Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Settings and Content will remove all of the previous owner material, unless the owner turned on iCloud > Find My and did not turn it off. In that case you must get the previous owner to turn that off and remove the Apple ID and password or you will not be able to reset the iPhone.

The following article provides some useful troubleshooting that can help get your iPhone's camera working correctly.
Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

My phone turns off saying it needed to be plugged in and i plug it in and it says it has 27% and i already tried resetting it! Are they able to help me or am i out of luck ? I already got a different iphone because my very first one didnt work and the second one is not working either.
When you erased the disk did you select Mac OS Extended Journaled as the format option?

When I'm in roaming I can't see identification of incoming phone numbers which I have already in my phonebook. When I came back from the roaming problem stayed the same. Now I can't see the name of any incoming number which I already have in the phonebook. I tried "Reset All Settings" but without results. I have iPhone 4S and latest IOS version 5.0.1
You can try to powe off your iphone and power on again.

I just bought an iPhone 5, and tried to sync it to my iTunes account but when connected it says: “...cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 10.7 or later.” However when I try to get iTunes to update it says: “This version of iTunes (10.6.3) is the current version.” Can anyone help?

Be careful - there's a difference between update and upgrade. Your machine is saying there are no updates available, meaning no later versions of OS X 10.5 (Leopard). However, you can very likely upgrade - at least to OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and possibly then to OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
Updates are free, but upgrades cost a bit. That's the dirference. -
How can I retrive the passcode for Restrictions? I already tried reseting my iPad to factory settings but did not work.
I believe there is a way to reset the settings only, but I'm not sure if that applies to restrictions. Maybe there is a way on the computer?

I lost the ability to use wifi after the 8.02 update. Is there a way to fix this? I've already tried resetting network. Turned the phone off and on. Nothing is working and now I have to run on just data.

Unfortunately on these days I'm in a country that Apple don't have any retail store here and for sake of time I prefer to fix it myself to DHL it to the nearest country to use its warranty. Do you have any idea how can I fix it? Do you think it's a software issue?

If you stillhave the problem after restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod you have a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have 2 seperate airport express systems on my network, each connecting to a stereo in a different room. suddenly, the one in the living room will not stop flashing amber, but the one in the bedroom works fine. I have already tried resetting it with a pin, resetting it while plugging it in, and trying to find it in airport express setup (the setup assistant can't find it at all).
What am i doing wrong?How do I configure the AX to connect to the hub's wireless network? It will only scan one base station Airport Express at a time in the Airport Utility. I think what I am trying to do is use the hub as a router to the two AX's. Is there a specific way to set this up?
To set up the AX to join a wireless network as a "Wireless Client," using the AirPort Utility, either connect to the AX's wireless network or temporarily connect your computer directly (using an Ethernet cable) to the Ethernet port of the AX, and then, try these settings:
Launch the AirPort Utility.
Select the AX.
If not already connected to the AX's wireless network, go ahead and switch to it when prompted.
AirPort Utility > Select the AX > Manual Setup > AirPort > Wireless
Wireless Mode: Join a wireless network
Network Name: <type in the network name/SSID of the wireless network that you want to join or select it from the pop-up menu>
Wireless Security: None OR, if you are using security on your wireless network:
Wireless Security: <Select the appropriate level of security for the existing wireless network: WPA/WPA2 Personal | WPA2 Personal>
Password: <enter your wireless network security password>
Verify Password: <re-enter the same security password>
Click Update to write the new settings to the AX. -
