Bought album but was billed for individual songs...

I panicked until I realized what had happened. I though someone had accessed my payment info, but the cost is the same (in this case). Other albums I have ordered were shown as albums, not songs.

That's happened to me as well, when the total of the individual songs is the same as the price of the album, they just bill individual songs.

I am an artist and uploaded this morning my album with Cdbaby to iTunes. I can find my album now in the iTunes Store, see the album cover and name, but can't see the songs that are in this album. So i can't see the tracklist, and also can't buy the songs. I can buy the album, and then i recieve all the songs. On Cdbaby i submitted that people are able to buy the songs seperatly. How come? Does anyone have any idea, i can't find anything!

Bought album; receipt shows i was charged for individual songs.

i bought 3 eps the other day - pretty much one after the other. looking at my purchase history, 2 of the eps are listed song by song while the 3rd shows it was purchased outright. i know i didn't buy the songs individually, but clicked the "buy album" tab under the artwork. is this common? i just don't get what would cause this... it's not a lot of money but it's pretty annoying.

What about that album - does it say "by songs only"?

Purchased albums, some songs did not download, although i was billed for them.

I recently purchased 2 albums on iTunes, although I was billed for them, 3 songs did not download, they are not in the 'to be downloaded' screen either. At first they did show up in my Purchase file, however, there was a large black dot by them and they were grayed out. Is there anyway to restore them or do I have to call support? I tried reporting it, but it wouldn't do anything.

Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

If you did not receive the "merchandise" then a refund is due. Just click through the support link provided above, fill out the form at the end, clearly state the facts and state them again via reply email.
Also prepare to send copies of the billings and provide the user name associated with Zombie Farm and Game Center (if applicable).
All should work out, but if satisfaction is not received, file a claim with your credit card issuer.

I am using MAC OSx 10.5.8 (9L31a) as my operation system. The TV says "No signal. Check connected device's power, cable connection and source selection." I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

I downloaded a song from the I-tunes store and was charged for it. It isn't on my playlist now. Something about the playtime ran out or something like that. Can I just cancel the song purchase and get reimbursed for the .99 cents that I was charged for the song?

Album Art Only Displays For First Song of Album

If I play an album via my iPad or iPods music app through AppleTV, the album art will display correctly for the first songs played from that album, but is blank for the others that follow. If i individually play each song, the album art appears correctly.
Also, if iI have a playlist and two songs from the same album play back to back, then the second song does not have album art. However, if another song plays between the two songs from the same album, the art appears correctly.
If I play an album from iTunes on my Macbook Air through my AppleTV, there are no cover art issues.

Per someone elses suggestion, i reset the device and the issue still exists.

I cannot locate an iBook that I was billed for

I tried to purcahse an iBook last night, and was redirected to my account to update my card info. I did so but the purchase was still unsuccessful. I check my card this morning and see that I was billed for a purchase last night, I do not have the iBook, just the sample. Who can I talk to about this? I don't want to wait for someone to email me in 48 hours, especially since I really want to read this book!

You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

I was overcharged for a song, and I want to be reembursed the few extra cents. This has never happened before and I want this issue resolved ASAP.

Why? Nothing else you buy lists the price including tax.
