Bought an album and only one song isn't authorized

Yesterday I bought an album from the iTunes store; every song plays fine except one. When I click that song, iTunes tells me my computer isn't authorized to play it.
I've tried deauthorizing my Mac and reauthorizing it, but the problem persists. It doesn't play in Quicktime or VLC either. Really odd, since the rest of the songs are normal.

Figured it out myself
I deleted the song, then re-downloaded it again from my Purchases in the itunes store. Seems to be working fine now.

I bought Andrea Bocelli's new album on itune's.  It went onto my library on my computer. Only one song went onto my iphone?  What up with that?

OH my god SOMEONE PLEASEE help me. I closed itunes so maybe it could work again now it looks like its never downloaded it dissapeared from my library. I went to the album it looks purchased but it doesnt have a download button. So what you basicly did is you made up a problem. You failed to help me. You stole 0,90 and still dont care to answer me back. Not community nor if there is any workers here, themselves. I wanted to support one of my favorite singers and this is what I get in return.

  • Help!! i brought an album a few years ago and only one song on the album comes up in my music libary but on the store it shows that i have purchased the whole album. how do i get the rest of the album???

have brought album off the store but only one song in library how do I get rest of album??

If you don't have it on your backup of your downloads/library then you might be able redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage, or if you go into the Store tab in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) and tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tickbox it might then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for redownloading. If it doesn't show then check to see if you've hidden it : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases.

  • Purchased whole album but only one song available for download

Some time ago purchased album Vēl Viena Klusā Daba by Prāta Vētra. From the whole album only one song is available for download.
Tried to delete and re-download. Remaining songs also not available under downloadable items.

    Hey there Egils1969,
It sounds like you have purchased an entire album but for some reason only 1 song is available for download. I would report a problem with your purchase to the iTunes Store support directly with this website:

  • Bought an album, all but one song downloaded. How do I get the other song?

I bought an album and it SAYS it downloaded but one song shows as tmp and won't play!

I bought an album and it SAYS it downloaded
    Must have been Siri talking!
Anyway, go to the iTunes command Store > Check for Available Downloads, and see if it is still there.
If not, delete the "tmp" thing and its corresponding library entry, and then go to the home page of the iTunes Store, click on the link at the right for "Purchased," and  get a new copy.  This will probably solve the problem.
But in the unlikely event that the new copy has the same problem, report it as a defective track to iTunes Customer Service.

    Hello Dark Pikachu
Check out the article below to put the previous iTunes library file back on to bring back the songs that you had before the update. It will walk you through step by step to get you sorted out.

  • I bought an album and half the songs cut off at the 1 minute mark

I bought an album off of the iTunes store and when I went to play them, most of them cut off and go to the next song around the one minute mark even though there is still like 2 minutes left. I tried deleating and redownloading them but the problem is still there.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

  • UNEXPECTED RESET...I'M LISTENING AND ONLY ONE SONG GOES OUT AND STARTS IN DIFFERENT MENU

    UNEXPECTED RESET.
I'M LISTENING  MY MUSIC . BUT  MY IPOD GOES OUT AND STARTS IN DIFFERENT MENU

    Hello LUISPOLAR11,
It sounds like your iPod classic is playing one song but then stops and appears to go to a different menu. I would start by resetting it:
Reset your iPod - Apple Support
Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears (about 6 to 8 seconds). You might need to repeat this step.
If you have difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also, make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.
If the above steps didn't work, try connecting your iPod to a power adapter. Then, plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect your iPod to your computer. Make sure that the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting your iPod while it is connected to power.
If the issue persits, I would restore your iPod with iTunes and re sync your data to it:
    Restoring iPod to factory settings
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

  • HT201272 I just purchased an album and only 5 songs fully play out of 15 songs. Is there any way of fixing this problem without having to repurchase this album?

I just purchased an album and I cannot get all the songs to play. I was wondering if there was some sort of simple fix or do I have to repurchase this album?

  • After upgrading to IOS 5.0.1 my music and movies are gone - I have only one song.  Sync does not put my media back

I upgraded my Iphone4 to IOS 5.0.1 when plugged into my fully-patched OS X Lion-version Mac.  I  no longer have any movies and only one song on my phone.  Itunes says I have all of my movies and music, but my phone does not show it.  I do have my books (but not audiobooks)

I made a work around.  Set my phone to not sync music and movies in itunes.  Sync phone.  Set my phone to sync music and movies in itunes.  Sync phone.
It is very time consuming though.
And, what else is set incorrectly somewhere and I do not know it?  There was also a very weird glitch - where "Albums" is listed in when running the music app in IOS5 (5.0.1), it instead had had the name of the one song!  That is now also fixed.

  • Playback no longer continuous - only one song at a time

I used to select a playlist and then hit play, and I'd get playback of random songs continuously. Now I have to select a song to get it to play, and only one song plays. I've tried adjusting the shuffle commands and turning shuffle on and off, but no luck. Any suggestions on how to restore continuous playback, either randomly (shuffle) or continuously (album or playlist)?

Make sure all the tracks have the box checkmarked. To check them all at once, hold the CTRL key and check any one of the boxes.
