Bought a CC license, but still in trial mode

I bought a license for Flash Professional CC. The invoice is paid and visible in my account.
However, in the CC manager the program is shown as a trial version. During startup I'm asked for a serial.
In my Adobe account on the website it also says I'm currently in a trial version. (So logging in and out is no use)
Why did the website forget I bought this license, and how do I fix this?

For anything else you have to contact support. Most likely there is simply some delay or an issue processing your payment.

    This issues occurs because of the connectivity issue. (You can refer the steps from here : : Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later)
    In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
    Type /etc.
    Select the hosts file and open it.
    Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    Save and close the file.
    Once you remove all Adobe entries followed by 127.0.0.1 from hosts file.
    Sign out and Sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App, refer the link for steps : Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

    Welcome to Adobe community.
    With Creative CLoud for Teams , you need to Invite Users to be a part of the team to actually have the access to all the products , If the invitations are not sent , then they will be running the product as a trial version only.
    If youare the program Admin , I would request you to kindly log in to the Admin Console at creative.adobe.com and Invite the user's who need to use the Subscription.

    I would assume the student version has its own set of activation numbers then the full price version.
    I have never heard of a trial student version of PS CS4 Extended. There is only one version that can be downloaded and that is PS CS4 extended off the Adobe website.

    Please try the below mentioned steps
    1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
    2) delete the opm.db file*
    3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.
    *On Windows 7, the opm.db file is located here:
    C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    *On a Mac, go here:
    [Userdir]:Library:Application Support:Adobe

    I used the premiere trial until it ended and then bought creative cloud. Premiere still says trial expired and I have tried logging in and out and I made sure all my information is correct on my account.

    Are you referring to Apple Remote Desktop, Apple's software for managing networked Macs? It sounds to me like you're referring to a remote connect app you purchased for use on your iPhone to connect to a Windows system, and if so you should start by contacting the support resources for the app you purchased, and if you can't get help there try asking in the iPhone forum.

    I have enrolled in the Cloud and the money has gone from my account and yet my copy of Audition is still in trial mode with three days left. Telephone help is useless as they can barely speak any English. Answers please anyone??

    I can't help much with the Mac part of things (I run Audition on a Windows machine) but the set up in Audition is under the Edit/Preferences/Audio Hardware Set up menu.
    Things to check would be:
    -that you have the most recent drivers for your audio interface installed.
    -that you select the proper type of driver for your device
    -that the right sound device is selected in both the Recording and Playback menus
    -that the sample rate and bit depth selected in Audition matches those selected in any control panel for your audio device.  The audio device might be a separate screen for a specialist audio interface or part of the basic Mac OS controls if you're using the inbuilt sound card.

    Hi Eric,
    As J Potter mentioned you will have to Sign Out and then Sign In to the Apps.
    The steps you need to follow are:
    1. Launch the application which says you are in trial mode.
    2. On the Creative Cloud application trial screen, click on "License this Software".
    3. Sign in with your Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud membership.

    After the trial versions of Pages, Keynote and Numbers had expired I purchased them. However, these products still work in trial mode, and I am unable to activate them.

    Erik,
    You have to purge the trial copy of iWorks. This is a bug in the upgrade/purchase scheme that Apple uses. Yvan Koenig has written a script to remove the iWorks 09 trial copy. You can find it here.
    After removing iWork, redownload from the Mac App Store and you should be fine.

    I was given a year subscription by an adobe employee as they are trying to convert all the editors at my job to Premiere Pro from FCP. I received the email with the code and entered it, then I downloaded a bunch of apps but they all ask for a serial which I never got. Did I miss a step in the process or something?

I looked at your order and it looks like the type of membership which should only require you signing in with your Adobe ID and no redemption code.  Do you see any kind of button at the bottom with a "License this software" option that you can use to sign-in? If for some reason Photoshop was unable to activate, that would be an explanation why its running in trial mode.   • Have no redemption code, redemption code help didn't work. Photoshop still in trial mode

    Purchased Photoshop + Lightroom monthly memership offer.
    Installed Creative Cloud Manager and downloaded both programs.
    Lightroom works fine and was activated with creative cloud without problem, however PHOTOSHOP simply doesn´t activate, only gives me option to start on trial mode and I haven´t received any redemption code to actually try redeem. In previous question you sent me redemption hel link, but didn't work out since i haven´t received any redemtion code. Hope you can help, I am rellay disappointed with this subscription.

    my adobe  cc trial apps are about to expire and but i have a paid subscription and have tried to download the full apps but have only been given the option to download apps in trial mode, what to do?

    Nothing works. Here is the situation. I have a subscription that is up for its monthly fee tomorrow, ever since the first payment, which was processed, I have been able to access the apps but they have always started in trial mode. Even with this latest release today, I uninstalled everything cleaned my system out completely and started from scratch. I access my page the apps are available fro download, firstly they appear as "download trial" but a second later it switches to just plain "download" I download the app, it starts up, there are a few flashes on the initial screen that appears and then the apps revert to the almost finished trial mode I had initially started with and I am presented with an option to continue or activiate with a serial number which i do not have. I am downloading an english version and am making sure that the english is the default language. Dont know what to do. Up the creek without a paddle!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
