....bought an ablum and didnt download but still charged me

i bought "sway - this is my demo" cost me £5:50 it charged my account but didnt download i now have 79p so i thought oh something must have gone wrong so i try redownload thinking it should be free since it didnt download the songs last time and guess what it said, i dont have anough to buy it...so its charged me for something and didnt give it to me...apple how about u either give me my songs or my money back but next time u know what ill just buy the ablums on CD's next time and do it that way.

This is a user forum. You are not addressing Apple here.
If your album didn't download, you should click Store>Check for Available downloads, not try to re-download.
If it still doesn't download, then go to purchase history and click "Report a Problem", then report the problem. Apple will get back to you within a day and I'm sure they will resolve it. In my experience, their customer service is very good.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

I bought a movie and didnt download it all yet can I stop it and.......

get my money back? There is some stuff in the move I didnt know was in it and its not a very good download either. I was watching it while It was down loading it was choppy and had nudity that I would not like to see. Please help!!! Tysen

I cannot open images from my new NikonD3300 in Elements 11 , I have downloaded and installed CameraRaw 8.4 and DNG convertor but still won't open!

I wonder if anyone can help with the above question about Elements 11 and my not being able to open Raw images, I have tried downloading and installing Cmaera raw 8.4 and DNG convertor but still not opening have not had truoble with D200 or lumix G5. thanks Yvonne

The D3300 requires Camera Raw 8.4 but Camera Raw 8.4 is only compatible with Elements 12 and later.

Camera Raw 8.4 is not compatible with Elements 11 and never will be.
You'll have to either a) upgrade to Elements 12, or b) use the DNG converter to convert all D3300 Raw files to DNGs then edit the DNGs in Elements 11.

The D200 requires Camera Raw 3.3 (or later) and the Lumix G5 requires Camera Raw 7.2 (or later) both of which are compatible with Elements 11.

I bought an audiobook and it downloaded to my ipad but not my Gen4 itouch, it doesn't show an audiobook section under purchases, how do I do this?

I am really upset.
I really love my itouch but anything beyond using it as a daytimer, camera and note keeper is shear torture.
I post a question, I have to repost it multiple times.
I search for a solution to a problem, such as, "How do I download an audiobook" - I get a web page of all the things that itouch can do, but no instructions on how to do them.
So here's my latest problem.

Have you checked to see whether it's in the Music app (iTunes on the iPad it just the store, it doesn't contain your downloaded and synced content) ? When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store (so they won't appear in the Purchased tab for re-downloading), so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your iTunes library.

My IPAD won't accept my wi-fi password. I have tried resetting all settings and network settings but still won't accept it. Can't download to new version of IOS either, says software update server could not be contacted.

Yes I have put in the correct password, its all numbers so can't get it wrong really.
It has connected before as has my iPod and that won't connect either. I have checked that they aren't on the blocked list of the wi fi. Managed to download the new version of iOS and that hasn't made a difference.
I have the wi fi plugged directly into the computer rather than the booster hub as the computer won't connect to it when its in the hub. I did get the iPad to connect to the internet when it twas in the hub but once I upgraded the iOS it won't accept the wifi password in the hub either.

also must mention i have never had trouble that i couldn't fix on itunes but all of this has started since i have been using icloud for basic backups hope this helps solve problem

Note, however, that iTunes has never been supported on the 64-bit version of Windows XP, so you're on your own to attempt to get it working.

How to get in contact with makers:
1. App Store Developer Website
2. In App Contact Support (Some app's don't have this!)
3. App Store Contact Email (I have not seem to have located the contact emails yet!)

For the 2nd day my iPhone 5 will not let me download updates for apps. When i click update, it acts as if it is going to update but puts all apps in "waiting" status. I've tried selecting each, as well as deleting and re-downloading but to no avail.

Also have shut the phone down and have even deleting the apps completely and re-downloaded but to no avail. Each app continues to sit on my screen with the line below as if it is about to download but never does, and now any apps I've tried to updated will not let me use them.

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
