Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I just subscribed and verified my pdf conversion order and I can not use what I just paid for. I don't understand how i'm unable to use what I just paid for,but yet a charge has been placed on my card. I just need to know how to unsubscribe my last order. This makes no sense I will have to report this a fraud to my credit company because this is a total breech of contract.

I've bought a student plan but every time I open currently downloaded programms I see an automatically opened window that says I'm using trial version and still have several days to use it. How can I change it? It makes me nervous , as it demands serial number, but e-mail i've got from Adobe doesn't contain any serial number or invitation or something like that.

if you go on to apple.com click suppport under self service you will see check your service and support coverage click that it will ask you for your hardware serial number that wont be hard to get even if your iphone is still on the activation screen if you have the original packaging there will be a IMEI or a MEID number on it if you dont you can if you can connect to itunes connect and opetn itunes select iphone on the left go to the summary tab and the IMEI or MEID number will be there if you can do that then you can try this to get the imei or meid it may or may not work try connecting the phone to itunes then go to perferences click the device tab and scroll over the display and it will show the imei and meid if that dosent work try connecting and disconecting it and try it again if all else fails try activating with itunes then doing that

my ipad mini is not syncing music onto in, my ipad has been replaced to see whether the issue is to do with the ipad but its still not working.

You need to install Office on the computer from the installer DVD or disc image you purchased.

I 'think' my Ipod Touch is in recovery mode and people say to hold the power and home button for 10 sec and i did, but its still not turning back on. Plus its dead and wont charge. PLZ HELP ME!!!!
- If in recovery mode the screen will have an iTunes logo with an USB plug.
- Have you tried connecting it to your computer for a n hw and then see if it appears in iTunes. If it does restore the iPod.
- If screen is blank, try placing he iPod in recovery mode and then restoring. For recovery mode:

Start with removing iTunes in the order of the first article states, which is iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later). Once that is done, then download iTunes 64 bit version from the second link below and run that installer.

When you update apps, you will be asked for the password that belongs to whatever Apple ID purchased those apps. They will forever be linked to the Apple ID that they were purchased under, so regardless of where they are loaded, or what Apple ID is signed onto the device that they are loaded on, when you try to update, it is going to ask for the "owners" password.
