Bought PSE13 but my computer runs OS X 10.7.5. Can I swap for PSE12?

I bought an downloaded Photoshop Elements 13 this morning without looking at the system requirements. I am running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5. So basically i need to get a refund or swap to the elements package which will run on my machine. Does anyone know who i need to contact? My only option through the adobe website is coming on here!

I close Firefox then when I try to reopen it later it tells me its still running and I should close that before opening it again... But its NOT running in a way where I can close it!?! What should I do?

I am using Firefox in a Windows 7 64-bit environment. I have what I feel is a fairly standard set of programs installed. MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Nero Burning ROM, Diskeeper... etc. And I have the latest regular version of Firefox installed, version 3.6.13.
And lately 2, out of 3, times I close Firefox it must not be closing correctly. But I cannot tell until I need to reopen it. Then I get an error message saying that it's already running and I should close the "current instance" of the software. Now I can either start up the task manager and kill it ... or I can restart my computer. And I've done both. But it keeps happening.
So I am wondering what might be causing this to happen? And If there is anything I can do to correct the issue?

ITunes doesn't recognize my iTouch gen 3 but my computer recognizes it.... how can i get my itouch to be recognized by itunes?

I have a g/drive 2T, power is on but the computer is not recognizing it and I can't set it up for back up

if anyone knows how I can fix this problem please let me know. I have tried theSMC start up, and even tried plugging the G/drive into a different outlet to see if it was a power issue. The power light to the G/drive is on, but I system preferences can not find it to set up time machine.

Do you have a recovery partion.
When you forgot the password and you can't use OS X, you have to use the new Recovery.

Computer runs slow when Mac Mail open

Mail works ok, albeit very slow, but the computer runs painfully slow. Spinning beach ball trying to perform the most mundane tasks, like clicking between pages in Safari. Once I right click on Mail and close it, the computer runs just fine.

Also, with Activity Monitor open but Mail quit, select CPU down at the bottom, see what the % Idle is. Then open Mail and see what it says.
You should run the Combo Update to 10.5.8. This might help.

@Eric: I'm not ruling it out 100% as a fix for this problem, but Permissions Repair is not the panacea or valuable troubleshooting step you seem to think it is. It may have been more useful in pre-Leopard OSs like Tiger.

Photoshop Elements 11 disc not recognised by Computer running Windows 8

Have tried 2 discs having returned the first one thinking it was faulty. All my other discs are fine but the computer just does not see this one can anyone help ?

Tried that it shows the drive icon but no dvd. Double clicking just opens the drive drawer with a prompt to insert a disc. Just tried the disc in another computer running an older version of Windows and it read it ok so its not the disc!

Whoever told you that was misinformed or lying. Those applications are sold separately for the iOS platform and the Mac platform.
Go to the Mac App Store to purchase Pages and Numbers for your Mac. They're $20 each. If you are running an older version of Mac OS X that can't use the Mac App Store, you can purchase install media from Apple.
