Bought an album on itunes and its split in two across my computers!!

I bought an album on itunes while on my laptop(mac), well I lost my airport connection half way through downloading it and so came down to my pc(windows) and opened up itunes - so now I have half my album on my pc and half on my laptop!!!!
I have just read in itunes support that I can not use my ipod with both a mac and windows, they have to have the same operating system, so now what am I supposed to do!!!

What format is your iPod? If your iPod is formatted for Mac it won't run natively on a PC because Windows operating systems don't recognize Mac OS-formatted disks (HFS or HFS Plus formats). Mac formatted iPods can only be used on a PC that has a third party helper program such as XPlay or MacDrive installed: How to determine your iPod's disk format
However Macs can read Windows drives, the iPod shuffle for instance comes Windows formatted and is fully supported. When the article talks of not supporting an iPod across platforms it effectively means that apart from the shuffle you can't update the software for a Windows iPod on a Mac without reformatting. (In the case if the fully supported shuffle, you can update the firmware or restore it on the Mac and it retains it's Windows formatting). I believe the iPod Touch and the iPhone are also platform independent and can be used on the Mac and Windows.
If your iPod is Windows formatted you should be able to use it on both the Mac and the PC as long as you remember the point about updating it's software.

In iTunes click on your device (Devices section)
select "Books"
enable "Sync Audiobooks"
Sync your device.

Sometimes, iTunes may separate songs based on the data stored within the file:
There are three reasons why songs from the same album may not be grouped together
- The album names of the songs may differ slightly
- The songs from the same album may have different artists
- Not all songs in the album have the same "Album Artist" assigned to it

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the corrupt tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unchecked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

I recently bought a few albums from the itunes store and transferred them to both my iphone and my ipod nano. The songs play on itunes on my computer without a problem. The songs appear on my iphone but they won't play. They play fine on my nano. Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

ITunes doesnt list the album songs in order. i bought the album from itunes and managed to fix some songs, but 2 tracks are still out of order

I bought "Ultraviolence" from iTunes on release day. When I got it, the songs were arranged in order and everything was as it should be. However, ysterday, just 1 day after purchasing the album, the first 5 songs of the album jumped to the back. I was able to return the first 3 songs to their original position, however tracks 4 and 5 are still stuck at the bottom and nothing i do seems to be able to bring them back to where they're suppose to be.
