Bought Lion, not in purchased history

Hi,
I'm a bit confused ...
So I just received my new MacBook Air, which comes with a Lion license of course.
And iLife is showing up in my list of purchases, which means I can install it on other Mac's.
But Lion is not.
Is the license I got with my MBA just for the one machine?

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions.
A. Standard and Preinstalled Apple Software License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License,unless you obtained the Apple Software from the Mac App Store or under a volume license, maintenance orother written agreement from Apple, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to install, use and runone (1) copy of the Apple Software on a single Apple-branded computer at any one time. For example, thesestandard single-copy license terms apply to you if you obtained the Apple Software preinstalled on Apple-branded hardware.
B. License from Mac App Store. If you obtained a license for the Apple Software from the Mac App Store,then subject to the terms and conditions of this License and as permitted by the Mac App Store Usage Rulesset forth in the App Store Terms and Conditions (http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/ww/) (“Usage Rules”), youare granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license:
to download, install, use and run for personal, non-commercial use, one (1) copy of the AppleSoftware directly on each Apple-branded computer running Mac OS X Snow Leopard or Mac OS XSnow Leopard Server (“Mac Computer”) that you own or control;

A.     ok so i backed up, then restored my iphone. everything is back except my apps. they were all downloaded right from my iphone. When i looked at my acct on itunes there are only my 2 most recent downloads in my purchase history. i realize there pry is no magic button to return them all. but isnt there a list of all them somewhere? or a button in my account info that im just not seeing?     the only thing i changed is my credit card info when my old one expired. I did that pry about 3 months ago. The other night i was redownloading all my apps and all the paid ones came up free and showed the "you already bought this app..." message but one. Its a $9.99 one too. and i just got the repeipt for it and had to pay for it again. how should i handle this? in the email receipt it has a link "report a problem" but it just takes me to the download itunes web site. should i just call apple? thanks again.

  • App updates not showing & Purchase History button missing

    Does anybody know if there is something up with iTunes store?, updates arent showing on any of my iDevices and nethier in iTunes it self and also in my account i can no longer acsess account purchase history?

    I am experiencing the same thing. Yesterday, the apps store said I had 16 updates. Today, it says that all my apps are up to date. I am able to manually download and update (the ones I know about), but nothing shows up in the updates list.
    I'm glad to hear that I am not the only one, although I don't know what the issue could be.

  • Bank charges but not in purchase history?

    so i checked my online banking and i have charges from 'APPLE/ITUNES PURCHASES LU' however i havnt purchased anything and it dont show up in purchase history? any ideas about this until i can contact apple protection on monday

  • Bought item, got email, not in purchase history?!

    Hey I bought an audio book, it said I purchased it, then nothing. No download and it still said last purchase was in 30th sep 2008?! So I downloaded it again and then Iwent through my email and say a receipt! eek what can i do ?

    You are logged in with the same account that you bought it with and you haven't changed countries since buying it ? If it doesn't show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad then is it hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?

  • Lion not in purchased items

    Hi there,
    I am new to this forum.
    Last year september I succesfully transferred my workstation from Windows to iMac 27" full options.
    In that month I also downloaded Mac OSX Lion from the AppStore. Recently it was displayed in the 'purchased items' in the AppStore overview but not it is suddenly disappeared.
    Can anyone tell me what might have happened?

    I took that to mean you re downloaded Lion perhaps to create a boot disk.
    If Lion came pre installed on your Mac, then that's exactly why you do not see Lion as purchased.
    I think you just got confused...  happens to all of us  me included.

    Dear Customer Care I Tune,
      I have been trying to down load "Rudra"Album of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, A religious & Spiritual Hymn. from I tune store. The price was shown as Rs 120/= I clicked on buy and filled the details of my debit card (ICICI Bank India)which created account but I could not fill up code for redeeming or security code being asked for ,with the result the my purchse is not getting authorised (I presume.)I am unable to get the Music on my I pod. To my  Earlier complaint I got Reply under follw up #272091438 from your customer care miss Laila. I was asked to action as suggested in the link. But inspite of following the insructions as suggested in the link I could not get Purchse details and order number as envisaged in the instructions. Can  I expect some working suggestins and advice .

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you are not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your email address and phone number from your post.
    If you are currently in Texas in the US then you won't be able to buy from the Indian iTunes store - you need to be within a country to use its store, so to use the Indian store you will need to be in India.
    In terms of the redeem code that you mentioned, entering an iTunes gift card is optional and they are country-specific and they are not available in all countries - I don't think that are available in India, so I don't think that you could fill it in anyway. For the bank card, i don't think that debit cards are now accepted as a valid payment in the store, there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined, and they are not listed on this page.

    Please help me, I got a new computer and all the stuff on my i-pod is gone then all the songs on my computer are gone, but all the songs I've bought are in my purchase history for my account. Can anybody please help me I have bought at least $320.00 in music and videos if anybody knows how to get the songs from the purchase history to itunes please help me!

    I'd suggest calling the iTunes service department - there have been similar cases where subsequently the songs were "re-queued" for downloading.
    Oh, and of course - consider adding something like an external hard drive and a backup software to your computer setup. Sure, it costs extra, but most of the time it's easier and faster than hunting after lost data...

    No, that's not right, not if you're using iTunes. Again, you need to use the App Store application. The only thing you'll see if you're using iTunes are apps for iOS devices.

    Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
    "Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

    If you can't find the files in the iTunes folder on your hard drive, then you'll need to restore them from your backups. Audiobooks have not at this time been licensed for re-downloading from the iTunes Store.

    If they are iOS apps and you are signed into your computer's iTunes with the same account that you originally bought them with then they should show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.
    If they are Mac apps bought from the Mac App Store and you are signed in with the same account, then they should show under the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store.

  • Purchased Pages 09 yesterday. It shows up in my iTunes purchase history, but is not in my App Store list of purchased apps.  It was purchased and downloaded to my 13 macbook.  I want to install it on my iMac, but can't do so until I see it in App Store.

    I purchased Pages 09 through the App Store on June 22 from my Macbook.  It downloaded and installed, but is not in my list of AppStore purchases.  I need it to show up in my App Store purchase history, so that I may download and install to my iMac where I do more of my work when at home.  THe app does not show up in App Store purchase history on either machine, however it does show up as purchased under my iTunes account.  Yes, I could probably just copy the application from one machine to the other, but if it doesn't show up as an App Store purchase I won't receive any product updates.
    Should I refute the credit card charge through my credit card company to get Apple to fix the issue?

    (3) (a) I never saw security update applied to an iWork application.
    (b) for the update, as the app if flagged as installed you will get the update if Apple deliver an ultimate one (update 9.0.6)
    (c) don't dream. Apple never did that. What they do is to deliver a free upgrade to buyers of a machine when the corresponding order was delivered after the product announcement (example : Lion if you order a mac to morrow)
    Pages '11 (maybe it will be Pages '12) will not be an update but an upgrade and in such case, we must pay.
    I got the described behavior for the app named "The Unarchiver" and, applying what I described, the app behave now as it must do.

  • Same Apple ID, but some purchased songs not shown in history.

    I've had the same Apple ID since I bought my first song on iTunes in the early 2000s.  However, I've changed the email address associated with it several times.  My iTunes library contains songs that show one of my past emails, but I only have to authroize the computer with my -one- Apple ID (as expected, since the underlying ID has never changed).  This is the same when authroizing songs to play on my iPhone.  It may ask for one of my old addresses, but I'll just correct the address to the current one and it works perfectly.
    I thought about redownloading songs so that they have the current email address associated with them.  However, after a cursory review of my past purchase history I'm finding many songs that I currently own that do not show up.  What is interesting is that the purchase history includes many songs, movies, and tv shows that I know I purchased when I used one of the many different email addresses (again, the same Apple ID).
    Why would some (maybe TONS, I haven't looked thoroughly) of my songs be missing from the purchase history in order to redownload them?

    You haven't changed countries since buying them (content is tied to the country as well as the account), they are still in your country's store (content providers occasionally remove their items ; if they are no longer in your store then they won't be redownloadable), and they aren't hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?
    But if it's the same account then it should automatically pick up the current version of the account in your library, so a previous email address shouldn't show on them. You've tried logging out of your account via the Store > Sign Out menu option and then signed back in to see that gets them all to show the correct id on them ?
