Bought game from itunes didn't get it
I just purchased a game from itunes and was charged for it, but during download the program crashed (I mean Itunes) closed down and once I restart it I did'n have the game but my credit account was fully charged for it
What can I do or where can I expose my situation to get the complete download or my credit back. Pleas help me

I understand that you are not able to sync a few songs you purchased from iTunes to your iPhone and other devices. There may be an issue with the file, but if you have the Apple ID and password used to purchase the songs, you can redownload them. You can even download the song directly to your iPhone. What do you mean you did not get the programs?
Did they not download?
Where did yo buy them? On your iPad or on a computer in iTunes?
Do they appear in your Purchased history on your iPad? Can you now redownload thme form there? There should be no cost to do so again.

The last few times i bought songs from itunes the artwork didnt download with the songs. Is there anyway to get the artwork now?

Bought films from iTunes on my laptop but cannot sync it on to my ipad2
I bought movies from iTunes on my Sony Vaio laptop but finding it difficult to sync it with my ipad2.Also a movie I downloaded from iTunes on my ipad2 was synced with my laptop but has now disappeared altogether from my ipad2 and can only now be watched on my laptop.Any useful tips on how to get it back on my ipad2?
The movie should have transferred to the iTunes library when you synced with iTunes. To ensure that purchases do transfer, when you are connected to your computer and iTunes is running, right click on the iPad name under devices and select - Transfer Purchases. You can also go to the iTunes menu at the top and go to File>Transfer Purchases.
When you sync with iTunes you must select all of the items that you want to sync to the iPad. Make sure that you have the heading - Sync Movies selected (put a checkmark in the box next to the heading) and do the same for the movies (put a checkmark in the box next to the names of the movies).
On the iPad - from your home screen - swipe to the right and the search feature will pop up. Type in the name of the movie and see if it appears. Tap on the movie if it shows up and it should start playing. Let it play for a short period and then tap - Done. Then go back to the Videos App and see if it appears in there now. -

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

I think I may have confused you and I apologize. But you are also confusing me now.
If you were not using restrictions before, then that is why the Allowed Content for Movies in in accessible. You can only access that if you had set a restrictions Passcode. If you do not have restrictions set, then it is a non issue and don't worry about that suggestion.
Were you actively using restrictions on the iPad? If you weren't then you don't have to enable it now. That will not do any good. -
I got my cracked screen fixed , and ever since my phone has been acting up. Now Im trying to restore it and it wont restore. Also my phone wont work without being on the charger. It just wont disconnect from ITunes Can I get help ASAP

If i backup an app for example Music Downloader as it contains like 300 songs and now i want to replace my iphone 5 so when i restore the app from itunes do i get back all the content in the app or just the app itself ??..

I am not sure whether the music will get restored.
Anyway try this
1.Connect iPhone to PC.
2.Open iTunes
3.Open iPhone Summary
4.Go to Apps Tab
5.Under File Sharing Section Click on Music Downloader
6.Right side if you see your songs click on one song and press (CTRL + A).(hope you are using windows) and click on save and then save to a folder on your computer.
7. Later just do steps till 5 to put to new iPhone then ...........
8.Click on save and select the music files which u want to put in that app.
9.Click on apply to sync.
10.You should be having the music in that app

Check to make sure that in iTunes Preferences that Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases is check or check in the iTunes Store under Purchased to see if it rests there. If you still cannot locate them, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.
