Bought Iphone5 reset it and its linked to a different apple id
How do I fix this ? I do not know this apple id and i cannot activate my iphone 5.
on craigslist it worked great but it had ios7 on it so i restored it and now it wont let me activate it with my apple id because it wasnt linked to mine its still under the person i bought it from

Assuming that you are on the activation screen and can't remember the account's password, then have you tried getting the password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (do you or your mother remember the answers to the account's security questions) ?
If you can't get the password reset via that page then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset the password.

Then you're going to have to contact Apple and speak to someone in account security, because there is no way to bypass the activation lock.

If a restore did not fix it, you have a hardware issue--possible bad wi-fi radio.

So after i use my iphone and set it down, it shuts down like when my phone is out of battery when i am at like 90%. Then i gotta plug it in and it will turn on but then i have no phone signal. So then i reset it and its fine. Then it happens again. Please Help.

I'm just saying that there is/was another copy of Logic on that computer at one time, the app store version does not require a serial however... if a previous version was on the machine I think even the app store version will ask for a serial... is that what's happening?
