What online service did you download the movie from? If it wasn't iTunes, you probably can't play it in iTunes (and iCloud doesn't store movies in either case).

2nd Gen Ipod will sync with itunes but will not download new song
My Ipod will sync with itunes but will not download newly purchased songs. It is Ipod nano 2nd gen.
If you want to use automatic syncing, you may need to set up or update the iPod's Music sync settings in iTunes. If the new songs are not included in what gets synced to the iPod, they will not sync.
If the sidebar (along left side of window) is hidden, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. The iPod appears in the sidebar, under DEVICES. Select it there, to show its Summary screen to the right. Toward the top, there is a bar of buttons, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This Music screen is where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box for Sync Music, if not already checked. This is the "switch" to enable automatic syncing for songs.
NOTE: If Sync Music is not already checked, that means the iPod is currently set to Manually manage music. Setting up automatic syncing will replace the iPod existing content. If you want to add the new songs manually to the iPod (instead of using automatic syncing), please post back.
If your iTunes library fits on the iPod, you can choose the option to sync Entire music library. Otherwise, choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Below that, select (checkmark) what you want to sync to the iPod from the lists.
One convenient way to set this up is to first create one or more playlists in your iTunes library, with ALL of the songs you want on the iPod. Or you can use existing playlists. Back on the iPod's Music screen in iTunes, select those playlists under Playlists.
When you click Apply, iTunes syncs the songs in your selection(s) to the iPod (replacing its existing content). Going forward, to update the iPod, you can just update those playlists in your iTunes library (add/remove songs). If you have new songs, add them to a playlist that is synced to the iPod. The iPod does not need to be connected. The next time you connect the iPod (or click Sync if already connected), iTunes automatically updates your iPod with the same changes. -
If i uninstall AMDS, iTunes and all Apple softwares, will all the music i currently have in iTunes delete.., or will it download itself back into the new iTunes?
Under normal circumstances, an uninstall/reinstall does not touch your content. That being said, it's still always a good idea to maintain a backup in case of disasters.

I am nearly out of iCloud storage but I have over 3 gb on my iPad. I just bought a game that requires 1.5 gb but will not download to my iPad because it says that there's not enough storage in the cloud. Why can't I just download the game to my iPad?
That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. just purchased blue ray movie from store with a redemption code but will not download with out inserting disc I have a macbook air
I am experiencing the same thing. I have many books that I used to read on my iPad.
Now on iBooks in Mavericks all my books downloaded correctly apart from two which I really want to work (The Lean Startup and Communicating The User Experience).
When I download both using the cloud icon just when it reaches 100% I get this message:
[Insert Book Name] failed to download
To try again, select Check for Available Downloads from the Store menu.
When I check for available downloads it says I have already downloaded all my books.
Anyone know how to fix this.
I do realise that this is only v1 of iBooks so I hope Apple sorts it out soon.

sorry I wrote before but forgot to edit it.Since I came home 3 weeks ago from surgery. I can be on any site especially on facebook playing games and it goes white completely with out warning so I have to restart my computer again to get back especially on facebook.I play alot of games on there and other things.No matter if I'm chatting .ect on any of my sites the page goes completely white.I get a message to upgade to mazolla firefox 5 but will not except some of my sites like replayer,ect.. so I keep putting it to ask me again in 7 days. I need those sites.Can you help me PLEASE.Going for another surgery in Aug. and my computer is the only thing that keeps me busy unless I want to watch TV all the time.I have Mc Afee security for free from att and they tried to fix it but it still doing it.I have window vista can you help me.don't know much about computers but my grandchildren did get into it and put like Itune and certain games that I was chraged for which I cleared up.Can you help Please..do not want to upgrade cause some of my sites will be gone especially real player and my other sites.I told to go K2 here by Mc Affee security...Have no crash Id.

You may never find it again and you can't if the iPhone remains offline or out of service which means the iPhone is powered off or doesn't have cellular reception. -
ipod nano 7th generation will not sysc with i tunes is updated , device does not show up in itunes under devices but shows itself in explorer.ran diagnostics failed sync. about ready to take this back to best buy.
yes i have a solution to my problem only because of a recent phone call from apple they were great.......... in the right hand side of itunes my i pod was displayed. click on the ipod symbol........at the top of the page you will see summary,,,,,,music,,,,,,movies,,,,,,tvshow,,,,,,photo,,,,,on this ipod.
click on music check mark music done and sync

G4-450 DP with a 22 inch clear Cinema display will not work, please advise

I can not seem to get a G4-450 DP to work with a 22 inch clear Cinema display, i even have one of those dr.botts wich i normaly run a 2nd 15" clear display.

Could you check your system profiler for graphics, and post the model of the card that you have? The stock card is the Rage 128 with the following specs:
-ATI RAGE 128 Pro graphics card with 16MB of SDRAM graphics memory installed in a dedicated AGP 2X graphics slot
-Support for up to 1920– by 1200–pixel resolution at 32 bits per pixel (millions of colors)
-Apple Display Connector (ADC); carries analog and digital video, USB, and power
-15–pin mini D–Sub VGA connector
You say you have a DVI port (along with ADC) so, I want to clarify the card model.
You also state that the display worked once- in what configuration? Connected alone? Through the Dr. Bott's DVIator? That means from the DVI port to an ADC connector on the screen (but the 22" is a DVI connection)?
I found the following quote on the Dr. Bott's page:
However, the ATI Rage 128 card will not work with the 20", the 22" and the 23" Cinema Displays
To clear up confusion (mine), please carefully check your profiler, compare the ports of your card to the Display compatibility link (in above post), and let me know the results (what you have), along with a description of what connects to what. A model number for the display would also help.
Generally speaking, when a display goes black after the gray screen, the graphics card isn't compatible, or the necessary software/drivers are not installed.

I purchased 'the traveling willerbys via an ipad, it download onto the ipad ok and via the cloud onto my PC. However, it will not load to my iPod. All software is current and I have deleted the iPod and reload all music and audio files, everything loads ok with the exception of the travelling willerbys!!!!,. Any help please.

Go to the iTunes store on your computer > Purchased (in the quick links section on the right) > sign in > Music
If it is already on your computer it will say "Downloaded" otherwise it will have a cloud icon with an arrow in it. Click it to download. -
I purchased a ITunes card for the amount of 25.00, after I redeemed it it showed no balance on my account. So I went to the store I purchased it and they told me I would have to contact ITunes, this is the 2nd time it has happened to me, and to tell you the honest truth, I don't think I will buy another card. Can you help me with this

Put used new book but will not download.just shows paused.
I had the same problem and was able to fix it after trying various things. Here's what I did. From my iPad, I went into the iBook store, tapped on my apple ID at the very bottom of the page and signed out. After I logged back in, I purchased the book again. When I did that, I got the message "already purchased, download again?" and hit yes. And it worked. Try it. Hope it works for everyone.
