Bought iPad 2 from Pawn Shop. Did Factory Reset. It Wants Previous Owner's ID and Password
I just bought an iPad 2 from a pawn shop. The pawn shop owner told me that I would have to do a Factory Reset before I could use it. I did that, but now it is asking for the Apple ID and Password from the previous owner. How do I proceed from here? Thanks
The iPad has Activation Lock and you will need the previous owner's Apple ID and password, or you'll need to get the previous owner to remove the device from his/her iCloud account:
http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2702
If you or the pawn shop can't reach the previous owner or he/she is unwilling to cooperate, then the device is unusable by you. Return the iPad for a refund if you can.
Regards.

If it's activation locked, you can't; go back to the shop and ask for a refund.

I bought a used iphone. I installed ios 7 before I realized that the previous owner's email and password are still in the phone. How can I remove them so that I can use the icloud and "find my phone" feature?
Thanks so much! It will be kinda weird to contact the person directly, but I guess I will give it a try. Is there anything that I can refer her to in this discussion to let her know I am legit, and not a creeper? Also, I don't know if you can answer this or not. When I plug my phone into itunes, and it says that it is backing up, does that mean that it is going into the other person's cloud, since I cannot access it?

I moved my service from one 3G to another 3G. Itunes recognizes the name and password of the previous owner; how do I change to mine?
The previous owner did not erase all content and settings on the iPhone or restore the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the iPhone's backup?
Obviously not, so I suggest doing so. When you say password, are you referring to the Passcode Lock? -

HT201441 I would like to help where I can not open my iPad I bought it from the shop and iPad
Hi
I would like to help where I can not open my iPad I bought it from the shop and iPad user when I want to open the device to access the mechanism. Ask me to calculate the previous owner. I went to the store where you purchased told me Contact Apple. Please, I've lost a sum of money. Device number imei 013116000935329Only the previous owner can help you. Take it back to the store and demand your money back. You will not be able to activate and use it without help from the previous owner. The shop should not have sold you an iPad that was still associated with the previous owner's account.

As the title says, I can't reinstall Mountain Lion. When I turn on the iMac, it send me straight to OX X Utilities. When I click on Reinstall Mountain Lion, it asks for my ID, but then states I did not purchase Mountain Lion. How do I fix this issue? I've tried asking Apple Support, but to no avail. I don't think the guy I spoke with understood what was going on.
I cannot get around OS X Utilities. There are only four options for me.
Reinstall Mountain Lion
Back Up (tried, nothing comes up)
Get Help Online (which is what I'm doing here)
Erase or Restore Utilities (I've checked this, it says my disks are not malfunctioning)
My friend suggested signing into his ID to reinstall but when we did, it also said this ID has not purchased Mountain Lion. We logged into Apple Support went to registed devices and there was nothing there. I think he may have used another ID which is he searching for the info for. If we get the right ID, then maybe it will let us sign in on his name and reinstall Mountain Lion. But if he can't, or Apple won't take his ID, then I'm at a loss for options.
So now I'm here, hoping someone else who bought a used iMac from a friend who factory reset it and needs info on how to reinstall Mountain Lion can help me. I don't know what else to do. If I can't get this thing sorted out, I'll have to drive to the apple store. The closest one is 60 miles away, so I'm not looking forward to that. Is that my only option now? What can I do?
tl;dr I bought a used iMac from a friend who factory reset it, and now I don't know how to reinstall Mountain Lion. What are my options? If the system didn't ship with Mountain Lion originally and you didn't purchase Mountain Lion yourself, then you will need to purchase. A purchase by the system's original owner cannot be transferred to you.
Unless you have another system on which you have purchased Mountain Lion, you will need to first install Mac OS X 10.6.8 on the iMac, for which you'll need either the original installation disks, if the iMac came with 10.6, or a retail copy of 10.6. Install 10.6 and upgrade to at least 10.6.6, and then you can buy Mountain Lion from the Mac App Store, presuming of course that the imac can support Mountain Lion. See:

I did factory reset but when I reinstall my MacBook it says my Apple ID is temporary unavailable plz let me know

I already tried to search if my gmail address is already used under my name by searching for apple id's but when I type my gmail address with my name it says "No apple id found"...
Even if the email address was only associated with another Apple ID (as an alternate or rescue email address), it would not be available for use as your Apple ID (email addresses can only be associated with a single ID).
There isn't anything you can do to troubleshoot this on your own. You could try contacting Apple support to see if they can help. You are not normally charged for support questions related to your Apple ID. -
My daughter did factory reset on 4 s and lost her notes. Important stuff in notes. Is there any way she can get them back?
Did she do a backup first? Did she have iCloud backup turned on?

i bought ipad from UAE and went Egypt , Facetime call icon doesn't exist so i can't find facetime call
Ipads purchased in the UAE do not have FaceTime as it is prohibited by the UAE. You cannot add FaceTime to those iPads no matter where it might be used.

Plz i bought ipad from some one and i cant activate it
i bought ipad from some one as a used one and i discover that ipad was stolen from some one and now he in acuntry and i in another one and i cant acivate it
There is nothing that you can do to activate the iPad. The original owner has to erase the iPad for you before you can activate it.
You should notify the authorities if you know that the iPad was stolen, but if you are in different countries, I'm not sure what you can do about it now. Most likely you can't do anything about it. You are stuck with an unusable, worthless iPad.
