I maintain a $5,000.00 minimum balance in my Canadian checking account. If I did that I'd hardly have much need for the charge card.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. You need to contact iTunes support. There is a contact link at the bottom of the iTunes store page.

  • ITunes store - Chinese titles

Why am I seeing so many Chinese books when searching in iTunes?

scroll down to the bottom of your iTunes Store front page. is it currently showing a Japanese flag next to the little "change country" lozenge? if so, does the store display properly for you if you switch to a different country's store?

  • Itunes store canada

I am unable to purchase and download anything because I am in Canada. When I try, I get a message telling me that my account is only good for itunes Canada and to click the button to go to the Canadian store. This does not work!!
Anyone have the solution to this?

If you are in Canada and have set up your iTunes account with a Canadian address on your credit card, then you can only make purchases from the Canadian iTunes store.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the iTunes store home page. You will see a drop down box labeled "My Store". Make sure this is set to Canada. If not, switch it to Canada and log in when prompted. You should then be able to make purchases.
    Hope this helps.

  • Language for Switzerland in itunes store in iphone

Hi, I've a swiss itunes account (swiss french) and I've installed the new software into my iphone 4. Now, itunes store and some applications are in german language. How can I change the settings back to english or french language? this is so frustrating...

In iTunes go to the bottom of the iTunes Store main page and look for either the "Change Country" link or the round "flag" icon. Click on either and select your country from the list.
Note that your account must be in the US iTunes Store and you must be physically present in the US to use that store.
    Regards.
