    You may buy an annual subscription and pay monthly, or a straight monthly subscription... and, being a subscription, if you stop paying the software stops working

    If you paid for a subscription you don't need the trial. Log in with the Adobe ID associated with your subscription to activate the program.

    It really depends on which subscription plan you are signed up to.  Normally whichever programs are available thru your subscription are listed for you to install in the CC desktop manager application.  If you do not see certain programs listed it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that is normally what happens with the manager.

    Welcome to Adobe Community.
    Creative Cloud subscriptions dont need serial numbers as they work on the basis of your Adobe ID and password . You can use a single Creative CLoud subscription on upto two computers only.

    You have two activations with your membership. If you install on a third machine and activate you will be shown a dialog asking you to deactivate one or both of the other two computers.

    You can install the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on your primary computer and one backup computer, as long as they are not running at the same time.     To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted. After crunching some numbers I relized that I should of bought that instead of the creative cloud because I would of ended up paying a lot more for contiuous years of using it where as if I get the Cs6 production premium then I could save myself alot of money which I dont really have alot of already. So I guess what im asking is can I cancel my subscription that I just bought today and get the CS6 production premium stedent edition without haveing to pay the 50%? or what is the best way for me to go about this where I lose the least amount of money? I have looked through the help forums and tried my best to find the answers or help I need but couldn't. I dont mean to waste anyone time with my sob story but any help would be appreciated

    How long does it take to download the Creative Cloud Packager? Its over 22 hours now and its only 57precent complete. Could you tell me what size it is? And if I turn off the computer and bring it to my home broadband will it need to strart from scratch?

    Hello, we have used Creative Cloud Packager and volume licensing key to create Adobe Photoshop CC v.6 and other apps packages, tested before deployment. Deployed the image on iMAC computers, users are getting Sign in Required/ registration details message. Tried to use AAMEE to create serialization file, but it does not recogise packages created by Creative Cloud Packager. appreciate any advice. thank you.

    HI Abhijit,
    All our students have network home folders, the issue is that some students can open Photoshop and it will be activated, other students will  be prompted to activate PHotoshop when they try to open it. We have tried to delete photoshop plist and adobe photoshop settings folder from students Library/ Preferences folder but it did not help.
    We'll test the APTEE utility tomorrow, I will post the results. Thank you.

  • I updated my Photoshop to the Creative Cloud version and my purchased filters are gone

    I updated my Photoshop to the Creative Cloud version and now all the filters I bought such as Nik are no longer listed. How can I get them reinstalled?

    They are not gone they are just not installed in CC 2014.  CC 2014 is version 15 of Photoshop  yon must likely only installed them into Photoshop CC which is Photoshop version 14.

    I decided to write here at the community because I'm sincerely worry about it, and I would like to know if someone else have already seen it before.
    Adobe is verifying my case, but I'm in need of an urgent response. I don't know if I make another account and another credit card debit, just to have access for the programs, or if I wait working on another old PC computer for 25 trial days. If I make another account I can be charged for 2 payments, That's what I don't want.

    This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:
