Try updating or installing the latest Flash player plugin, which if out of date when you update OS X will be disabled until you install the latest version.

Please google search for "Mountain Lion disk crash" before upgrading you mac pro. You might need to replace you Mac hard drive after the upgrade.So many people had the same problems including me.
Be aware of the Mountain Lion upgrade problem. -
I have mac book pro and recently bought mountain lion online, i then used bootcamp to upload windows 7 now i have no sound when i use windows what can i do to get sound.
Install the required Windows drivers: Boot Camp Support Software 5.0.5033. Download this link preferably from Windows. Otherwise, download onto a FAT formatted USB disk from which you can copy to your Windows system.

The App Store will permit you to purchase Mountain Lion regardless of whether your MacBook Pro already had it installed when it shipped from Apple.
If you bought Mountain Lion from the App Store, you will be able to install it on as many additional Macs as you may have. If you only have the one Mac and have no plans to acquire any others that did not ship with Mountain Lion, then there was no need to purchase another copy. -
Just bought Mountain Lion from the app store on my Macbook Pro. In the middle of installion it froze up my computer saying that the installation failed,

I had a similar issue and it was an easy fix for me. First you need to log out of your account completely in the Mac App Store. Quit the application. Re-open the Mac App Store. Click log-in, enter your Apple-ID and password. Now when the screen pops-up that has all of your billing/credit card information on it DO NOT select done. Instead select View my Account, then select View hidden purchases. There you should be able to find iPhoto. Hope this helps if not let me know. I'm still searching solutions for you.

Can I get a refund on recent purchase of Mountain Lion if unable to install?
I downloaded an upgrade of Mtn Lion and it will not install. Have been in phone contact with Apple Support twice and still unable to load. What are my options to start over with a refund or ?

I'm assuming you're talking about having bought Mountain Lion on the Mac App Store, and you're trying to upgrade from Lion to Mountain Lion. -
After migrating to a retina macbook with mountain lion I can not play windows media player files anymore. I use flip4mac pro 3.0 and quicktime 7.6.6.
The message I receive is: De bewerking kan niet worden voltooid. (OSStatus fout -50). I also have problems with zip files that can not be saved on the desktop anymore while unzipping.I actually installed Quicktime pro and Flip4Mac Pro again after I bought the Retina Macbook. Today I did it again but still get the same OSStatus error -50. I guess there is some old file that has to be removed. Flip4Mac comes with an uninstaller. Quicktime does not.
I read that his could be something with security that is why I mention the problem with the zip files as well. -

Open the Mac App Store, click on Redeem under Quick Links, and supply the code. Note that if you're using Office 2004, Mac OS X 10.7, 10.8, and 10.9 will all require that it be upgraded, and Mavericks is compatible with Office 2008.

Connect the printer to your Wireless Network and use Bonjour to detect nd connect it.
That's wrong. AirPrint is not just for iOS devices. Since HP doesn't provide drivers for this printer, they say to use AirPrint:

I bought mountain lion en app stores and start download, but stops and mentioned is incomplete. and when start installation mentioned error because download is incomplete and send me to download again but the button is in "downloaded" what can i do?

While playing music on my iphone 5, i am now unable to play, pause, or skip songs while my phone is locked. I can still change the volume and scrub through songs. This has always worked for me until now. As far as i know, i have not changed any settings. This is whle my phone is locked both on the slide up toolbar/menu interface and on the normal screen before i slide to unlock.
I skimmed through this very long post but from what I read, this sounds much more like a coverage issue with your network than a device issue. I have not seen or heard of this issue before and I do not have this issue personnally and & I use the music app quite frequently while working in the yard.
The DND feature should not be a factor at all if you're sure it's turned off. I always recommend restarting your phone by holding down the home button + the lock button for 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Once the phone reboots, do a test to see if this has helped to resolve the issue.
If not, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then, test it out again. Post back if neither of these solutions solve your issue. -

I bought Mountain Lion, expecting it to download overnight , it hasnt , its not even in my downloads waiting to be activated . Lion was downloaded overnight and waiting for me to use the next day , and basically, this is the first time Apple has disappointed me .
Not interested in Mountain Lion any more , just want a refund .It downloads to your Applications folder. Did you look there?

I JUST INSTALLED MOUNTAIN LION, NOW THE SCROLL BALL ON MY MAGIC MOUSE SCROLLS IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION THAN IT DID BEFORE. I NOW HAVE TO ROLL THE BALL UP TO SCROLL DOWN.
If you go into System Preferences> Mouse. There is a box at the top of the screen that states Scroll direction: natural.
Be sure to uncheck the box after installing MOUNTAIN LION, then the mouse ball will scroll in uthe normal fashion.
