I bought the Boston soundbar for $339 3 weeks ago and I see its on sale now for $299. Will best Buy get me $40 refund if I take the receipt to the store? Its a hassle to physically unplug the soundbar and return it and they repurchase to save the $40.

Yes, they will. If you saw the lower price on their web site, print it and take that with you too for proof in case the price in the store is different. I've done this a few times without issue. Just be sure you do this quickly as I think the price matching is only for 30 days.

I do believe that the ability for your Apple TV to airplay audio to external devices was added just in the most recent update, that was released when iOS 6 was released if I'm correct, so there might not be any that specifically mention that yet.
Since it uses AirPlay I'd assume any AirPlay compatible speaker would work, but I would look into it more before spending your money, just in case.

Is it possible to get a refund for a case i bought at the store but its not an apple product?

I bought a kate spade plastic case at the store 2 months ago and even the first day of having it on my iPhone I had multiple issues with it. However, I couldn't return it because I was away at school. I went into the Apple store and asked about the possibility of getting a refund for the case but they said it was a third party product and to contact the manufacturer. I called kate spade and since i wanted a refund and purchased at the apple store there was nothing they could do and to ask the apple store for my money back because thats where I purchased it. Am I ever going to get a refund and what should I do at this point?

I am very unsatisfied with my latest purchase of the album "Never take ffriendship personal" by "Anberlin" ...
I can find all the songs in much better quality, even on YouTube ...
I bought two other albums by Anberlin at the same time, on which the sound quality is much much better and perfectly clear.

There are two different versions of PS Touch that, even though they are similar in function, serve different form factors. One is for tablet (landscape orientation) and one is for phone (portrait).
I guess one could argue why Adobe didn't make it so that orientation didn't matter and would adjust accordingly (a la SketchBook Pro) but you'd have to ask the developers that.

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

You can download LR4 from Adobe but you will need a serial number for V4 as the serial number for V5 will not work.
If you are still on Vista you really should look at upgrading to Windows 8 64bit as you will experience similar problems with other software. Vista was released in Jan 2007 which is 7 years ago, a long time in computer terms and was never very popular. Its current share of the windows OS is around 3% and going down so not much incentive for developing specific software support.
