Bought a new computer and lost my account info - HELP!

I finally got around to upgrading our computer and bought a new Vista based PC. I still have to worry about transferring my iTunes library from the old computer (any ideas on the simplest way??).
I downloaded the latest iTunes software and logged back in using my account info. But it treats me as if I were brand new. I can't find my account $ balance - and I can't find anywhere the info on downloading my pre-order of the new Maroon 5 CD.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,
Brad
