Bought album; receipt shows i was charged for individual songs.

i bought 3 eps the other day - pretty much one after the other. looking at my purchase history, 2 of the eps are listed song by song while the 3rd shows it was purchased outright. i know i didn't buy the songs individually, but clicked the "buy album" tab under the artwork. is this common? i just don't get what would cause this... it's not a lot of money but it's pretty annoying.

My charger broke last night so i bought a new cable. it was charging for ten mins then has stopped and wont recharge? help :(

My charger broke last night. The cable had been playing up for a few days but it finally broke last night. The battery died about 9pm.
I got a new cable today which was faulty so i had to take that back and get a replacement.
After getting the replacement it charged for about 10mins when i tried to see if it would go on which it wouldnt. the charging symbol disappeared and now it wont charge at all.
Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Bought album but was billed for individual songs...

I panicked until I realized what had happened. I though someone had accessed my payment info, but the cost is the same (in this case). Other albums I have ordered were shown as albums, not songs.

That's happened to me as well, when the total of the individual songs is the same as the price of the album, they just bill individual songs.

I recently recovered from an iTunes problem and had to uninstall and reinstall and finally manged to get everything back to work. Except for this most recent purchase which just happens to be my son's band so I would really like to have it.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
If I have understood you properly, to do that, you have to create a new administrator user with your name and for your uses. Follow these steps:
1. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups, and press the + button to create a new administrator account.
2. When you have finished creating that user, open  > Log Out, and log in your new user.
3. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups, select the old user and press the - button to remove the user. If you want, you can select the option to remove the Home folder of this user, so you will only have the Home folder for your account
