bought a ten dollar unlimited messaging on may 4th, 2014 and messaged a few people equaling 11 texts in and out total. i go to try to message a friend today and i get a text saying my minutes are out already. and it even says unlimited to verizon to verizon. so im not understanding WHY im "out" of mins already....
You seam to be focusing your anger at Verizon and not your sister. Verizon followed the rules and required IDs and passwords to access the wireless account. You and/or your mother are supposed to safeguard that information. Your sister has committed the felony by stealing your mothers identity for personal gain.

My question to you is who made the illegal and fraudulent change to your account? Verizon or your sister? Keeping in mind your sister had all the correct IDs and passwords,
I'm sure if you went to Verizon and wanted to make some changes to your account, and you had the correct IDs and passwords, you would be upset and angry if they put you through the 3rd degree because they thought you were committing fraud.

Okay, so today I got a 15 dollar iTunes gift card. I used it on iTunes and it only put me up to $4.96. I had a prepaid credit card on my account at the time that iTunes was thinking the security code was invalid, that is why I got the iTunes card. What do I do in order to get the ten bucks back? I checked my recent purchases and it says I have not purchased anything in 3 days. I have contacted Apple Support and I will post what they say. Untill then, does anyone have any idea what I can do to get my money back? I retried entering my gift card but it is, as it should be, already been used.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

What happens when you try to buy things on your wish list ? If you are being asked for your credit card details then it doesn't necessarily mean that it will be charged for the purchase (unless you are trying to gift) - how purchases are billed, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5582 :
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
Asking for credit card details is a way of proving that you are able to buy from that country's store. And if it's a new account, and the instructions on this page weren't used when creating it, then card details will need to be entered before the account can be used in the store.
You should be able to remove your card's details after entering them. -

Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it, or does it show in the Purchased section for downloading : click on your id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and then click Purchased on the popup

If you've added or changed the card details on your account then you've probably had a temporary holding charge applied to the card, which is to check that the card is valid and active - it should disappear off your card within a few days.

Check the account area of the iTunes Store window on the right to check the balance. You must use the credit remaining, no refunds.
