Bought some in-app purchases but didn't recieve.
I spent 50 euros with gems in clash of clans but I didn't recieve them. When I put my finger in the touch ID to confirme the purchase, my internet went down and the game closed,When it came back I tryed again but my cash wasn't here and I didn't recieve any gems. I didn't recieve any email with the reciep of the purchase so I can't contact the support by this way. Can someone tell me how to solve this ?

When I bought an in-app purchase of $9.99(3,000,000 credits) in Galaxy On Fire 2, i was charged, but the content wasn't delivered. I tried getting it back, but with no luck as it's a "replenishable in-app purchase". Can anyone help me on getting my credits or getting my money back, cuz i really want my $9.99 plus tax back.
That happened to me when i had tower town... I spent $5.99 and the "bucks" did not pop up.
What you have to do is exit the app. Then start up the app again.
If the in app purchase still has not popped up, I would restart the ipod.
If the in-app purchase still has not appeared in the app, I would contact whATever company made the app and ask for your money back... -
In the app "TextNow" there were some in app purchases made. such as no ads for a year, premium backgrounds, an premium ringtones. i never purchased these personally. im thinking one of my friends did it. either way. i dont have really any money left in my account. i wanted to use the money to purchase in app things for a different app. but my ipod got restored so i didnt know what one it was. till last night. as soon as i went to get the purchases for this app (Mo+) i had insufficiant funds. i went from approx 7-9 bucks, to a dollar an three cents. any idea if id be able to get a refund on these?

You may also want to turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -

If you got disks with your system then you use software update to update. If you purchased the software from to app store or it came pre installed with no disks the you get updates via the app store under purchased software.

Assuming you have the current kindle app....
Close the app fully. Double tap the home button to see the task bar, then touch and hold any of those icons until they jiggle, then close them by touching the minus sign. Then reboot. Press and hold the home and sleep button until the apple logo appears. Ignore the red slider. Then try again.
If that does not do it...
Log onto amazon through safari, and check your account. Happened to me, and the cause was that the credit card on file with them had expired.
