Box Office - listings unavailable

Question

I select box office but not programme listings are shown and the message Box Office listings not available?  I've checked my WIFI settings and all are ok, I've reset my Sky Box.  What else could be the problem here?  Could it be that I need two inputs into my Sky box to make this work?  At the moment I only have one input line in? Please help Thanks

Two Dish Inputs are required for the box to function effectively.  As regards the EPG listings,  these are received/updated from satellite through the Dish Input that's not being used.  In your case,  your one and only Dish Input is being used for viewing,  and there's no other input free to receive updates from the Default Transponder on satellite.  That's why people with only one input often have problems with EPG listings. The usual answer is to put the box in standby for a while or do a Planner Rebuild. I assume you're on a communal system.  If so,  carefully put your cable into Dish Input 1 at the back of the box,  and make sure the box is in Single Feed Mode .
