Bought an single then the album, same song wasn't downloaded

Hi I bought a single, love me again John Newman then decided to buy the album.
The album didn't download this song which I've paid for, annoying when you pick an album to play and it's missing a track. How can I fix this?

Check to see if Show iTunes in the Cloud is check to see if it is downloaded also you can check in your purchase history by going to the iTunes Store and click on Purchases. Then navigate to the album and see if it shows that it is downloaded or has a cloud symbol. If it has a cloud symbol, then click it to start downloading. If it is showing that it is downloaded, then you would need to search for it in your iTunes library and remove it to download it properly. If that has not resolved the issue, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Bought songs as singles before the album was out

Hi,
Does anybody know how to make iTunes update the song's information if i purcahsed the song as single before the album was released. Now, the artwork and the album's name of that song is still marked as Single but since the album was already released, is there any way to update the information? Even on the album's page in iTunes tells me that i have already purcahsed the song.

Right-click the track in your library. Choose Get Info and go to the Info tab. There you can update the Album title.

If i buy 2 singles and then the album?

I recently bought the Every Teardrop is a Waterfall single, then the Major Minus single too. now im thinking about buying (pre-ordering) the whole album. I was just wondering if i will get a refund for the singles I already bought? Or what will happen?

You may be able to use the "Complete My Album" from the iTunes Store Quick Links. But keep in mind that if the singles you bought differ in any way from the album, it will most likely not work.

If you want to the album only songs then you will need to buy the whole album, those songs can't be bought individually, only as part of the album

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

Preordered an album off of the iTunes Store and didn't receive the singles off the album

So the iTunes store was advertising if I preordered Katy Perry's PRISM I would automatically download "Roar" & "Dark Horse". After I preordered the album I didn't receive "Dark Horse", the iTunes Store says that I purchased the single. In my purchases on my account the preordered album and the single "Dark Horse" is not on my list of purchases. How can I fix this?

I had this problem too, so I just went into my account and cancelled the pre-order. It took an hour or so to update but I was then just able to go in and buy the track normally.

12.02.2013 I bought my favorite album Pink Floyd "Animals" as iTunes LP. I used to delete and download it from iCloud again many times with all my apple devices. But recently I've found it can't be downloaded as iTunes LP but as usual album only. And it's displaying as iTunes LP but as not purchased in iTunes store (I see the price instead of "purchased"). I called to Apple support, but they said the order is too old and they can't help me...

Have you set a music restriction in Settings > General > Restrictions on your phone that might be hiding it ? Or is it hidden from Purchased : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ? If the rights-holder has removed the album from your country's store then you won't be able to redownload it, you would need to sync it back from your computer's iTunes.

The album covers on my new downloads are wrong on my iphone, but correct on my itunes account, how can i fix?

The new AC/DC I downloaded has Adele and Aldo Nova (current songs on my iphone) as the album covers, how can i fix them to the correct ones. In my itunes account they are correct, just not on my iphone 4s.

So I purchased Navigon app on my iphone 4 with my iTunes account id then got a new iPhone 4s and signed in with the required Apple ID and now Navigon app does not recognize me as its owner. When I try to restore purchases I make on the app it tells me to buy it first. Purchased album, one song didn't download...what do I do?

I purchased The Odyssey by Symphony X (by clicking the buy album button) and the entire album downloaded except one song, the album-only, 24 minute long The Odyssey.
Naturally I'm a bit upset. I tried clicking Check for Purchases, and it says I have no more songs to download. iTunes is not currently downloading any songs on that separate page.
I'm posting here because I couldn't find an iTunes support phone number and my experiences using Itunes support email in the past were less than effective. So if anyone could provide me with a phone number, that would be phenomenal.

There is no telephone support for the iTunes Store. Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their Download FAQ web page and explain the problem to them.

Purchased albums, some songs did not download, although i was billed for them.

I recently purchased 2 albums on iTunes, although I was billed for them, 3 songs did not download, they are not in the 'to be downloaded' screen either. At first they did show up in my Purchase file, however, there was a large black dot by them and they were grayed out. Is there anyway to restore them or do I have to call support? I tried reporting it, but it wouldn't do anything.

The fact that cleaning worked once still suggests a dirty lens. Try this alternate cleaning method: Use a credit card, or something similar, and wrap it with an LCD cleaning cloth type product (basically a thin micro-fiber type cloth). Gently slide the "cleaner" in and out a few times in the left side of the optical drive opening. Make sure you can hold onto the cloth so it doesn't get stuck inside the drive. This cleans the lens, which may be all you need.
