Bought iMovie on iPhone 4s and in the middle of the installation, stops and says "iMovie is applicable to ios 6 only". Is there an option to have iMovie applicable to ios 5 if I don't want to upgrade?

Recently bought iMovie on my iPhone 4s and in the middle of the installation, it stopped and says "iMovie is applicable to ios 6 only".
Is there an option to have iMovie applicable to ios 5 if I don't want to upgrade?
If not, I want my money back....

If the app requires iOS6, it requires iOS6.
iOS requirements are stated on the app page before purchase.
If you want a refund, request one from iTunes customer support.
