Bought iphone 5C on December. No additional warranty purchased. The phone keeps not working and the top and bottom right corners look melted. Can I send it in amd get a new one on manufacturer warranty? Or what are my options? Thanks
I Purchased iphone 5C on December 2014. However now it's very difficult to have it working. The screen is constantly not working and the right side bottom&top does looks like its melted? the cover I mean , which maked the phone slide out of its cover. I did not purchase anny additional warranty or insurance so I don't know what to do with it? Can i send it in and they can send me a new one under the manufacturer warranty or what do i do with it?
I Have alwa had an iphone but this 5c is making me never have one again. Thanks in advance
Each iPhone comes with a one-year warranty. You said it looks melted? That's going to be difficult to prove that you did not damage it, and it happened on its own. That is the only way it would be covered.

When I try to log onto my Apple ID to use facetime, it will not work and tells me to check my connection. I have even tried creating a new apple ID but the same message appears. I do not understand why this is happening, could anyone help me resolve this issue it is very frusterating that I can not enable facetime or imessage.
I could do that, however when I select the icloud button (or whatever the heck it is) I am asked to enter the apple id and password. So if you are suppose to create another one for icloud you'd think it would give you the option at this point which would be logical.

After that i connected my iphone to a computer there was some errors and the phone stopped to work and there is just an apple on the screen on the phone and when I connect to i-tunes it is not any phone connected

The program is for replacement since Apple does not repair iDevices...you take your non-working or damaged iPhone to an Apple store genius bar, or send to Apple service, and they provide a refurbished unit as a replacement, for a fee, of course. You will have to talk with Apple to see if you get all components or just the iPhone replaced.
With AppleCare+ you can have two out-of-warranty replacements for a cost of $49 each. -
My iphone is not working, i was planning on getting the iphone 5s for christmas, but i do not have my phone backed up on itunes. You wouldn't need to see the screen to backup unless you have a passcode on the device. Is that the case? You should be able to plug the device into the computer with iTunes and just select backup now.

I have never asked for a refund of any type once i purchase an app. Regardless if I do not like it or not. YET, this app is not working properly on my iphone, nor inconjunction with my Macbook. I am asking if there is any way you could please refund my money to my debit card on file for the purchase of this application. I downloaded the software I needed for my MacBook Air and it still does not work. My stystem crashed and I had to uninstall or delete the software on my computer and on my phone. Can you please help me?

So it is new (two days old I got it on the 20th of June) and the orientation of the screen will not change from portrait. I have looked at the lock in the multitasking bar and unlocked it and still nothing changes. YouTube, photos, texts, nothing works. Siri has also been blacking out while I use her so do I need a replacement for this defective phone? I got it from RadioShack Thursday. On a totally unrelated note does using your phone while charging it damage the battery? Anyway thanks

Restart iPhone: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart (no data will be lost).

No. The iPhone warranty does not cover user damage, unless you have Apple Care +. If not, then you could see about an out of warranty replacement. The cost for that depends on where you are located. In the US, the cost is $269.

I was trying to sync and update my phone with ITunes, about 5 minutes into the process everything stopped. Now the phone does not work, it will not turn on or off, the screen of the phone shows the Apple Logo and a straight line. ITunes seems to not "see" the phone. Suggestions??

I just got the ipod nano about 3 weeks ago. It worked great up untill today. It would not turn on, or connect into my computer. I took it back to best buy and they said it had a defulted battery, and that I needed to call the company. So I did and they had me send it in. Will they send me a new ipod, or a refurbished one. I havn't even had the ipod long enough, and I paid good money for it. I'm hoping to get a new one, because it wasn't my fault.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
