Update - this appears to be some kind of error with Google Chrome browser on Android. A work-round that worked for me was to download Firefox, uninstall Aldiko then reinstall it via Firefox and Google play (accessed via Firefox not through the app) then re-authorise my device. When I logged onto the library ebook service, via Firefox, I was able to download books fine. Thought this might help anybody else getting the same error message.

Photoshop Subscription Edition download?
Hello, i have just purchased the Photoshop Subscription Edition and i have reeived a mail with the instruction to download it, i follow the link and i'm on a page "Apps and Services" where many apps are listed. I can see Photoshop Extended but not the photoshop standar edition to download. Should i download the extended version even if my subscription is for the standard version?

Is it the Acrobat trial that's ending? (Adobe doesn't offer free subscriptions that expire after a set time.)
If you're referring to the Acrobat trial, have you logged in with your Adobe ID and password? If not, click License this Software in the pop-up that states the trial is ending soon, and then log in with your credentials, and you should be set.
Please let us know if that is not the case.

I have purchased a subscription to Photoshop CC but every time I try to download get a message that there are difficulties, have disabled firewalls but still no go. I wish to cancel the subscription as it is more trouble than it is worth.

Bought Lion today - cannot download
Purchased Lion & Lion Server this morning. Lion Server had no problem downloading (so it's not my internet connection). Lion is hung at 52.88KB of 3.74GB and has not moved all day. Tried restarting computer, pausing/restarting download, logging in/out of the App Store...
Anyone else having issues or suggestions?

The D800 is supported from ACR 6.7, which is also the last ACR version to run under Photoshop CS5. So that's the specific version you need.
However, and it's a big however, the new process version introduced by ACR 7.x under Photoshop CS6 (PV2012), is light years ahead. The incredible dynamic range of the D800 is a particularly good marriage to PV2012 with its new highlight and shadow recovery algorithms. Just saying... -
I bought photoshop and stated download and it went into the install phase. After several steps I got a message INSTALLSHIELD WIZARD COMPLETED - Wizard interrupted before PS El 12 could be completely installed. System not modified. To complete installation please run setup again. How do I get to something that will allow me to run setup again?

Have Mac OS...looked in downloads already...only one site for Photoshop Elements 12...nothing about Premiere..when click on Install says Adobe already running...Really? Where is it?

Does anyone know how to get an episode of a tv programme that never downloaded when I bought a subscription. Episode 1 didn't download and I have all other episodes. I looked at the issues through report a problem but I cannot find an answer.
I bought a series pass and unfortunately epsiode 1 didn't download at all. I was watching the downloads and restarting once they stopped as I allow multiple downloads at athe same timeIt sounds like you may have hidden it, in which case you should be able to unhide it : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases. (You can't turn off the hiding of items.)
But you should be keeping and maintaining a backup copy of all of your downloads and not relying on being able to redownload them - any item could be removed from the store by the rights-holders at any time, if they do then you won't be able to redownload them (nor will be able to do redownload items if you move countries). -

Hi I purchased PhotoShop Elements 12 last night in Singapore for download online.
I have the serial number and the download is from digital river. The download of the .jz file was very very slow and the process timed out halfwway. Now my account shows no history of orders and I cannot download my purchased product at all.

You can acces it from the menu 'Filters', there is a line called 'Easy.Filter', click it and it shows 'Smartcurve'.

I know that you don't need the CC 'rental' subscription to have Photoshop, but as far as I know, there is no upgrade path from Elements except periodical special offers.
