Bought Photoshop Lightroom 5, don't know how to actually edit photos

I was told to get Photoshop for art class, no info on which version to get. Got Photoshop Lightroom 5, which unfortunately is nothing like using the Photoshop I learned on. I can't find the tools to actually edit photos, and for this one assignment, I was told to apply filters to a drawing I did, and can't find how to apply filters to my drawing. Please help my stupid self figure this thing out.

Lightroom isn't really anything at all like Photoshop. Many users, including myself, find that they can do the majority of their work using Lightroom. But Photoshop is something that is still used in addition to Photoshop. Lightroom doesn't have a filter panel like Photoshop does. Lightroom doesn't use layers like Photoshop does. If you need those tools, then you need to have Photoshop available in addition to Lightroom. Perhaps it would be worth your time to watch a series of videos that will introduce you to how Lightroom works.

Hi! I've just discovered that my brother and I share the same iCloud account, therefor he will se all my photos on photostream. I inactivated it on my phone quickly, but now I realized that the pictures just are deleted from my device. I don't know how to actually download things to my computer, it always takes me to a page on Firefox where I can't do anything.

Don't Know How to Activate or Find Approval Workflow Template

I'm using Sharepoint 2013. I want to add an approval workflow but I don't know how, and actually I don't know if it is already installed or I have to install the Approval Workflow template separately?!
Can anyone tell me how can I overcome this problem?

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to find Approval Workflow Template.
To activate the Workflow feature, you need to click Site Setting -> under Site Collection Administration, click “Site collection features", and then activate the "Workflow" feature.
Then the Approval Workflow Template will be appeared.

If you bought it as a download, no. For one of those mysterious adobe reasons, downloads get serial numbers that only work on one platform while boxed versions come with a serial number that can be used on both.
To find out which version you had, go to the main page of adobe.com and log in and then click on Manage Account and you may be able to find your information in there somewhere. Then come back and we'll tell you if there's a download still available for it.

Try the other USB port. If it still doesn't show up in Disk Utility then there may be something wrong with your Mac. Try something else in each USB port and see if it is seen. If the other thing, like a USB thumb drive, does show up in disk utiltiy then the USB ports are fine.
Power down the system and restart with the drive connected, go to DU and see it it is seen.
